BIZTONSÁGI ELÃÍRÁSOK

• A kályha környezetében ne használjon se

gyúlékony anyagot se folyadékot.

• Sugárzó hŒ hatásának vagy nyári napfénynek

ne tegye ki a palackot.

• A mıködŒ kályhát ne helyezze függöny,

bútor, üzemanyag, faszekrény vagy meleg által

rongálható anyagok mellé.

• A kályhát ne használja

-hálószobában

-fürdŒszobában, mosdóban vagy tusolóban

-pincében

• Az üzemeltetés alatt vigyázzon, hogy

kisgyermek ne kerüljön a kályha közelébe.

• Mindig zárja el a gázcsapot p1-ha nem használja

a kályhát.

• Ügyeljen a beszerelés körülményeire és ha

gázszagot érez:

- zárja el a gázcsapot a szabályozón.

- nyissa ki az ablakot.

- ne kapcsoljon be semmilyen elektromos

megszakítót és oltson el mindenféle tüzet.

- hívjon hivatásos szerelŒt.

• Ne használja a kályhát védŒrács nélkül.

Vizsgálja meg, hogy a hajlékony gázcsŒ nem

járt-e le.

BEÜZEMELTETÉSI UTASÍTÁSOK

Fontos, hogy betartsa azokat a szabályokat,

melyeket hivatalos, érvényes normativa határoz

meg a kályha beszerelésére és mıködtetésére,

amiért is ajánlatos hivatásos szerelŒhöz fordulni.

Az eredményes beszereléshez, közöljük a

legfontosabb lépéseket.

• A helység, melyben a kályhát mıködtetjük,

min. egy 50 cms keresztmetszetı megfelelŒ

szellŒzbnyílással kell, hogy rendelkezzen, fent

is meg lent is.

• Min. 8 m2-es helység szükséges a biztonságos

mıködtetéshez, valamint a bútorok max. 2 m

területet foglalhatnak el.

• Nem ajánljuk a katalizátoros modell

használatát aeroszolos környezetben.

mıködtetéshez szükséges alkatrészek fontosak.

A kályha mıködtetéséhez szükség van:

- Hivatalos forgalmazók által kiadott propán/

bután gázpalackra, amin a gázmennyiség és

nyomás fel van tüntetve.

- Hitelesített nyomásszabályozó (lásd 2. ábra)

- 0,5 m hosszú hajlékony gázcsŒ

- 2 rugalmas csŒhöz szükséges csavaros

fémgyırı (1. ábra).

Az alkatrészek mıszaki adatait a gázpalackon

lévŒ fémcímkén találja meg, vagy lépjen

kapcsolatba a gázpalack forgalmazójával.

ÜZEMBEHELYEZÉS:

Miután a készüléket kicsomagoltuk:

• Vegye le a hátsó ajtót.

• Kapcsolja a hajlékony gázcsövet a kályhán lévŒ

gázbemeneti csatlakozásra és a szabályozóra,

úgy, hogy biztosítsa a hermetikus lezárást a két

fémgyırı által.

• Rakja be a gázpalackot és helyezze a

szabályozót a palackra. Miután kinyitotta a

szabályozót, gyzödjön meg róla, hogy nem

szivárog a gáz, úgy hogy szappanos vizet

ecseteljen a gázcsŒ, a kályha és a szabályozó

kapcsolódására.

• Rakja vissza a hátsó ajtót (4. ábra)

Jegyzetek.- A gázpalackcserét nem éghetŒ

környezetben végezze el. A kályha olyan

biztonsági berendezéssel rendelkezik, amely az

Œrlángot kioltja abban az esetben, ha a CO2

koncentráció eléri a maximumot.

Kis helységben a biztonsági berendezés

mıködésbe léphet.

Az rláng kialvása esetén szellŒztesse ki

megfelelŒen a helységet és várjon néhány

percet mielŒtt újra üzembe helyezi a készüléket.

KAPCSOL HOZÓ

• Figyelem: Az elsŒ használat elŒtt, vagy ha

hosszabb ideig nem használta a készüléket

mıködtesse néhányszor tetszésszerinti

sorrendben a gombokat, gáz használata nélkül,

a késŒbbi helyes mıködés érdekében. (3 ábra).

• Nyissa ki a gázadagoló nyílását. (2 ábra)

Nyomja le hüvelykujjával teljesen a gombot

( ) és tartsa lenyomva 10 másodpercig (Ábra

10). Figyelje meg az ellenŒrzŒ láng kigyulladását

az égŒfej felsŒ részén (Ábra 11).

Tartsa még 10 másodpercig lenyomva, és p1-he a

gomb elengedése után kialszik az ellenŒrzŒ

láng ismételje meg a mıveletet.

A fıtŒtest minimális pozícióban marad.

- MAXIMÁLIS meleg: Nyomja le félig a gombot

és tartsa 20 másodpercig lenyomva, ezalatt

nyomja le párszor a kapcsoló gombot ( )

(15 ábra), amíg az ellenŒrzŒ láng az égŒfejen

kigyullad. (Ábra 6)

Tartsa továbbra is lenyomva a gázadagoló

gombját ( másodpercig. Ha elengedése ) 10

után kialszik az ellenŒrzŒ láng, ismételje meg a

mıveletet.

Állítsa be a hŒmérsékletet a központi kapcsoló

segítségével elfordítva a MAXIMUM (16 ábra)

vagy MINIMUM (17 ábra) irányába.

A maximum és minimum között többféle

hŒmérsékletet választhat.

A kapcsolás folyamatát a termosztátor

maximumra való állításával végezheti el, hagyja

10 percig ebben a helyzetben. A 10 perc letelte

után állítsa be a kívánt hŒmérsékletet.

KARBANTARTÁS

• Bármilyen anomáliát észlel vagy alkatrészre van

szüksége, keresse fel szervízünket.

• A rendszeres karbantartáshoz hívjon hivatásos

szerelŒt.

• EllenŒriztesse készülékét 2 évente hivatásos

szerelŒvel.

• Figyelje, hogy az Œrláng ne aludjon ki.

• EllenŒrizze, hogy a rugalmas gázcsŒ nem

szorul-e cserére. Szükség esetén a fentiekben

leírtak alapján cserélje ki.

• A készüléket a gázcsap teljes elzárása mellett,

hideg állapotban tisztítsa; Ne használjon

gyúlékony tisztítószert.

• Tartsa a használaton kívıli kályhát pormentes,

száraz helyen, fedje le vászon vagy plasztikus

védŒhuzattal.

utasításokat.

• A kályha nem gyullad be gázpalackcsere után:

- LevegŒ van a palackban. Hosszabb ideig

nyomja be a gyújtógombot, míg az Œrláng

begyullad, majd tegye maximális teljesítményre.

- Ha a gázpalack le van hılve: Tegyen meleg,

vizes ruhákat a gázpalack tetejére, hogy evvel

növelje a gázáramlást.

• Ha begyújtás után újra kialszik az Œrláng,

ismételje meg a mıveletet pontosan követve az

utasításokat.

• Ha a bekapcsolástól számított 30 perc után

alszik ki, az azt jelenti, hogy nem megfelelŒ

környezetben helyezkedik el. SzellŒztesse ki a

helységet, majd újra gyújtson be.

• Ha a begyújtástól számított 30 percen belül

alszik ki, akkor ellenŒrizze le, hogy a kályha nincs-

e huzatban, vagy nem ürült-e ki a gázpalack.

(obr. 15), aby se ve spodní ãásti hoﬁáku objevil

plamínek (obr. 6).

• Mûjte tlaãítko pro prÛchod plynu [ ] sti‰tûné

dal‰ích 10 vteﬁin a pokud pﬁi jeho následném

uvolnûní plamen zhasne, zopakujte cel˘ postup

znovu.

• Stﬁedním ovladaãem nastavte teplotu tím

zpÛsobem, Ïe jím budete otáãet mezi

polohami MAXIMUM (obr. 16) a MINIMUM

(obr. 17).

• Mezi tûmito dvûma polohami funguje

nepﬁetrÏitá regulace, která umoÏÀuje nastavení

teploty na mnoho rÛzn˘ch hladin.

• Cyklus zapalování je tﬁeba provádût

ovladaãem termostatu v poloze maxima a

udrÏovat tuto polohu bûhem prvních 10 minut

provozu spotﬁebiãe. Po uplynutí této doby

mÛÏete zvolit libovolnou hladinu ohﬁevu.

ÚDRÎBA

• JestliÏe pozorujete jakoukoliv anomálii nebo

si pﬁejete náhradní díly, spojte se s na‰í servisní

sítí.

• Periodickou revizi mÛÏe provádût pouze

vy‰koleny a oprávnûny technik.

• Doporuãujeme provádût tuto revizi pﬁístroje

kaÏdé dva roky.

• Dávejte pozor na plamínek, musí hoﬁet

ustálenû.

• Ovûﬁte si, zda je tﬁeba mûnit hadici na plyn.

Mûjte hadici v zásobí, a je-li ji tﬁeba vymûnit,

postupujte podle instrukcí uvedenych v

kapitole “Uvedení do chodu”

• Doporuãujeme ãistit pﬁistroj pﬁi uzavﬁeném

pﬁívodu plynu, tûleso by mûlo byt zcela

chladné a doporuãujeme pouÏívat jemné

ãisticí, neabrazivní prostﬁedky.

• JestliÏe pﬁistroj nepouÏíváte, doporuãujeme

umístit jej do nepraÏného, suchého prostﬁedí

a pﬁikryt látkovym nebo plastikovym návlekem.

• Zkontrolujte, zda je plyn v lahvi a zda je

regulátor správnû nasazen a otevoen.

• Zkontrolujte, zda je dobﬁe zapojena hadice.

• Ovûﬁte si, zda jste postupovali správnû podle

návodu.

• JestliÏe se vám toto stane po vymûnû láhve,

dÛvody mohou byt následující:

- V lahvi mÛÏe byt vzduch. ProdluÏte ãas, kdy

maãkáte knoflík k zaÏehnutí jiskry, aÏ se vám

podarí zapálit plamínek a zaÏehnout spalovací

prostor. Nastavte potom na pozici maximum.

- Plynová láhev mohla byt vystavena velmi

nízkym venkovním teplotám. PoloÏte na horní

ãást lahve hadry, namoãené ve velmi teplé

vodû, abyste napomohli normálnímu

vypou‰tûní plynu.

• JestliÏe zhasne po ukonãení manipulace k

zapálení, opakujte celou operaci znovu a

dodrÏujte pﬁesnû instrukce.

• JestliÏe zhasne po 30 minutách fungování,

informuje vás to o tom, Ïe se nacházíte v

zﬁedûné atmosféﬁe. Vyvûtrejte místnost a znovu

zapalte tûleso.

• JestliÏe zhasne pﬁed ubûhnutím 30 minut

fungování, zkontrolujte, zda není vystavena

prÛvanu nebo zda neskonéil plyn v lahvi.

• Nedoporuãujeme uÏívat katalytick˘ model v

prostredí, kde se ãasto uÏívají aerosoly.

uÏivatel, aniÏ by musel volat instalatéra. K

zapojení v‰ak musí mít k dispozici souãástky

nutné k uvedení do chodu.

K uvedení topného tûlesa do chodu musíte mít

k dispozici:

- 1 Plynovou láhev propan-butanovou plnûnou

v˘hradnû oficiálním distributorem, plyn a tlak

musí odpovídat hodnotám, uveden˘m na

tabulce s technickymi údaji.

- 1 Homologovany regulátor tlaku. Viz. obr. 2

- 1 Normalizovanou hadici pro pﬁívod plynu o

délce 0,5 m.

- 2 Holandry ke ‰roubÛm pro upevnûní hadice

(obr. 1)

Pﬁi vybûru tûchto souéástek vycházejte z údajú,

uvedenych na tabulce s technickymi hodnotami

a poraíte se se svym dodavatelem plynu.

FUNKùNÍ POPIS

V závislosti na modelu, mÛÏe mít vase topné

tûleso následující specifikace,

1. Knoflík pro uvedení do chodu a zaÏehnutí.

Volba potence.

2. Ochranná mﬁíÏka.

3. Spalovací prostor na infraãervené paprsky

4. Okénko pro plamínek.

5. Katalyticky panel

6. Zadní dvíﬁka ( obr. 4)

7. Úchytky zadních dvíﬁek

8. Zásobovací hlavice plynu

9. Koleãka na pﬁemísÈování tûlesa

UVEDENÍ DO CHODU

Vybalte pﬁistroj z obalu:

• OdstraÀte nábytková dvíﬁka

• Zapojte hadici do zásobovací pﬁívodové

hlavice na plyn a do regulátoru a zajistûte toto

spojení dvûma holandry.

• Umístûte plynovou láhev na dno a namontujte

na ni regulátor plynové láhve, vyzkou‰ejte, Ïe

neuniká plyn tak, Ïe ‰tûtcem nanesete

mydlovou vodu na spojení hadice s tûlesem a

s regulátorem.

• Namontujte zadní dvíﬁka, tak, Ïe zapadnou

do záchytek obr.4

Poznámka : Vymûna láhve se musí provádût v

nehoﬁlavém prostﬁedí.

Topné tûleso je vybaveno bezpeãnostním

zaﬁízením, které zhasne plamínek, jestliÏe

koncentrace CO

2 pﬁekroãí povolenou maximální

normu.

Je normání, Ïe toto zaﬁízení funguje ve velmi

malych místnostech.

V pﬁípadû, Ïe zhasne plamínek, vyvûtrejte

ﬁádnû místnost a poãkejte nûkolik minut, neÏ

opût uvedete pﬁístroj do chodu.

NÁVOD K ZAPNUTÍ

• Pozor: Pﬁed prvním pouÏitím spotﬁebiãe a v

pﬁípadech, kdy se del‰í dobu nepouÏíval,

doporuãujeme nûkolikrát stﬁídavû stisknout

tlaãítka, aniÏ by tûlesem procházel plyn, aby

• Ctûte pozornû instrukce v této pﬁiruãce.

Obsahuje informace dÛleÏité jak z hlediska

uÏívání, tak z hlediska bezpeãnosti.

• Neuvádûjte o chodu poÏkozeny pﬁístroj.

• ÚdrÏbu a opravy pﬁistroje musí provádût

povûﬁen˘ a oprávnûny technik. JestliÏe

nerespektujete tyto instrukce, vystavujete se

nebezpeãí ztráty záruky.

• Tento pﬁístroj mÛÏe byt instalován a uveden

do chodu i samotn˘m uÏivatelem, pokud jsou

dodrÏovány instrukce pro instalaci a oficiální

normy t˘kající se instalace plynov˘ch zaﬁízení v

místnostech, urãen˘ch k ob˘vání. JestliÏe se

vÏak chcete cítit klidnû, svûﬁte tuto operaci do

rukou odborného, oprávnûného technika.

• Uschovejte tuto kníÏeãku s návodem, mÛÏe

Vám poslouÏit, jestliÏe zapomenete rady a

instrukce nebo eventuelnû poslouÏit jinému

uÏivateli. JestliÏe ji ztratíte, neváhejte poÏádat

o novy exempláﬁ v nasí servisní síti.

BEZPAâNOSTNÍ INSTRUKCE

• Neskladujte ani neuÏívejte hoﬁlavé materiály a

tekutiny v blízkosti topného tûlesa.

• Nevystavujte láhev na plné slunce, zejména v

létû, ani ji neumísÈujte do blízkosti jiného zdroje

tepla.

• NeumísÈujte fungující topné tûleso do

blízkosti záclon, nábytku, dﬁevûnych panelÛ,

které se mohou teplem zniãit nebo roztavit ani

do blízkosti vybu‰n˘ch materiálÛ.

• Topné tûleso se nemá uÏívat:

- v loÏnicích

- v koupelnách, záchodech a sprchov˘ch

koutech

- ve sklepeních

• Bûhem fungování, zamezte tomu, aby se do

blízkosti topného tûlesa dostaly malé dûti.

• Zavírejte pﬁívod plynu vÏdy, jestliÏe neuÏíváte

topné tûleso.

• DÛslednû respektujte podmínky pro instalaci

a jestliÏe ucítíte plyn:

- Uzavﬁete pﬁívod plynu na regulátoru

- Otevﬁete okna

RECOMENDACIONES DE SEGURIDAD

• No almacene ni utilice materiales ni líquidos

inflamables en las proximidades de la estufa.

• No exponga la botella a pleno sol en verano,

ni muy cerca de un foco de calor.

• No coloque la estufa en funcionamiento cerca

de cortinas, muebles, paneles de madera o

materiales combustibles que puedan

deteriorarse con el calor.

• La estufa no debe utilizarse en:

- Dormitorios

- Cuartos de baño, aseo o ducha.

- Sótanos.

• Durante el funcionamiento evite que los niños

pequeños puedan acercarse a la estufa.

• Cierre el paso del gas siempre que no utilice

la estufa.

• Respete cuidadosamente las condiciones de

instalación y si percibe olor a gas:

- Cierre el paso del gas en el regulador.

- Abra las ventanas.

- No conecte ningún interruptor eléctrico y

apague cualquier tipo de llama.

- Avise a un técnico autorizado.

• No utilizar la estufa sin la rejilla de protección.

Compruebe que el tubo flexible de gas no esta

caducado.

RECOMENDACIONES PARA LA

INSTALACION

Es importante seguir las especificaciones que

la Normativa legal vigente establece para el

emplazamiento y puesta en marcha de este

aparato, por lo que le recomendamos consulte

a un técnico autorizado. No obstante si decide

prescindir de dicha consulta, seguidamente le

relacionamos las más importantes.

• El local donde funcione el aparato debe

disponer de una entrada suficiente de aire, de

al menos 50 cm2 de sección, tanto en la parte

superior como en la inferior.

• Tener un volumen mínimo de 8 m

3 y el

mobiliario existente, 2 m3 como máximo.

• Recomendamos no utilizar el modelo

catalítico en ambientes de uso de aerosoles

muy frecuente.

El aparato puede conectarlo a la botella de gas

el propio usuario, sin tener que recurrir a un

instalador. Para ello debe proveerse de los

complementos necesarios para su

funcionamiento.

Para hacer funcionar la estufa debe disponer

de:

- 1 Botella de gas. Butano/ Propano, envasado

únicamente por Distribuidores Oficiales. según

el gas indicado en la Placa de Características.

- 1 Regulador de presión homologado e

indicado en la placa de características. Ver

figura 2.

- 1 Tubo flexible normalizado para gas de una

longitud de 0,5 m.

- 2 Bridas de tornillo para el tubo flexible

(Fig. 1).

Para determinar estos complementos, consulte

la placa de características y contacte con su

distribuidor de gas.

DESCRIPCION FUNCIONAL

En función del modelo, su estufa podrá estar

dotada de las siguientes especificaciones:

1.- Teclas de accionamiento y encendido.

Selección de potencia.

2.- Rejilla de protección.

3.- Quemador de infrarrojos.

4.- Ventana de la llama piloto

5.- Panel catalítico.

6.- Puerta trasera, (figura 4).

7.- Enganches de la puerta trasera.

8.- Racor alimentación gas.

9.- Ruedas para desplazamiento.

PUESTA EN FUNCIONAMIENTO

Una vez extraído el aparato del embalaje:

• Saque la puerta del mueble

• Conectar el tubo flexible en el racor de

entrada de gas en la estufa y en el

regulador,asegurando la estanqueidad

mediante las 2 bridas.

• Situar la botella sobre la base y montar el

regulador en la botella. Después de abrir el

regulador, compruebe que no hay fugas de gas

mediante aplicación de agua jabonosa con un

pincel en la unión del tubo flexible con la estufa

y el regulador.

• Monte la puerta trasera, encajando las patillas

de que va dotada. Fig.4.

Notas.- El cambio de botella debe realizarse

en ambientes no inflamables.

La estufa incorpora un dispositivo de seguridad

que apaga la llama piloto cuando la

concentración de CO2 excede la máxima de

norma.

Es normal que dicho dispositivo actúe en

locales muy pequeños.

En el caso de que se apague la llama, ventile el

local convenientemente y espere unos minutos

a volver a poner en marcha el aparato.

INSTRUCCIONES DE ENCENDIDO

• Atención: Antes de proceder al primer uso

del aparato y después de periodos largos sin

utilización recomendamos accionar, sin paso

de gas, las teclas varias veces alternativamente

para favorecer el funcionamiento. (Fig. 3).

• Abra la salida del gas del regulador. (Fig. 2)

• Pulse a fondo con el dedo pulgar en la huella

de la tecla [ ] y manténgala durante 10

segundos (Fig. 10). Observe en la parte inferior

del quemador, (Fig 11,) que se p2-ha encendido

una llamita piloto.

• Continúe pulsando 10 segundos más y si al

soltar la tecla se apaga la llama, repita la

maniobra.

• La estufa quedará en posición de mínimo.

- Calor MAXIMO: Pulse la tecla [ ], hasta la

mitad de su recorrido. (Fig 13)

- Calor MINIMO: Tecla [ ] hundida hasta el

fondo. (Fig 12)

- Calor MEDIO: Pulse a fondo la tecla [ ]

• La estufa queda a máximo.

- Calor MEDIO. Pulse la tecla [ ] hasta la

mitad de su recorrido. (Fig. 8)

- Calor MAXIMO. Pulse a fondo la tecla de [ ]

(Fig. 7)

• Pulse a fondo la tecla de paso del gas [ ] y

manténgala pulsada unos 20 segundos mientras

acciona una o varias veces la tecla de

encendido [ ] (Fig. 15), hasta que observe

que se p2-ha encendido una llamita en la parte

inferior del quemador, (Fig. 6).

• Continúe pulsando la tecla de paso del gas

[ ] 10 segundos más, y si al soltar la tecla se

apaga la llama repita la maniobra.

• Regule la temperatura con el mando central,

haciéndolo girar para colocarlo entre la

posición de MAXIMO, (Fig. 16), o de MINIMO,

(Fig. 17)

• Entre las posiciones de máximo y mínimo

existe una regulación continua, con gran

variedad de intensidades de calor.

• El ciclo de encendido debe realizarse con

el mando del termostato en la posición de

máximo y permanecer en esta posición los

primeros 10 min. de funcionamiento del

aparato. Despues de este tiempo seleccione

la intensidad de calor que desee.

MANTENIMIENTO

• Caso de observar alguna anomalía o si desea

piezas de recambio contacte con nuestro

Servicio Técnico.

• El mantenimiento periódico debe ser

efectuado exclusivamente por un Técnico

autorizado.

• Recomendamos efectuar, por un técnico

autorizado, la revisión del aparato cada dos

años.

• Vigile la llama piloto, que debe ser estable.

• Compruebe si es necesario cambiar el tubo

flexible de gas. Si es necesario provéase Vd.

de un nuevo tubo y conéctelo como

explicamos en el capítulo “Puesta en marcha”.

• La limpieza del aparato, aconsejamos la

realice con la llave de gas cerrada, la estufa

totalmente fría, y utilizando productos no

abrasivos.

• Recomendamos conservar la estufa cuando

no se utilice, en atmósferas sin polvo, cubierta

con una funda de tela o de plástico y en un

sitio seco.

• Compruebe si hay gas en la bombona y el

regulador está correctamente acoplado y en

posición de abierto.

• Compruebe si el tubo está conectado.

• Compruebe que p2-ha seguido correctamente

las instrucciones.

• Si se produce después de un cambio de

botella puede ser por:

• Existe aire en la botella. Alargue el tiempo

de pulsado para el encendido de la chispa

hasta lograr encender el piloto y el quemador.

• Haber estado la botella expuesta a bajas

temperaturas exteriores. Aplique en la parte

superior de la botella paños húmedos bien

calientes para aumentar la gasificación y salida

normal del gas.

• Si se apaga al terminar las maniobras de

encendido, repita la operación siguiendo

fielmente las instrucciones.

• Si se apaga transcurridos 30 minutos de

funcionamiento, le está informando de que se

encuentra en una atmósfera enrarecida. Ventile

la habitación y vuelva a encender.

• Si es antes de 30 minutos de funcionamiento,

compruebe que no está expuesta a corrientes

de aire o que el gas se p2-ha agotado en la

bombona.

• Regulate the temperature with the main

control by turning the knob and stopping

between highest, Fig. 16 and lowest setting, Fig.

17.

• Between the highest and lowest settings there

is a continuous rotation with a variety of

temperatures.

• During the process of turning on the heater

leave the thermostat knob on the highest setting

for the first 10 minutes.After this, select the

desired temperature.

MAINTENANCE

• If any anomaly is observed or spare parts are

required, contact our Technical Service.

• The periodical maintenance must be carried

out by exclusively by an authorised technician.

• We would recommend that you have a service

carried out every two years by an authorised

technician.

• Watch the pilot light, which should be stable.

• Check to see if it is necessary to change the

flexible gas tube. If it proves necessary, obtain

a new tube and connect it as explained in

« »Apparatus start-up .

• It is recommended that the cleaning of the

apparatus be carried out with the gas tap

closed, the heater completely cold and with

non-abrasive products.

• We recommend, when the heater is not in

use, maintaining it in a dust-free atmosphere,

protected with a cloth or plastic cover in a dry

place.

• The heater does not ignite

• Check to see if there is gas in the bottle and

that the regulator is correctly coupled in the

open position.

• Check to see that the tube is connected

• Check that the instructions have been

followed correctly.

• If this occurs after changing bottles it may be

due to:

• There is air in the bottle. Press the ignition

button down for a longer period of time until

the pilot flame and burner ignite. Then switch

to the maximum position.

• The bottle may have been exposed to low

exterior temperatures. Apply fairly hot wet

cloths to the upper part of the bottle to

increase gasification and the normal exit of gas.

• If it goes out on completing the ignition

instructions, repeat the operation, following the

instructions faithfully.

• If it goes out after 30 minutes, it is signalling

that it is operating in a stuffy atmosphere.

Ventilate the room and reignite the heater.

• If it goes out before 30 minutes of operation,

ensure that it is not exposed to air currents or

that the bottle has not run out of gas.

The apparatus can be connected to the gas

bottle by the user without recourse to a fitter/

technician. In order to do so you should have

at hand the required accessories.

In order to work the heater must have:

- 1 gas bottle of butane or propane and bottled

only by Official Distributors

- 1 standardised specifications pressure

regulator. See Fig 2.

- 1 flexible tube with a length of 0.5 m.

- 2 screwed collar-clips for the flexible tube

(Fig 1)

In order to identify these elements, consult the

specifications plaque and contact your gas

distributor.

Depending on the model, your heater may be

fitted with the following:

buttons. Heat intensity selection.

3.- Infrared burner

4.- Pilot light window

APPARATUS START-UP

• Once the heater has been taken out of its

packaging.

• Remove the back panel from inside the

apparatus

• Connect the flexible tube to the gas inlet

coupling of the heater and to the regulator,

ensuring a gastight fit with the collar clips well

screwed down

• Place the gas bottle on the base and fit the

regulator to the bottle. On opening the

regulator, check that there are no gas leaks by

applying soapy water with a paintbrush at the

union of the flexible tube with the heater and

with the regulator.

• Fit the back panel using the attached fixing

lugs. Fig 1.

Note: Changing of the bottle should be carried

out in a non- flammable environment.

The heater incorporates a safety device which

extinguishes the pilot flame if the ventilation in

the premises is insufficient.

It is usual for this device to operate in very small

premises and if the flame does go out, ventilate

the room well and wait a few minutes before

reigniting the heater.

IGNITION INSTRUCTIONS

• Attention: before using the apparatus for the

first time and after long periods of non-use, we

recommend switching on the control buttons

several times alternately and without gas flow

in order to facilitate working.

• Open the gas outlet by changing the position

of the upper lever on the regulator. Fig 2.

on gas installations in premises designed for

SAFETY RECOMMENDATIONS

• Do not store flammable liquids or material

near the heater

• Do not expose the gas bottle to the full

summer heat nor too near any other heat source

• Do not place a heater in use near curtains,

furniture, wood panelling or combustible

material which can deteriorate with heat

• The heater must not be used in:

- bedrooms

- bathrooms, toilets or showers

- basements

• While in use, ensure that children do not

approach the heater

• Always close the gas tap when the heater is

not in use

• Follow carefully the installation instructions

and if there is a smell of gas:

- close the tap on the gas regulator

- open the windows

- do not operate any electrical switch and put

out any flame notify an authorised technician

• Do not use the heater without the protective

screen guard. Verify that the date o flexible gas

tube has not expired.

It is important to follow the current legal

Regulations which lay down the specifications

for the fitting and start-up of this apparatus, and

so we recommend you consult an authorised

technician. However, if you decide not to take

this advice, the following is a list of the more

important conditions required for the premises:

Minimum ist die Einstellung stufenlos, mit sehr

vielen Möglichkeiten, unterschiedliche

W rmeintensitä äten einzustellen.

• ä ü ü W hrend der Durchf hrung des Z ndzyklus muss

das Thermostat auf Position Maximum stehen und

während der ersten 10 Betriebsminuten des

Gerätes auf dieser Position verbleiben.

Anschließend können Sie die gewünschte

W rmeintensitä ät einstellen.

sein muß.

• Falls erforderlich, wechseln Sie den

Zuführschlauch für das Gas aus. Gegebenenfalls

besorgen Sie sich einen neuen Schlauch und

installieren ihn im Sinne der zuvor im Abschnitt

über « »Inbetriebnahme gemachten Anweisungen.

• ä Die Reinigung des Ger tes sollte bei

geschlossenem Gashahn, vollkommen erkaltetem

Gerät und unter Verwendung nicht scheuernder

Reinigungsmittel erfolgen.

• ä ü ä Soll das Ger t f r l ngere Zeit nicht benutzt

werden, so wird werkseitig wird empfohlen, es in

einer m glichst staubfreien Umgebungö

aufzubewahren und mit einer Plane aus Plastik oder

Stoff abzudecken. Der Aufbewahrungsort muß

trocken sein.

und der Regler richtig aufgesetzt ist und sich in

der Oﬀenstellung beﬁndet.

• Ü ü ü ü berpr fen Sie, ob der Zuf hrschlauch f r das

Gas richtig angeschlossen ist.

• ß Vergewissern Sie sich, da Sie die Anweisungen

richtig befolgt haben.

• Sollte dieser Fehler nach einem Flaschenwechsel

auftreten, so kann das folgende Ursachen haben:

- In der Gasﬂasche beﬁndet sich Luft. Verlängern

Sie die Zeitspannen zum Dr cken der Tasten zumü

Entzünden des Funkens, bis Pilotflamme und

Brenner z nden. Anschlie end bringen Sie dasü ß

Gerät in die Stellung für die maximale Heizleistung.

• ä ü Sollte das Ger t sich nach Durchf hrung des

beschriebenen Z ndvorgangs ausgehen, so fü ühren

Sie den Z ndvorgang erneut wie folgt durch.ü

• ä ä Geht das Ger t nach ungef hr 30 Minuten

Betriebszeit aus, so weist es darauf hin, da esß

sich in einer ungeeigneten Umgebung beﬁndet.

Lüften Sie den Raum und zünden das Gerät erneut.

• ä Geht das Ger t in weniger als 30 Minuten aus, so

ü ü äberpr fen Sie, ob das Ger t Zug oder starken

Luftströmen ausgesetzt ist oder das Gas in der

Gasﬂasche zu Ende geht.

WICHTIGE RATSCHLÄGE

• Lesen Sie die Anweisungen des vorliegenden

Handbuchs gr ndlich durch. Sie enthalten wichtigeü

Informationen, sowohl f r den Gebrauch als auchü

für Ihre Sicherheit.

• Setzen Sie auf keinen Fall ein nicht

ordnungsgemäß arbeitendes Gerät in Betrieb.

• ä Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten an diesem Ger t

dürfen ausschließlich von hierzu geschultem

Fachpersonal durchgef hrt werden. Werden dieseü

Anweisungen nicht befolgt, erlischt

möglicherweise die Garantie.

• ä Das Ger t kann durch den Anwender selber

angeschlossen und in Betrieb genommen werden,

wobei aber die Anweisungen zu Installation, sowie

die örtlichen gültigen Verordnungen in Bezug auf

für den Hausgebrauch bestimmte Gasinstallationen

einzuhalten sind. Damit Sie ganz unbesorgt sein

können, empfehlen wir Ihnen werkseitig, auch diese

Arbeiten von einem Fachmann durchf hren zuü

lassen.

• Bewahren Sie dieses Handbuch gut auf. So

k geönnen Sie jederzeit nachschlagen, um Ratschlä

oder Anweisungen nachzulesen. Au erdem kannß

es eventuell einem anderen Anwender nützlich

sein. Sollte Ihnen dieses Handbuch abhanden

kommen, so z gern Sie bitte nicht, bei Ihremö

zuständigen Kundendienst nach einem neuen

Exemplar zu fragen.

EMPFEHLUNGEN ZUR SICHERHEIT

• ü Auf keinen Fall d rfen brennbare Materialien oder

Fl tenüssigkeiten in Gerä ähe aufgehoben oder

gelagert werden.

• ß Im Sommer ist darauf zu achten, da die

Gasflasche keiner direkten Sonneneinwirkung

ausgesetzt wird. Auch darf sie sich nicht in der

Nähe von Wärmequellen beﬁnden.

• ä ä Setzen Sie das Ger t auf keinen Fall in der N he

von Gardinen, M beln, Raumteilern oderö

brennbaren Stoffen, die sich unter Hitzeeinwirkung

bewegen k nnen, in Betrieb.ö

• ä ä In folgenden R umen darf das Ger t nicht benutzt

werden:

- Schlafzimmer.

- Badezimmer, Toiletten oder Duschen.

- Kellerr ume.ä

• Wä ährend sich das Ger t in Betrieb befindet,

achten Sie darauf, daß kleine Kinder nicht in seine

N nnen.ähe geraten kö

• ä Wird das Ger t nicht benutzt, sollte stets der

Gasdurchlauf geschlossen werden.

• Beachten Sie rigoros die Anweisungen zur

Installation. Falls Sie Gasgeruch wahrnehmen,

gehen Sie wie folgt vor:

-Schließen Sie den Gasdurchlauf am Regler.

-Öﬀnen Sie die Fenster.

-Betätigen Sie keinen elektrischen Schalter und

machen jede andere oﬀene Flamme aus.

-Wenden Sie sich an einen zugelassenen

Fachtechniker.

• ä Das Ger t darf nicht ohne Schutzgitter betrieben

werden. berpr igenÜ üfen Sie in regelmäß

Zeitabständen, daß das Haltbarkeitsdatum des

Zuführschlauchs noch nicht abgelaufen ist.

EMPFEHLUNGEN ZUR INSTALLATION

Es ist von entscheidender Bedeutung, da dieß

Spezifikationen, die durch die rtlich geltendenö

Vorschriften in Bezug auf Aufstellung und

Inbetriebnahme dieses Ger ts vorgeschriebenä

werden, eingehalten werden, weshalb wir Ihnen

werkseitig empfehlen, die Installation einem

erfahrenen Fachtechniker anzuvertrauen. F r denü

Fall, daß Sie sich entscheiden, diesen Rat nicht zu

befolgen, f hren wir im folgenden die wichtigstenü

Aspekte des Ger tes auf.ä

• ä ß Der Raum, in dem das Ger t arbeiten soll, mu

ü über eine ausreichende Luftversorgung verf gen,

deren Querschnitt sowohl im oberen als auch m

unteren Bereich mindestens 50 cm2 beträgt.

• ä Das Mindestvolumen dieses Raums betr gt 8 m3,

wobei das im Raum befindliche Mobiliar nicht mehr

als 2m3 ausmachen darf.

• Werkseitig wird empfohlen, das katalytische

Ger uﬁgemätemodell nicht in Umgebungen mit hä

Auftreten von Aerosol zu benutzen.

erforderlichen Zubeh rteile besorgen.ö

Damit das Ger t ordnungsgem arbeiten kann,ä äß

m ssen folgende Zubeh re vorhanden sein:ü ö

- 1 Gasflasche, Butan-/Propangas, ausschlie lich vonß

hierzu ausdr cklich zugelassenen Unternehmenü

gemäß Gasart und Druckwert, die auf dem

Typenschild angegeben sind, abgefüllt.

- 1 zugelassener Druckregler. Siehe Abbildung 2.

- 1 Normschlauch für Gas, L nge 0,5 Meter.ä

- 2 Schraubﬂansche für den Schlauch (Abb. 1).

Um diese Zubeh re genau bestimmen zu kö önnen,

müssen Sie zunächst auf dem Typenschild des

Gerätes nachschauen. Mit den Angaben, die Sie

dort vorﬁnden, wenden Sie sich dann bitte an den

zuständigen Kundendienst.

FUNKTIONSBESCHREIBUNG

Je nach Ger temodell ist Ihr Ger t mit einer oderä ä

mehrerer der folgenden Spezifikationen

ausgestattet :

1. Bet tigungs- und Z ndtasten. Leistungs-ä ü

wahlschalter.

2. Schutzgitter.

3. Infrarotbrenner.

4. Sicht ﬀnung f r die Pilotﬂamme.ö ü

5. Katalytisches Bedienfeld.

6. Hintere Zugangst r (Abb. 4).ü

7. Rasten zur Aufnahme der hinteren Tür.

8. Verbindungsst ck f r die Gaszufuhr.ü ü

9. R der zum Verschieben des Gerä äts.

INBETRIEBNAHME

• ü Nehmen Sie die T r ab.

• ß Schlie en Sie den Schlauch an das

Verbindungsstück an Ofen und Regler mit den

beiden Flanschen an und vergewissern Sie sich, daß

kein Gas austritt.

• Setzen Sie die Gasflasche ein und setzen Sie den

Regler auf die Gasflasche. Nach ffnen des ReglersÖ

muß ü ü ßberpr ft werden, da kein Gas austritt. Diese

Ü überpr fung erfolgt, indem mit Hilfe eines Pinsels

Seifenwasser auf die Anschlu stellen zwischenß

Schlauch und Ger t bzw. Regler aufgetragen wird.ä

• ü Setzen Sie die T r wieder ein, wobei sie richtig

einrasten muß. Abb. 4

Hinweise: Die Gasflasche darf ausschlie lich inß

nicht brennbarer Umgebung ausgewechselt

werden.
