the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
5. T o protect against re, electrical hazards, and/or personal injury,
do not immerse cord, plugs or base in water or other liquids.
6. C lose supervision is necessary when any appliance is used
by or near children.
7. D o not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug
or after the appliance malfunctions or has been dropped or
damaged in any manner. Return appliance to the nearest
Waring Repair Center for examination, repair, and electrical
or mechanical adjustment.
8. The use of accessory attachments not recommended by
Waring may cause injuries.

9. This appliance is not intended for outdoor use.
10. D o not let cord hang over edge of table or counter or touch
hot surfaces.
11. D o not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in
a heated oven.
12. Do not use appliance for other than its intended use.
13. T hese coffee warmers are equipped with 3-prong grounding
plugs and must be plugged into a correctly polarized 3-prong
grounding-type wall receptacle.
14. N o user-serviceable parts inside. Repair should be done by
authorized service personnel only.
15. Do not clean with a water jet or use in an area where a water jet
may be used.
16. To reduce risk of explosion or re, do not use near combustibles.
17. Do not use with an extension cord.
18. F or safe and proper operation, the appliance must be placed
in a stable, horizontal position.
19. T o reduce risk of serious burns or scalding, do not place hand
or other body parts near warmers while heating.
20. Always unplug unit from power supply before servicing.
21. Surfaces are hot and can cause burns.
