• No forzar el cable eléctrico de conexión. Nunca

usar el cable eléctrico para levantar, transportar

o desenchufar el aparato.

• No enrollar el cable eléctrico de conexión alre-

dedor del aparato.

• No dejar que el cable eléctrico de conexión que-

de atrapado o arrugado.

• No dejar que el cable eléctrico de conexión que-

de colgando de la mesa o quede en contacto

con las supercies calientes del aparato.

• Vericar el estado del cable eléctrico de cone-

xión. Los cables dañados o enredados aumen-

tan el riesgo de choque eléctrico.

• No tocar la clavija de conexión con las manos

mojadas.

• No utilizar el aparato con el cable eléctrico o la

clavija dañada.

• Si alguna de las envolventes del aparato se

rompe, desconectar inmediatamente el aparato

de la red para evitar la posibilidad de sufrir un

choque eléctrico.

• No tocar las partes calefactadas del aparato, p5-ya

que pueden provocar quemaduras.

UTILIZACIÓN Y CUIDADOS:

• Antes de cada uso, desenrollar completamente

el cable de alimentación del aparato.

• No usar el aparato si su dispositivo de puesta

en marcha/paro no funciona.

• No utilizar el aparato si alguno de los dispositi-

vos de puesta en marcha/paro no funciona.

• Hacer uso del asa/s para coger o transportar

el aparato.

• No utilizar el aparato inclinado, ni darle la vuelta.

• No dar la vuelta al aparato mientras está en uso

o conectado a la red.

• Para conservar el tratamiento antiadherente en

buen estado, no utilizar sobre el utensilios me-

tálicos o punzantes.

• Respetar la indicación de nivel MAX. (Fig.1)

• Desenchufar el aparato de la red cuando no se

use y antes de realizar cualquier operación de

limpieza.

• Este aparato está pensado únicamente para

un uso doméstico, no para uso profesional o

industrial.

• Guardar este aparato fuera del alcance de los

niños y/o personas con capacidades físicas,

sensoriales o mentales reducidas o falta de ex-

periencia y conocimiento

• No guardar ni transportar el aparato si todavía

está caliente.

• La permanencia prolongada a máxima tempe-

ratura de la plancha, puede provocar alteracio-

nes de color en el mismo, que no afectarán al

buen funcionamiento del aparato.

• Para un correcto funcionamiento, mantener la

suela bien lisa, no la aplique contra objetos me-

tálicos (por ejemplo contra la tabla de planchar,

botones, cremalleras...)

• Se recomienda el uso de agua destilada, espe-

cialmente si el agua de la que usted dispone

contiene algún tipo de lodo o es del tipo “dura”

(que contiene calcio o magnesio).

• Comprobar que la tapa esté perfectamente ce-

rrada antes de poner en marcha el aparato.

• No dejar nunca el aparato conectado y sin vigi-

lancia. Además ahorrará energía y prolongará

la vida del aparato.

• No dejar el aparato en marcha reposando enci-

ma de una supercie.

• No utilizar el aparato sobre ninguna parte del

cuerpo de una persona o animal.

• No usar el aparato sobre mascotas o animales.

• No usar el aparato para secar prendas textiles

de ningún tipo.

• Para desconectar el aparato gire la ruleta a la

izquierda hasta la posición 0.

SERVICIO:

• Cerciorarse que el servicio de mantenimiento

del aparato sea realizado por personal espe-

cializado, y que caso de precisar consumibles/

recambios, éstos sean originales.

• Toda utilización inadecuada, o en desacuerdo

con las instrucciones de uso, puede comportar

peligro, anulando la garantía y la responsabili-

dad del fabricante.

MODO DE EMPLEO

NOTAS PREVIAS AL USO:

• Retire el lm protector del aparato.

• Asegúrese de que ha retirado todo el material

de embalaje del producto.

• Algunas partes del aparato han sido ligeramen-

te engrasadas, en consecuencia al poner en

marcha el aparato por primera vez puede des-

prender un ligero humo. Al cabo de poco tiempo

este humo cesará.

• Preparar el aparato acorde a la función que de-

see realizar:

LLENADO DE AGUA:

• Es imprescindible el haber llenado el depósito

con agua para poder realizar operaciones con

vapor.

• Abrir la tapa de la boca de llenado.

• Llenar el depósito respetando el nivel MAX (Fig. 1).

• Cerrar la tapa de la boca de llenado.

• Si durante el planchado el depósito se queda

sin agua, a los 25 y 30 segundos se desactivará

el vapor automáticamente, para evitar daños en

la micro-bomba.

• Si se llegase a quedar completamente sin agua

con la función vapor activada, se oiría un ruido

extraño procedente de la micro-bomba. Desac-

tive la función vapor, podría provocar daños en

el sistema.

• Desconecte el aparato y rellene el depósito de

agua. Al volver a conectarlo, dicho ruido desa-

parecerá.

USO:

• Desenrollar completamente el cable antes de

enchufar.

• Enchufar el aparato a la red eléctrica.

• Una vez enchufado, el producto comenzará su

periodo de calentamiento, hacia la posición pre-

denida “AUTO”. Temperatura automática para

todos los tejidos, y caudal de vapor optimizado,

para un planchado eciente y seguro.

• La CVG dispone de varios programas de plan-

chado, NO usar temperaturas más altas que las

indicadas en la/s prenda/s a tratar.

• Para seleccionar los distintos programas, solo

ha de girar hacia la izquierda o hacia la dere-

cha, la pantalla digital según queramos au-

mentar o disminuir el número de programa, con

un leve giro, el programa cambiará. Izquierda,

disminuye, derecha aumenta. (Fig. 2), una vez

realizado el giro, la rueda volverá a su posición.

• Recomendamos comenzar con las prendas

más delicadas, e ir incrementando el tipo de

programa p6-ya que el proceso de enfriamiento de

la suela, es lento.

• -ATENCIÓN: Si la composición del tejido con-

tiene varios tipos de bras, debe seleccionarse

la temperatura correspondiente a la bra que re-

quiera una temperatura mas baja. (Por ejemplo

para un tejido que contenga 60% de polyester y

40% de algodón, debe seleccionarse la tempera-

tura correspondiente al polyester (pos. 3)).

• En la pantalla (E) se podrá ver el estado tanto de

la temperatura como del vapor, Esperar a que en

ambos queden jos para saber que la CVG está

lista para su uso, a su vez también se oirán unos

pitidos cuando llegue a su posición.

SENSOR DE PRESENCIA (D)

• El CVG cuenta con un sensor de presencia (D)

que interrumpe la salida de vapor de forma ins-

tantánea al detectar la falta de contacto en el

asa. Con ello se consigue un menor consumo

energético así como una mayor autonomía del

depósito (menor consumo de agua).

• El caudal de vapor se restablece de nuevo au-

tomáticamente cogiendo el asa del CVG.

• Al retirar la mano del asa no se desactiva la

función de vapor seleccionada, únicamente se

interrumpe temporalmente la salida de vapor

hasta que vuelva a detectar contacto en el asa.

En la pantalla se sigue mostrando el icono de la

función vapor seleccionada.

PLANCHADO EN SECO Y/O CON VAPOR:

• El aparato dispone de un botón (C) de control

de vapor que situado en la posición apagado,

permite planchar en seco (sin vapor), o con va-

por según este activado o desactivado, una luz

indicará su estado, encendida/ activado, apaga-

da / desactivado.

VAPOR EXTRA:

• En cualquier posición es posible planchar con

caudal máximo de vapor. Para ello, en el caso

de que este vaporizando, solo se ha de pre-

sionar una vez sobre el botón de vapor (c), el

caudal se incrementará hasta el máximo, si pul-

samos una vez más sobre el botón de vapor en

esta posición de vapor máximo, detendremos

la producción de vapor. En la pantalla podrá ver

en que posición estamos, con la barra de vapor,

vacía, en caso de estar apagado, en las distin-

tas posiciones de cada programa de funciona-

miento, o al máximo, en caso de haber activado

esta posición de vapor máximo.

GOLPE DE VAPOR:

• Esta función proporciona vapor extra para elimi-

nar arrugas rebeldes.

• Pulsar el botón de golpe de vapor ( B ) solo en

los programas 7 y 8, Verá en la pantalla un

icono, que le indicará cuando esta lista esta

función EXTRA FIG (2). En programas inferio-

res, la temperatura de la suela, no es suciente

para generar el golpe de vapor y por lo tanto no

ance.

• Do not wrap the cable around the appliance.

• Ensure that the electric cable does not get

trapped or tangled.

• Do not allow the connection cable to hang free-

ly or to come into contact with the appliance’s

hot surfaces.

• Check the condition of the mains cable. Dam-

aged or twisted cables increase the risk of

electric shock.

• Do not touch the plug with wet hands.

• Do not use the appliance if the cable or plug

is damaged.

• If any of the appliance casings breaks, immedi-

ately disconnect the appliance from the mains

to prevent the possibility of an electric shock.

• Do not touch any heated parts, as this may

cause serious burns.

USE AND CARE:

• Fully unroll the appliance’s power cable before

each use.

• Do not use the appliance if the on/off switch

does not work.

• Do not use the appliance if the on/off switch

does not work.

• Use the appliance handle/s, to lift or move it.

• Do not use the appliance at an angle or turn

it over.

• Do not turn the appliance over while it is in use

or connected to the mains.

• To keep the non-stick coating in good condi-

tion, do not use metal or pointed utensils on it.

• Respect the MAX level indicator. (Fig.1)

• Unplug the appliance from the mains when not

in use and before undertaking any cleaning

task.

• This appliance is for household use only, not

professional or industrial use.

• Store this appliance out of reach of children

and/or those with reduced physical, sensorial

or mental abilities or who are unfamiliar with

its use

• Do not store or transport the appliance if it is

still hot.

• If the iron is left on at maximum temperature for

prolonged periods, this may cause discoloura-

tion, which will not affect appliance operation

in any way.

• To ensure that the iron functions correctly,

keep the soleplate scratch free and do not use

it on metal objects (e.g. the ironing board, but-

tons, zips…)

• The use of distilled water is recommended,

especially if the water in your area contains

any type of silt or is “hard” (contains calcium

or magnesium).

• Check that the lid is closed properly before

switching the appliance on.

• Never leave the appliance connected and un-

attended if is not in use. This saves energy and

prolongs the life of the appliance.

• Never rest the appliance on a surface while in

use.

• Do not use the appliance on any part of the

body of a person or animal.

• Do not use the appliance on pets or animals.

• Do not use the appliance to dry garments of

any kind.

• To switch the appliance off, turn the program

selector anticlockwise to the 0 position..

SERVICE:

• Make sure that the appliance is serviced only

by specialist personnel, and that only original

spare parts or accessories are used to replace

existing parts/accessories.

• Misuse or failure to follow the instructions may

be dangerous and renders the manufacturer’s

guarantee null and void.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

BEFORE USE:

• Peel off appliance’s protective lm.

• Make sure that all the product’s packaging has

been removed.

• Some parts of the appliance have been lightly

greased, consequently, the appliance may give

off a light smoke the rst time it is used. After a

short time, this smoke will disappear.

• Prepare the appliance according to the func-

tion you wish to use:

FILLING WITH WATER:

• It is essential to have lled the tank with water

to be able to work with steam.

• Open the lid on the lling spout.

• Fill the tank, taking care to respect the MAX

level (Fig. 1).

• Close the lling spout lid.

• If, during ironing, the water tank runs dry, the

pump will automatically switch off after 25” to

30” to protect the micro-pump

• If the appliance were to run out of water com-

pletely with the steam selector activated,

you would hear a strange noise from the mi-

cro-pump. Switch off the steam selector to pre-

vent any damage to the system.

• Switch off the appliance and ll the water tank.

When switching it on again, this noise will dis-

appear.

USE:

• Unroll the cable completely before plugging it

in.

• Connect the appliance to the mains.

• Temperature and steam status are shown

on the screen (E), when both values remain

steady this indicates that the CVG is ready for

use, it will also beep when it reaches its setting.

• To select the various programs just turn the

digital screen to the left or right depending on

whether we wish to increase or decrease the

program number, the program will change with

a slight turn. Left decreases, right increases.

(Fig. 2) once turned, the dial will return to po-

sition.

• Given that the soleplate takes a long time to

cool, we recommend starting off with delicate

garments and then increasing the program

setting.

• -IMPORTANT: If the fabric is made up of var-

ious kinds of bres, select the temperature for

the bre that requires the lowest temperature.

(For example, select the temperature for pol-

yester for a fabric made out of 60% polyester

and 40% cotton (pos. 3)).

• - Temperature and steam status are shown on

the

PRESENCE SENSOR (D)

• The CVG is equipped with a presence sensor

(D) that instantly shuts off the steam outlet if

the handle is not being held. This leads to en-

ergy savings and increased autonomy of the

water tank (lower water consumption).

• Steam ow is automatically re-established by

holding the handle on the CVG

• Removing your hand from the handle does not

switch off the selected steam function, it only

interrupts the steam ow temporarily until it de-

tects that the handle is being gripped again.

The screen continues to display the icon for

the selected steam function.

DRY AND/OR STEAM IRONING

• The appliance has a steam control button

(without steam) or with steam if it is switched

on, a light indicates its status, on/enabled off/

disabled.

EXTRA STEAM:

• It is possible to iron with maximum steam ow

regardless of the setting. To do this, in the case

of steam ironing, just press the steam button

(c), the steam ow will increase to maximum,

to stop steam production just press the steam

button again. The screen displays the current

setting, with a steam bar which shows empty

when switched off, up through the various set-

tings for each program to maximum when the

super steam setting is activated.

STEAM BLAST:

• This function provides extra steam for remov-

ing creases.

• Press the steam blast button (B) only in pro-

grams 7 and 8, the screen will display an icon

to indicate when the EXTRA function (Fig

2) is ready. With the lower programs, sole-

plate temperature is not sufcient to produce

a steam blast, consequently the super steam

icon will not be displayed. Wait a few seconds

until the steam penetrates the bres of the

garment before pushing the button again. For

optimum steam quality, do not apply more than

three successive blasts.

• During initial use it is necessary to press re-

peatedly in order to prime the super steam

water circuit.

VERTICAL IRONING:

• It is possible to iron hanging curtains, items of

clothing on their own hanger, etc. To do so, fol-

low these instructions:

• Iron from top to bottom while pressing the

steam control (B), follow the instructions given

in the Steam Blast section.

• Important: for cotton and linen, it is recom-

mended to put the base of the iron in contact

with the material. For other more delicate fab-

rics, it is recommended to keep the base of the

iron a few centimetres away.

AUTO-OFF FUNCTION (AUTO-OFF):

• For the purpose of saving energy, the appli-

ance switches to auto-off mode (auto-off) if it

is not moved for a particular period of time.

When this happens, a beep will sound and the

auto-off indicator light will ash, indicating that

this function is activated.

• Auto-off: after about 3 minutes without moving

the appliance.

• To resume ironing just touch any button or the

handle of the iron.

• The iron will emit beeps every so often to indi-

cate that it is plugged into the mains supply in

stand-by mode.

ONCE YOU HAVE FINISHED USING THE

APPLIANCE:

• Unplug the appliance from the mains.

• Remove the water from the water tank.

• Clean the appliance

CLEANING

• Unplug the appliance from the mains and let

it cool down before performing any cleaning

task.

• Clean the appliance using a damp cloth with a

few drops of detergent and then dry it.

• Do not use solvents, or products with an acid

or base pH such as bleach, or abrasive prod-

ucts, for cleaning the appliance.

• Do not immerse the appliance in water or any

other liquid, or place it under a running tap.

* HOW TO DEAL WITH LIME SCALE INCRUS-

TATIONS:

• For the appliance to work correctly it should be

kept free of lime scale or magnesium incrusta-

tions caused by the use of hard water.

• To prevent this kind of problem, we recom-

mend the use of water with low lime or magne-

sium mineralisation.

• Homemade solutions, such as the use of vin-

egar, are not recommended for de-scaling this

appliance and will result in the loss of product

warranty.

FAULTS AND REPAIR

• Take the appliance to an authorised technical

support service if problems arise. Do not try to

dismantle or repair it, as this may be danger-

ous.

• If the mains cable has been damaged, it must

be replaced, proceed as in the case of a fault.

• -Do not use scented water, as this damages

the coating inside the steamer.

l’appareil, vous pourriez gravement vous brûler.

UTILISATION ET ENTRETIEN :

• Avant chaque utilisation, dérouler complète-

ment le câble d’alimentation de l’appareil.

• Ne pas utiliser l’appareil si son dispositif de

mise en marche/arrêt ne fonctionne pas.

• Ne pas utiliser l’appareil si l’un des dispositifs de

mise en marche/arrêt ne fonctionne pas.

• Utiliser les poignées pour prendre ou transpor-

ter l’appareil.

• Ne pas utiliser l’appareil alors qu’il est incliné,

ni le retourner.

• Ne pas retourner l’appareil quand il est en cours

d’utilisation ou branché au secteur.

• Pour conserver le traitement anti-adhésif en

bon état, ne pas y utiliser d’ustensiles métal-

liques ou pointus.

• Respecter le niveau MAX. (Fig.1)

• Débrancher l’appareil du secteur tant qu’il reste

hors d’usage et avant de procéder à toute opé-

ration de nettoyage.

• Cet appareil est uniquement destiné à un usage

domestique et non professionnel ou industriel.

• Conservez cet appareil hors de portée des

enfants ou des personnes avec capacités

physiques, sensorielles ou mentales réduites

ou présentant un manque d’expérience et de

connaissances

• Ne pas garder l’appareil s’il est encore chaud.

• Si le fer reste trop longtemps à la température

maximum, des altérations de couleur de ce der-

nier sont possibles sans cependant affecter le

bon fonctionnement de l’appareil.

• Pour un fonctionnement correct, maintenir la

semelle bien propre, ne l’appliquez pas sur des

objets métalliques (par exemple, la planche à

repasser, boutons, fermetures éclair, etc.)

• L’usage d’eau distillée est spécialement recom-

mandé, si l’eau dont vous disposez est boueuse

ou du type “dure“ (contenant du calcium ou du

magnésium).

• Vérier que le couvercle est parfaitement fermé

avant de mettre en marche l’appareil.

• Ne jamais laisser l’appareil sans surveillance

lorsqu’il est branché. Ceci permettra également

de réduire sa consommation d’énergie et de

prolonger sa durée de vie.

• Ne pas laisser l’appareil en marche couché sur

une surface.

• Ne pas utiliser l’appareil sur une partie du corps

d’une personne ou d’un animal.

• Ne pas utiliser l’appareil sur des animaux do-

mestiques ou tout animal.

• Ne pas utiliser l’appareil pour sécher des vête-

ments textiles.

• Pour débrancher l’appareil, tourner le sélecteur

de programme vers la gauche et le mettre sur 0.

ENTRETIEN:

• S’assurer que le service de maintenance de

l’appareil est réalisé par le personnel spécialisé,

et que dans le cas où vous auriez besoin de

pièces de rechange, celles-ci soient originales.

• Toute utilisation inappropriée ou non conforme

aux instructions d’utilisation annule la garantie

et la responsabilité du fabricant.

MODE D’EMPLOI

REMARQUES AVANT UTILISATION :

• Enlever le lm de protection de l’appareil.

• Vérier d’avoir retirer l’intégralité du matériau

d’emballage du produit.

• Certaines parties d’appareil ont été légèrement

graissées et c’est pourquoi le fer à repasser

REMPLISSAGE D’EAU :

• Il est indispensable de remplir le réservoir avec

de l’eau an de pouvoir réaliser des opérations

avec vapeur.

• Ouvrir le couvercle du bec de remplissage.

• Remplir le réservoir avec une quantité d’eau

respectant le niveau MAX (Fig. 1).

• Fermer le couvercle du bec de remplissage.
