Connect your smart remote with the power cable.
(Input power: DC 5V/1A) and make sure that your mobile phone
is connected to the local Wi-Fi network (2.4GHz).
The TuyaSmart app is free. Scan the QR code shown above or
download the app via the Google Play Store™ or App Store™ on
your smartphone device. Install and register an account.
1. Press and hold the reset button for 5 seconds, until the LED
indicator light begins to flash rapidly.
2. Press “ Add Device” in the TuyaSmart app.
3. Select “All Devices”.
4. Choose “Infrared Universal Remote Control”.
5. After you’ve finished connecting, the indicator light will turn off.

The Smart Remote is recommended for use only indoors and in a
dry location.
Please contact the seller for a replacement if there is any damage
caused by transportation.
Please keep away from children.
Please do not disassemble the Smart Remote, as it may cause
damage to the device or cause a safety concern.
Adding the remote is based on the default database, which
includes TVs, air conditioners, set top boxes, and fans.
Setup is simple and quick, but limited by the database.

If you can’t find your device in the brand list, please press the DIY
option and follow the in-app prompts in order to add your device.

If you want to rewrite the DIY button, you can press the “Edit”
button on the remote control panel.

The Smart Remote can learn signals in the frequency of 38KHz.
1. To learn the desired signal, briefly press the buttons of your
device’s remote control.
2. Do NOT press and hold the buttons while learning.
