IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
Basic safety precauons should be followed:
1. Read all instrucons carefully.
2. Do not allow children to operate or play with the appliance.
3. If damaged or malfuncon occurs, refer to an authorized service center only.
4. Do not place on or near hot surfaces.
5. Do not use the appliance for other than intended household use.
Warning: This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilies or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instrucon by a person
who is responsible for their safety concerning the use of the appliance. Children should be supervised to ensure that
they do not play with the appliance.
Read these instrucons carefully:
1. Place the scale on a hard, at surface to ensure weight accuracy. Uneven oors may aect the reading.
2. The scale will automacally round up or down to the nearest 100g/0.2lb, you weigh yourself twice and get two if
dierent readings then your weight lies between the two readings.
3. Do not allow the scale to become saturated with water as it can damage the unit.
4. The scale is a precision electronic product, do not drop or jump up and down on it.
Instrucons for use
1. Place the scale on a hard at surface, Avoid carpets or
so surface.
2. Gently step on the scale with your feet evenly placed
and wait while the scale computes your weight.
3. Press the key at the boom of the scale to change units
in kg/lb/st.
4. When the scale is overweight (over
180kg/396lb/28.35st), the following will appear on the
screen.
5. When the baeries need to replace, following will
appear on the screen.
6. Please open the back board of the scales, then take the
batteries out carefully from the baery compartment by
following the diagram: Please push the metal sheet
outwards and the baery will come out.
7. When you step o the scale, it will automacally switch
o. (If no weighing is carried out while the zero is being
displayed, the scales will automacally switch
themselves off aer approximately 7 seconds).

NOTE: Lithium Baeries are included (CR2032). Please remove the insulaon sheet from the baery contact before using.
Replace the batteries when the “Low Battery Indicator” shows.
Cleaning & Maintenance
1. Clean the scale with a damp cloth.
2. Do not use any chemical cleaning agents.
3. Remove the baeries if the scales will not be used for a long period of me.

This product is guaranteed for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase against defects in materials and
workmanship. Under this guarantee the manufacturer undertakes to repair or replace any parts found to be defecve,
provided the product is brought back to the purchase address. This guarantee is only valid if the appliance has been used
in accordance with the instrucons, and that it has not been modied, repaired or interfered with by any unauthorized
person, or damaged through misuse.
This guarantee does not cover wear and tear, or breakables such as ceramic items, etc. If the product fails to operate and
needs to be returned, pack it carefully, enclosing your name and address and the reason for return and bring it to the
address of purchase. If within the guarantee period, please also provide the guarantee card and proof of purchase.
