Die Vorheizplatte WHP 50 WHP 80 ist zum Anschluß an folgende geregelten Weller
Löt- und Entlötstationen geeignet.
WHP 50 Alle 50W und 80W Versorgungseinheiten mit 50°C Anfangstemperatur.
WHP 80: Alle 80W Versorgungseinheiten mit 50°C Anfangstemperatur.
Die Heizplatte verfügt über eine beheizte Fläche von 80 x 50mm und wird gleichmäßig
von erwärmt. Zur Heizung wird Sicherheitskleinspannung verwendet. Die
Plattentemperatur ist mit dem angeschlossenen Steuergerät elektronisch stufenlos
regelbar.
Das Anschlußkabel ist aus temperaturbeständigem Silikonmaterial. Vorzuwärmende
Bauteile können gegebenenfalls mit Halteklammern befestigt werden.

2. Inbetriebnahme
Anschlußstecker der Vorheizplatte mit der Anschlußbuchse des Steuergerätes kon-
taktieren und verriegeln. Gerät einschalten und die gewünschte Temperatur am Steu-
ergerät einstellen. Arbeitstemperatur

Steuergerät verbunden. Der Potentialausgleich kann nach den Angaben in der Be-
triebsanleitung des Steuergerätes hergestellt werden.
4. Arbeitshinweis
Beim Vorheizen von Trägermaterial empfiehlt es sich, eine dünne
bzw. Kaptonzwischenlage auf der Heizplatte zu verwenden, um die zum Löten benö-
tigte Wärme nicht auf die Heizplatte zurückzuführen.
Die Betriebsanleitungen von anschließbaren WELLER-Werkzeugen sind zu dieser
Betriebsanleitung ergänzend gültig.

Reparaturen nur von autorisiertem Fachpersonal durchführen

Keine entflammbaren Gegenstände auf der Heizplatte ablegen.
Verbrennungsgefahr!
Bei Einbau oder Ausbau darf die zulässige Tischerwärmung
nicht überschritten werden.
Nur die zum Anschluß geeigneten Weller-Geräte verwenden.

1. Description
The preheating plate WHP 50 WHP 80 has been designed for connection to the
following controlled soldering desoldering stations:
WHP 50: all 50W and 80W power units with minimum setting temperature 50°C.
WHP 80: all 80W power units with minimum setting temperature 50°C.
The heating plate has a heated surface of 80 x which is heated steadily from
to 200°C. Protective low voltage is used for heating. By means of the control unit
connected, the plate temperature can be adjusted. The
connecting cable is made of temperature-resistant silicone material. Components to
be preheated can be attached by means of holding clamps, if necessary.

2. Initial operation
Connect and secure the connector plug of the preheating plate to the connector socket
on the control unit to the requested temperature. Operating temperature: to 200°C.
3. Potential balance
the control unit, The equipotential bonding can be adjusted according to the data in
the operating instructions of the control unit.
4. Instructions for use
During the preheating process of ceramic base material, it is advisable to use a thin
Teflon respectively Kapton intermediate plate on the heating plate in order not to
return the heat required for soldering to the heating plate.
Information contained in the operation manuals of any other connected WELLER
tools should be observed in addition to the information contained in this operation
manual.
