EINBAUANLEITUNG UND SICHERHEITSHINWEISE
Anwendung der Babyschale
Mit Einbau der WEBER Babyschale kann bereits ein
Säugling im Fahrradanhänger mitgenommen werden,
wobei noch ausreichend Platz für ein zweites Kind
bleibt. Wir empfehlen für sehr kleine Kinder den
Weber Sitzschalen-Verkleinerer, um Kopf und Körper
zu stützen.
Generell können Kleinkinder bis zu einem Alter von
max. 9 Monaten oder 9 kg Gewicht mit der Babyschale
im Fahrradanhänger transportiert werden.
Vergleichen Sie die in den exemplarischen Abbildungen gezeigten Befestigungsmöglichkeiten mit denen Ihres
Anhängers. Wählen Sie die Art der Befestigung, die Ihr Anhänger bietet und beachten Sie dabei, dass nach
Möglichkeit immer feste Bauteile wie Rahmenrohre mit umspannt werden.

Öse im Boden verschraubt werden, um einen Gurt zu befestigen. Fragen Sie hierzu den Hersteller Ihres Anhän-

Beckengurt Ihres Anhängers zum Kreuzverspannen mit den Spanngurten der Babyschale.

Auf die WEBER Babyschale gewähren wir 2 Jahre Garantie ab dem Kaufdatum gemäß unseren folgenden Bedingungen:
• Wir beheben innerhalb der Garantiezeit alle bei uns gemeldeten Schäden auf unsere Kosten, soweit die Schäden nachweislich
auf einen Herstellungs- oder Materialfehler zurückzuführen sind.
• Reklamationen werden nur bearbeitet, sofern der Reklamationsware eine Rechnungskopie beiliegt.
• Fertigungsbedingte Abweichungen gelten nicht als Schäden.
• Die Garantieleistung erfolgt in der Weise, dass alle mangelhaften Teile nach unserer Wahl unentgeltlich instand gesetzt oder
durch einwandfreie Teile ersetzt werden. Ausgetauschte Teile gehen in unser Eigentum über.
• Die Verpackung beim Einsenden der Ware muss so gestaltet sein, dass eine Beschädigung ausgeschlossen ist. Die Fracht
muss vom Versender getragen werden. Unfreie Sendungen werden nicht angenommen.
• Die Kosten für die Rücksendung der ersetzten oder reparierten Ware werden von uns getragen. Die Garantieleistung tritt nicht
in Kraft bei unsachgemäßer Behandlung.
• Garantieleistungen bewirken weder eine Verlängerung der Garantiefrist, noch setzen sie eine neue Garantiefrist in Lauf.
• Die Garantiefrist für Ersatzteile endet auch mit der Garantiefrist für das ganze Produkt. Soweit die Haftung nicht gesetzlich

• Mit einem Baby unterwegs sollte immer behutsam gefahren werden. Beginnen Sie langsam mit kurzen
Strecken und lassen Sie dem Baby genügend Zeit zum Eingewöhnen.
• Wenn sich eine ache Hand zwischen den Gurten und dem Babykörper schieben läßt, dann sind die Gurte
in der Regel richtig eingestellt.
• Falls Ihr Anhänger keine Federung besitzt, dann können Sie durch Vermindern des Luftdrucks in den
Reifen das Dämpfungsverhalten verbessern.

GEFAHR!
• Beachten Sie die gesetzl. Bestimmmungen zum Transport von Babys im Kinderanhänger!
• Der Babysitz muss straff gespannt sein. Bei Belastung darf er nur wenig nachgeben.
• Der Babysitz könnte in Extremsituationen herumgeschleudert werden, was zu lebens-
gefährlichen Verletzungen führt!
Beachten Sie die gesetzlichen Bestimmmungen zum Transport von Babys im Kinderanhänger!
Und so montieren Sie Ihre Weber Babyschale in Ihren Anhänger:
Hinweise zur Anwendung
Wird nur ein Baby im Anhänger mitgenommen, muss die Schale in der Mitte des Anhängers befestigt werden.
Sitzt neben der Babyschale ein zweites Kind, ist die Babyschale auf der in Fahrtrichtung linken Seite einzubauen.
Schnallen Sie Ihr Kind in der Babyschale an. Fahren Sie niemals, ohne Ihr Kind angegurtet zu haben!
Die Babyschale wird mit 2 bzw. in manchen Fällen 3 Spanngurten (beiliegend) in Ihrem Fahrradanhänger befe-
stigt. Dabei ist die Bauart Ihres Anhängers entscheidend.
Wichtig ist, dass die Weber Babyschale in möglichst acher Position sicher gegen Verrutschen verspannt
ist! Wenn Sie den Bezug der Babyschale hochheben, nden Sie an dem oberen und unteren Ende sowie
in der Mitte der Schale Öffnungen, durch die die Spanngurte gezogen werden.
Reicht die Verspannung am oberen und unteren Ende der Schale nicht aus, um diese spielfrei zu befestigen,
sollten Sie zusätzlich einen dritten Gurt in der Mitte der Babyschale verwenden. Das Unterlegen eines Schaum-
klotzes oder die bei uns erhältliche Unterlegrolle (Abb.2) Best. Nr: BS.04.100.00 kann hilfreich sein, um einen
festen Sitz der Babyschale zu erreichen.

Sales information
With the Weber babyshell you can take a baby for a
ride in a bicycle-trailer. There is also enough space for
a second child. For very small babies, we recommend
the babyshell minimiser, which supports the baby‘s
head.
You can use the babyshell to carry babies up to 9
months old and weighing up to 9 kg in a bicycle trailer.
The babyshell has to be mounted with 2 or sometimes 3 straps in your bicycle trailer. The design or type of trailer
is therefore decisive.

- Warning! Don´t leave your child without a person in charge!
- Warning! The babyshell is neither a reclining seat not a carrycot and it is not permitted to use it as such!
- Warning! Don´t use in cars!
- Warning! The babyshell has to be xed securely (as described in these instructions) in the bicycle-trailer.
Other usage can cause serious injury!
- Warning! Not recommended for children who can sit upright!
- Warning! Always adjust the length of the shoulder straps, the lap belts and the crotch strap.
The WEBER Babyshell described overleaf comes with a two-year warranty from the date of purchase in line with the following
conditions:
• During the warranty period we shall rectify all damage reported to us at our own cost providing this has been demonstrably
caused by a manufacturing or material defect.
• Complaints shall only be dealt with if a copy of the receipt is provided with the item subject to the complaint.
• Production-induced deviations shall not be classed as damage.
• We shall full the warranty services by either repairing defective parts or replacing them with non-defective parts at our
discretion. Any parts replaced shall transfer to our ownership.
• When the product is sent to us, it must be packaged in such a manner that prevents damage. The sender must bear the
freight costs. Deliveries with postage unpaid shall not be accepted.
• We shall bear the cost of returning the replaced or repaired goods. The warranty shall not apply in the event of improper
handling.
• Warranty services shall neither extend the warranty period nor start a new one.
• The warranty period for replacement parts shall end on the same date as the warranty period for the entire product. Unless
required by law, we shall not assume any liability for claims, including those resulting from consequential damages.

Mounting instructions for the babyshell in your trailer:
Using the babshell
This babyshell is only suitable for the transport of babies in bicycle trailers. The trailer must be made up of an
solid frame with a roll bar. In addition, it must be possible to secure the babyshell in the trailer.
The babyshell has to be mounted with 2 or sometimes 3 straps in your bicycle trailer. The type or design of your
trailer is therefore decisive.
It´s important to mount the WEBER babyshell as at as possible to prevent slipping.
If you lift the cover of the babyshell, you will nd ports at the upper and lower end, also in the middle of
the shell. There you pull the straps through.
If the straps at the top and bottom are not sufcient to adequately secure the babyshell, use the third strap in
the middle. Placing a block of foam or our air cushion under the babyshell could help ensure that it is properly
tted in place. (Picture 2)

Utilisation de la coque pour bébé
L‘utilisation d‘une coque pour bébé WEBER permet
d‘emmener un nouveau-né avec soi dans une remorque
pour enfants, mais aussi d‘également transporter un
second enfant en même temps. Nous recommandons
de protéger la tête et le corps des très petits enfants
avec le réducteur Weber pour coque.
Généralement, les petits enfants jusqu‘à max. 9 mois ou
9 kg peuvent être transportés dans la coque pour bébé
de la remorque pour vélo.

Nous octroyons une garantie de 2 ans aux conditions suivantes à compter de la date d’achat sur les attelages WEBER indi-
qués au verso :
• Pendant la durée de la garantie, nous réparons à nos frais tous les dommages portés à notre connaissance dans la mesure
où il est possible de prouver que ceux-ci sont dus à des défauts de fabrication ou de matériel.
• Les réclamations ne peuvent être traitées que sur présentation d‘une copie de la preuve d‘achat.
• Les différences liées à la fabrication ne sont pas considérées comme des dommages.
• A notre meilleure convenance, la garantie peut consister en la réparation de toutes les pièces défectueux ou en leur rem-

Astuces : en route avec bébé
• Roulez toujours prudemment lorsque vous transportez un bébé. Commencez lentement, sur de courtes
distances, pour laisser le temps au bébé de s'habituer.
• Si vous pouvez passer la main à plat entre les sangles et le corps du bébé, cela signie généralement que
les sangles sont correctement réglées.
• Si votre remorque n'est pas dotée d'une suspension, vous pouvez améliorer l'amorti en réduisant la pressi-
on d'air dans les pneus.

GEFAHR!
• Tenez compte de l'ensemble des dispositions relatives au transport de bébés dans des
remorques pour enfants !
• Le siège pour bébé doit être parfaitement serré. Il ne peut que légèrement se relâcher
lorsqu'il est chargé.
• Le siège pour enfant peut être éjecté dans des situations extrêmes et causer des
blessures mortelles !
Remarques relatives à l'utilisation
Si seulement un bébé est transporté dans la remorque, la coque doit être xée au centre de celle-ci.
Si un second enfant prend place à côté de la coque pour bébé, celle-ci doit être installée sur la gauche dans le
sens de la marche.
Attachez votre enfant dans la coque pour bébé. Ne vous déplacez jamais sans avoir attaché votre enfant !
La coque pour bébé est xée sur votre remorque pour vélo au moyen de 2 ou, dans certains cas, de 3 sangles
(fournies). Le type de remorque est décisif ici.
Il est important que la coque pour bébé Weber soit serrée le plus à plat possible an de l'empêcher de
glisser ! Si vous soulevez la housse de la coque pour bébé, vous trouverez sous celle-ci des ouvertures
permettant de faire passer les sangles de maintien en haut, en bas et au centre de la coque.
Si le maintien aux extrémités supérieure et inférieure de la coque ne suft pas pour xer celle-ci sans jeu, une
troisième sangle doit alors être utilisée au centre de la coque. La mise en place d'une cale en mousse ou d'un
coussinet de maintien disponible chez nous (ill. 2 - réf. BS. 04.100.00) peut être utile pour garantir le maintien
de la coque pour bébé en toute sécurité.
Comparez les possibilités de xation présentées dans les illustrations avec celles de votre propre remorque.
Choisissez le type de xation proposé par votre remorque et veillez ici à ce que les éléments xes, tels que les
tubes du cadre, soient toujours utilisés pour la xation lorsque cela est possible.
