IMPORTANT SAFEGUARD:
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including
the following:
1. Read all instructions carefully.
2. Do not use the appliance on any metal table.
3. Do not use the appliance next to devices, which react sensitively to magnet (e.g., radios,
TV, cassette recorders, etc.).
4. Keep curtains, furniture, flammable materials, etc. away from the griller and from the
convenience outlet where the appliance is plugged.
5. Before using the griller, check if the voltage indicated corresponds with the convenience
outlet (230Va.c.)
6. Do not use any appliance with a damaged cord or plug. If the cord is damaged it should
be replaced with the same type and size or bring the appliance to the nearest Authorized
Service Center.
7. app Do not use the two-way socket with another liance.
8. Do not place the unit near gas stove, an electric burner, in heated oven or near any hot
surface.
9. Do not touch the appliance and the power plug with wet hands.
10. Do not allow the cord to touch the hot surface of the unit.
11. Do not place any metal kitchen utensils, knives or other metal objects on the appliance.
These may heat up when the appliance is turned on.
12. Do not place any magnetic objects on the Panini plate while the appliance is in use.
13. To protect against electric shock, do not immerse the unit in water or any other liquids.
14. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they
have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliances by person
responsible for their safety. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play
with the appliance.
15. Extreme caution must be taken in moving an appliance containing hot oil or liquids.
16. Do not touch the Panini grill while cooking is in progress.
17. Do not use the appliance for other than intended use.
18. Use of accessories or equipment not supplied by the manufacturer may cause damage or
malfunctioning of your appliance or result in injuries.
19. CAUTION: Never leave the unit unattended while cooking.
20. The appliance is not intended for outdoor use.
21. For household use only, not intended for any business purposes.
22. Save this instruction for future references.
DESCRIPTION OF PARTS:
HOW TO USE:
1. For initial use wipe the non-stick plate of the unit with damp cloth.
2. Unlock the unit by moving the security latch to OPEN.
3. Plug the Panini grill into the convenience outlet. The orange light indicator will turn ON
(the orange light indicates that the power is ON).
4. Close the cover and prepare the ingredients while the unit is heating.
5. When it is ready the green light indicator will turn . ON
6. Fully open the Panini grill place the ingredients to the grilling plate. ,
7. Adjust the height of the grilling plate depending on the thickness of the food by moving the
security latch to the desired height and close the lid.
8. The green light will turn OFF as you close the unit.
9. The green light will turn ON when cooking is done.
10. Remove the cooked food.
11. Unplug the unit after every use.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE:
1. Unplug and wait for the unit to cool o before cleaning.
2. Wipe the non-stick plate with paper towels or soft cloth.
3. Wipe the body of the Panini grill with damp cloth.
4. Do not use abrasive materials to avoid scratches.
5. Do not immerse the unit in water or any type of liquid.
