1 Read these instructions.
2 Keep these instructions.
3 Heed all warnings.
4 Follow all instructions.
5 Do not use this apparatus near water.
6 Clean only with dry cloth.
7 Do not block any ventilation openings. Install in accordance with the
manufacturer’s instructions.
8 Do not install near any heat sources such as radiators, heat registers,
stoves, or other apparatus (including ampliers) that produce heat.
9 Do not defeat the safety purpose of the polarized or grounding-type
plug. A polarized plug has two blades with one wider than the other. A
grounding type plug has two blades and a third grounding prong. The
wide blade or the third prong is provided for your safety. If the provided
plug does not t into your outlet, consult an electrician for replacement
of the obsolete outlet.
10 Protect the power cord from being walked on or pinched particularly at
plugs, convenience receptacles, and the point where they exit from the
apparatus.
11 Only use attachments/accessories specied by the manufacturer.
12 Use only with the cart, stand, tripod, bracket, or table
specied by the manufacturer, or sold with the apparatus.
When a cart is used, use caution when moving the cart/
apparatus combination to avoid injury from tip-over.
13 Unplug this apparatus during lightning storms or when unused for long
periods of time.
14 Refer all servicing to qualied service personnel. Servicing is required
when the apparatus has been damaged in any way, such as power-
supply cord or plug is damaged, liquid has been spilled or objects have
fallen into the apparatus, the apparatus has been exposed to rain or
moisture, does not operate normally, or has been dropped.

CAUTION
The C 568 employs a Laser System. To ensure proper use of this product,
please read this owners manual carefully and retain for future reference.
Should the unit require maintenance, contact an authorized service
location. Use of controls, adjustments or the performance of procedures
other than those specied may result in exposure to laser radiation. To
prevent direct exposure to laser beam, do not try to open the enclosure.
Visible laser radiation when the enclosure is opened.

SUFFICIENT MAGNITUDE TO CONSTITUTE A RISK OF ELECTRIC

CAUTION REGARDING PLACEMENT
To maintain proper ventilation, be sure to leave a space around the unit
(from the largest outer dimensions including projections) that is equal to or
greater than shown below.

No naked ame sources, such as lighted candles, should be placed on the
apparatus.
This apparatus is for moderate climates areas use, not suitable for use in

or the point of sale where you purchased the items.
By ensuring compliance and conformance to proper disposal of waste
batteries, potential hazardous eects on human health is prevented and
the negative impact of batteries and waste batteries on the environment
is minimized, thus contributing to the protection, preservation and quality
improvement of the environment.
NOTES ON ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
At the end of its useful life, this product must not be disposed
of with regular household waste but must be returned to a
collection point for the recycling of electrical and electronic
equipment. The symbol on the product, user’s manual and
packaging, point this out.
The materials can be reused in accordance with their markings. Through
re-use, recycling of raw materials or other forms of recycling of old
products, you are making an important contribution to the protection of
our environment. Your local administrative oce can advise you of the
responsible waste disposal point.

excessive heat such as sunshine, re or the like.
