Verwendung
Dieses Produkt ist ausschließlich zum
Aufladen von wiederaufladbaren
Ni-MH-Akkus (AA / AAA) mit handels-
üblichen Bemessungskapazitäten und
zum Aufladen von akkubetriebenen
Geräten mit USB-Schnittstelle, wie z. B.
MP3-Playern oder Smartphones, ge-
eignet. Das Produkt ist nicht für den
gewerblichen Einsatz bestimmt. Für
Schäden aufgrund nicht bestimmungs-
gemäßer Verwendung übernimmt der

Bedienung und Betrieb
WARNUNG! Laden Sie keine
nicht aufladbaren Akkus auf. Nur
Ni-MH-Akkus laden.
Akkus auaden
1. Setzen Sie 1 bis 4 wiederauflad-
bare Ni-MH-Akkus (AA / AAA) in
die Ladeschächte 1 ein. Achten
Sie beim Einsetzen auf die in den
Ladeschächten 1 angezeigte
Polaritätskennzeichnung (+) und (-).
2. Stecken Sie das Produkt in eine
ordnungsgemäß installierte Steck-
dose.
3. Das LC-Display 3 zeigt den
Ladestatus der Akkus und das

„CHARGE“-Symbol an, sobald
der Ladevorgang läuft.
4. Der Akku ist vollständig geladen,
wenn alle Balken im LC-Display
3
erscheinen.
5. Wenn der Ladevorgang abge-
schlossen ist, erscheint „FINISH“
auf dem LC-Display
3. Sie kön-
nen die geladenen Akkus nun aus
dem Ladeschacht 1 entnehmen.

6. Trennen Sie das Produkt von der
Steckdose und schließen Sie es
bei jedem Auaden wieder an.
7. Das Produkt kann gleichzeitig
Akkus und ein USB-Gerät laden.
USB-Geräte aufladen
Wichtig: Überprüfen Sie zuerst, ob
die Spannung mit Ihrem USB-Gerät
kompatibel ist.
1. Überprüfen Sie vor der Verwen-
dung die Eingangsspannung des

USB-Geräts und die Ausgangsspan-
nung des Produkts. Stellen Sie
sicher, dass die Gesamtbelastung
nicht den Nennausgangsstrom
dieses Produkts überschreitet.
2. Verbinden Sie Ihr USB-Gerät mit
diesem Produkt, indem Sie ein
Ladekabel mit dem USB-Anschluss
verbinden. (Um vollständige Sic
her-
heit und beste Leistung zu ge-
währleisten, empfehlen wir, das
Original-Ladekabel Ihres Produkts
zu verwenden.)
3. Der Ladevorgang Ihres USB-
Gerätes startet automatisch.
4.
Ihr USB-Gerät sollte anzeigen, dass
es sich im Lademodus bendet.
5.
Ziehen Sie das Produkt aus der St
eck-
dose, wenn es nicht benutzt wird.

Das „ERROR“-Symbol erscheint und

dass es sich entweder um einen Alkali-
akku handelt oder der Akku nicht zum
Laden geeignet ist.
Bitte entfernen Sie den Akku aus dem
Ladeschacht 1.

Durchschnittliche Ladezeit
berechnen
Abhängig von Typ, Alter und Restlade-
zustand der Akkus dauert der Auflade-
vorgang unterschiedlich lange. Die
durchschnittlichen Ladezeiten können
Sie mit Hilfe nachstehender Formel
berechnen. Beachten Sie jedoch, dass
es sich bei den berechneten Zeiten
nur um Richtwerte handelt.

Automatische Ladekontrolle /
Erhaltungsladung
Dieses Produkt steuert die Ladezeit für
Ni-MH-Akkus separat. Dieser Steue-
rung liegt das –Δ V („Minus Delta V“)

Verfahren zugrunde. Mit dem Delta Δ
bezeichnet man in der Mathematik
Differenzen. „Minus Delta V“ bedeutet
in diesem Fall eine negative Spann
ungs-
differenz. Diese Ladeschlusserkennung
macht sich folgenden Effekt zu nutzen:
Wird ein Akku mit konstantem Strom
geladen, steigt seine Spannung immer
weiter an. Ist ein Akku voll, so erreicht
seine Spannung jedoch ein Maximum
und fällt bei weiterem Stromfluss wieder
leicht ab. Dieser leichte Spannungsab-
fall wird von der Ladeelektronik erkannt
und die Ladung wird beendet. Das
Produkt schaltet automatisch auf „Er-
haltungsladung“. Das heißt, die Akkus
werden nicht mehr mit Dauerstrom,
sondern mit kurzen Stromimpulsen
geladen. Dadurch wird der Selbstent -

ladung entgegengewirkt und die Akkus
werden in einem vollständigen Lade-
zustand gehalten.
Timersteuerung
Zusätzlich verfügt das Produkt über eine
Timersteuerung, welche nach 7 Stund
en
automatisch in die Erhaltungsladung
wechselt. Dies dient als zusätzlicher
Schutz vor Überladung, falls die Lade-
schlusserkennung aufgrund eines evtl.
defekten Akkus nicht reagiert.
Reinigung und Pflege
Ziehen Sie vor jeder GEFAHR!
Reinigung den Netzstecker. Es
besteht die Gefahr eines elektri-
schen Schlages!

Stellen Sie sicher, dass bei der
Reinigung keine Feuchtigkeit in das
Produkt eindringt, um eine irrepa-
rable Beschädigung des Produkts
zu vermeiden.
Benutzen Sie keine ACHTUNG!
scheuernden oder aggressiven
Reinigungsmittel, da diese die
Oberflächen angreifen können.
Gehäuse reinigen
Reinigen Sie die Oberflächen
des Produktes mit einem weichen,
trockenen Tuch. Benutzen Sie bei
hartnäckigen Verschmutzungen
ein leicht angefeuchtetes Tuch.
Reinigen Sie das Innere der Lade-
schächte 1 keinesfalls feucht.

Pinsel.
Reinigen Sie die Ladekontakte
bei Verschmutzung mit einem
trockenen Tuch.

Batterien / Akkus dürfen nicht über den
Hausmüll entsorgt werden. Sie können

unterliegen der Sondermüllbehandlung.
Die chemischen Symbole der Schwer-
metalle sind wie folgt: Cd = Cadmium,
Hg = Quecksilber, Pb = Blei. Geben
Sie deshalb verbrauchte Batterien /
Akkus bei einer kommunalen Sammel-
stelle ab.

Calculating the average
charging time
Depending on the type, age and
remaining charge in the batteries, the
charging process can take various
lengths of time. The average charge
time can be calculated using the fol-
lowing formula. Take note however
that the times given are only guiding
values.

This product controls the charging time
for Ni-MH rechargeable batteries sep-
arately. This control is based on the
–Δ V

(“Minus Delta V”) calculation. In math-
ematics, with Delta Δ differences are
indicated. In this case, “Minus Delta V”
means a negative voltage difference.
This charge identification makes itself
useful in the following effects: Should
a rechargeable battery be charged
with a constant current, its voltage rises
continuously. When a rechargeable
battery is full, its voltage reaches a
maximum but falls again slightly with
further current flow. This light fall in
voltage is recognised by the charging
electronics and the charge process is
terminated. The product automatically
switches to “Retention charging”. This
means that the batteries are no longer
being loaded with constant current, in-
stead, with short current pulses. This

counteracts the selfdischarge and the
batteries are kept in a state of full charge.
Timer control
In addition, this product has a timer
control which automatically switches
over to retention charging after 7 ho
urs.
This serves as an additional protection
against overcharging should the charge
termination not respond due to a pos-
sibly defective rechargeable battery.
