Preface

About This Manual

This manual is written for professional system integrators and PC technicians. It

provides information for the installation and use of the SC111 1U chassis. Installation

and maintenance should be performed by experienced technicians only.

Supermicro’s SC111 1U chassis is a cost effective, short depth (21.95”), 2.5” HDD

1U chassis solution. It has four hot-swap 2.5” SAS/SATA HDD trays coupled with

our new advanced design 560W silver level high-efﬁciency power supply (85% ef-

ﬁciency at 20% system loading)
