ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
Do not dispose of this product with the normal household waste
at the end of its life cycle. Return it to a collection point for the
recycling of electrical and electronic devices. This is indicated by

• A damaged mains cable or plug must immediately be replaced by an authorized service center.
• In case of lightning, immediately disconnect the device from the mains supply.
• Children should be supervised by parents when using the device.
• Clean the device with a dry cloth only.
Do NOT use CLEANING AGENTS or ABRASIVE CLOTHS!
• Do not expose the device to direct sunlight or other heat sources.
• Install the device at a location with sufficient ventilation in order to prevent heat accumulation.
• Do not cover the ventilation openings!
• Install the device at a safe and vibration-free location.
• Install the device as far away as possible from computers and microwave units; otherwise radio reception may be disturbed.
• Do not open or repair the enclosure. It is not safe to do so and will void your warranty. Repairs only by authorized service/customer
center.
• The device is equipped with a “Class 1 Laser”. Avoid exposure to the laser beam as this could cause eye injuries.
• Only use mercury and cadmium-free batteries.
• Used batteries are hazardous waste and NOT to be disposed of with the household waste!!! Return the batteries to your dealer or to
collection points in your community.
• Keep batteries away from children. Children might swallow batteries. Contact a physician immediately if a battery was swallowed.
• Check your batteries regularly to avoid battery leakage.

8. M+ / STOP Button
9. PLAY / PAUSE/BAND Button
AC OPERATION
Connect the plug to the AC socket of the unit and the other end to a standard AC outlet.
ATTENTION
1. Do not plug or unplug the power cable while you have wet hands;
2. When planning not to use this unit for a long time, disconnect the power cable
from the wall outlet;
3. When disconnecting the power cord from the wall outlet, do not pull on the cord in
order to avoid shock risks caused by damaged cable.
BATTERY OPERATION
Disconnect the AC Cord Set completely. Open the Battery Compartment Door and
insert 6 pieces UM-2 "C" size batteries into the battery compartment with battery
polarity as shown inside the battery compartment.

RADIO OPERATION
Press POWER / SOURCE button to select the radio mode. It will show “STEREO” on
the LCD display if the signal is strong. Press BAND button to switch from STEREO to
MONO and vice versa.
MANUAL STATION SELECTION
1. Press the TUNE UP or TUNE DOWN button step by step to tune to the desired radio
stations
2. Press VOLUME + or VOLUME – Button for the desired volume level;
SEARCH STATION OPERATION
1. Press and hold the TUNE UP or TUNE DOWN button for approx. 1 second, it will
start to search the next radio station in the direction of the search.
2. The search operation simply finds stations with strong signals. Stations with weak
reception can only be tuned in manually.
3. Press VOLUME + or VOLUME – Button for the desired volume level;
ANTENNA
For best reception, fully extend the FM Antenna to receive FM stations.
MEMORIZE RADIO STATIONS
1. Tune to the desired station.
2. Press MODE/MEMORY/PROGRAM button, The “PROG” will flash in the left
bottom and LCD display will show ‘ PXX ‘ (XX indicates the preset memory).
3. Use SKIP UP or SKIP DOWN button to cycle through the preset stations 1-10
4. Press MODE/MEMORY/PROGRAM to store the radio station in the memory.
5. Repeat steps from 2 to 3 to store more tracks in memory. You can store up to 20
radio stations in the memory.
TO SELECT THE RADIO STATION IN THE MEMORY
Press M+ / STOP button for the radio station memory and press the M+ / STOP button
skip up to the next memory station.
CD FUNCTION
To play a CD, please follow the steps underneath:
1. Press POWER / SOURCE button and select the CD mode.
2. Open the CD door, Insert the CD with the printed side facing up and close the CD
door;
3. Disc information (total number of tracks) will appear on the LCD display and press
PLAY/PAUSE button to play the CD.
4. Press VOLUME + or VOLUME – Button for the desired volume level;
5. Press STOP button to stop playing the CD.
Skip Mode
1. During play or pause mode, press the SKIP UP button to go to the next track.
2. During play or pause mode, press the SKIP DOWN button to go back to the
beginning of the track. During play mode, press the SKIP DN button twice will go
back to the previous track
Programming the CD Player
The programming of the CD player should be done during STOP mode.
1. Press MODE/MEMORY/PROGRAM button, The “PROG” will flash in the left
bottom and LCD display will show ‘ PXX ‘ (XX indicates the preset number of track
to be programmed).
2. Press the SKIP UP or SKIP DN buttons to select the desired track.
Press the PROGRAM button again to store this track in memory.
3. Repeat steps from 2 to 3 to store more tracks in memory. You can store up to 20
tracks in the memory.
