Dear Buyer!
We congratulate you on having
bought the device under trade name
“Saturn”. We are sure that our devic-
es will become faithful and reliable
assistance in your housekeeping.
Avoid extreme temperature changes.
Rapid temperature change (e.g. when
the unit is moved from freezing tem-
perature to a warm room) may cause
condensation inside the unit and a
malfunction when it is switched on.
In this case leave the unit at room
temperature for at least 1.5 hours
before switching it on.If the unit has
been in transit, leave it indoors for at
least 1.5 hours before starting opera-
tion.
Read all instructions carefully before
using the appliance.
Safety Instructions
•When using electrical appliances, basic
safety precautions should always be
followed.
•Check that the voltage indicated on
the rating plate corresponds with that of the
local network before connecting the appli-
ance to the mains power supply.
•This appliance is not intended for use
by persons (including children) with re-
duced physical, sensory or mental capabili-
ties or lack of experience or knowledge.
They should be given supervision and in-
struction in the use of the appliance by a
person responsible for their safety. It is not
advised to use this appliance by children
under 14.
•Children should be supervised to en-
sure they do not play with the appliance.

be replaced by a qualified engineer in order
to avoid a hazard.
•Ensure that all parts are completely
dry before filling the appliance with oil or
liquid fat.
•Do not swi tch the appl i ance on unti l it
has been filled with oil or liquid fat. Do not
overfill.
•Exercise caution during frying as the
appliance will emit hot steam and may spit
out hot oil.
•Always dry food before frying to pre-
vent the oil frothing or spitting.
•Take care not to touch the hot surfac-
es of the appliance.
•When cooking is finished, turn the
thermostat to the minimum position and
unplug from the supply.
•Do not move the appl iance until the oi l
or liquid fat has cooled.
•Ensure that there is sufficient ventila-
tion around the appliance to allow the es-
cape of heat and steam.
•Do not i mmerse the appl i ance i n water
or any other liquids.
•This appliance contains no user ser-
viceable parts. All repairs should only be
carried out by a qualified engineer Improper
repairs may place the user at risk of harm.
•Do not operate the appl i ance after a
malfunction or if it has been dropped or
damaged in any way.
•Do not l eave the appli ance unattended
whilst connected to the mains power
supply.
•This appliance must be unplugged
from the power supply after use and whilst
any maintenance such as cleaning is carried
out.
•The appliance must be used on a sta-
ble, heat resistant surface.
•Do not use the appl i ance for any pur-
pose other than that for which it is
designed.
•Ensure that the supply cord is kept
away from heat or sharp edges that could
cause damage.
•Plug in the appliance only to the
grounded socket.
•This appliance is intended for domestic
use only. It should not be used for commer-
cial purposes.

Oil Level and Oil Maintenance
•Before plugging the unit into the mains
power supply, always ensure that the oil is
between the Minimum and Maximum mark-
ings on the inside of the tank. Failure to fill
the unit correctly could result in overheat-
ing or injury.
