Wanneer je je Dutch Oven op de traditionele manier wilt gebruiken, met warmte van boven en van
onderen, kan je de tabel hierboven aanhouden voor de hoeveelheid. Het is wel belangrijk om te ont-
houden, dat het aantal benodigde briketten afhankelijk is van de kookmethode die je wilt gebruiken.
Voor alle maten Dutch Ovens geldt;
- Soepen en stoven: 1/3 van genoemde aantal brikketten op de deksel en 2/3 onder de Dutch Oven.
- Bakken: 2/3 van genoemde aantal brikketten op de deksel en 1/3 onder de Dutch Oven.
Wenn Sie Ihren Dutch Oven auf traditionelle Weise verwenden möchten, also mit Hitze von oben und
unten, können Sie die oben stehende Tabelle für die Menge verwenden. Es ist jedoch wichtig zu wissen,
dass die Anzahl der benötigten Briketts von der gewünschten Kochmethode abhängt. Die folgenden
Angaben gelten für alle Größen von Dutch Ovens;
- Suppen und Eintöpfe: 1/3 der auf dem Deckel angegebenen Anzahl von Briketts und 2/3 unter dem
Dutch Oven.
- Backen: 2/3 der Anzahl der Briketts auf dem Deckel und 1/3 unter dem Dutch Oven.
Si vous souhaitez utiliser votre Dutch Oven de manière traditionnelle, avec une chaleur provenant du
haut et du bas, vous pouvez utiliser le tableau ci-dessous pour connaître la quantité. Il est toutefois
important de se rappeler que le nombre de briquettes nécessaires dépend de la méthode de cuisson
que vous souhaitez utiliser. Ce qui suit s’applique à toutes les tailles de Dutch Ovens ;
- Soupes et ragoûts : 1/3 du nombre de briquettes indiqué sur le couvercle et 2/3 sous le Dutch
Oven.
- Cuisson au four : 2/3 du nombre de briquettes indiqué sur le couvercle et 1/3 sous le Dutch Oven.
If you want to use your Dutch Oven in the traditional way, with heat from above and below, you
can use the table above for the amount. It is important to remember, however, that the number of
briquettes required depends on the cooking method you want to use. The following applies to all
sizes of Dutch Ovens;
- Soups and stews: 1/3 of the number of briquettes listed on the lid and 2/3 under the Dutch Oven.
- Baking: 2/3 of the number of briquettes on the lid and 1/3 under the Dutch Oven.
