Dual time zone display.
2. Press start/stop (D) to reset theseconds display.
3. Press (B) to switch MODE
to thenext setting.
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 for theremaining settings. Thesettings
sequence is as follows: Seconds – hours – minutes – year –
month – date.
6. Push (A) when you have completed inputting all your RESET
settings. Theday is automatically set when theyear, month
and date is set.
Switching between a12 and 24 hour display
When thewatch is in time display mode press
RESET (A) once to switch between 12 and 24
hour display. “PM” is shown for the12 hour display
and “24H” for the24 hour display.

Digital wristwatch with alarm, date, stopwatch with lap times,
countdown timer, dual time zones and multi-coloured backlight.
Water resistant to 10 ATM.

Display
Alarm & hourly chime
When thealarm is activated thesignal will sound daily at thepreset
time. Turn thealarm off by pressing any button when thealarm sounds.
Otherwise thealarm will sound for about 60 sec. With thehourly
chime activated thewatch will sound every hour on thehour.
Setting thealarm
1. With thewatch in time display mode press
MODE therequired number of times to
reach thealarm settings. Press once. RESET
Thealarm symbol will be displayed and
thehour display will begin flashing.
Displaying thedate
When thewatch is in time display mode press
and hold to display thedate and year.start/stop
2. Press to incrementally increase start/stop
thedigits. Hold thebutton in to increase
thedigits quickly.
3. Press to switch to thenext setting.MODE
1. When thewatch is in time display
mode press and hold (A) until RESET
theseconds display starts to flash.
4. Press start/stop (D)
repeatedly to increase
thedigits incrementally. Hold thebutton in to
increase thedigits quickly.
4. Press to incrementally increase start/stop
thedigits. Hold thebutton in to increase
thedigits quickly.
5. Press to save your settings when RESET
you have completed inputting them. Press
MODE therequired amount of times return
to normal time display.

Activating thealarm and hourly chime
• With thewatch in time display mode, press therequired MODE
number of times to reach thealarm settings. Press start/stop
once. Thealarm symbol will be displayed.
• Press start/stop therequired amount of times to either activate
thehourly chime or alarm and thehourly chime combined.
Combining the alarm and hourly chime
• Alarm only (alarm symbol displayed).
• Hourly chime only (chime symbol displayed)
• Both alarm and hourly chime (both symbols displayed)
Stopwatch
Without split-time
1. Press therequired number of times to MODE
reach thestopwatch mode.
3. Stop thestopwatch by pressing start/stop again.
4. Press RESET to reset thestopwatch back to zero.
With split-time
1. Press therequired number of times to MODE
reach thestopwatch mode.
3. Press to display split-time. “SPL” is RESET
displayed. Thestopwatch will not be visible
but will continue running in thebackground.
4. Press to view therunning stopwatch RESET
display.
5. Steps 3 and 4 can be repeated as many times as you like.
6. Press to stop thestopwatch.start/stop
7. Press to reset thestopwatch back to zero.RESET
Countdown timer
• When thewatch has counted down to zero analarm will sound.
Turn it off by pressing any button. Otherwise thealarm will
continue to sound for about 60 seconds.
• Thetimer can be set for up to 60 minutes.
Setting thecountdown timer
1. Press therequired number of times MODE
to reach countdown timer mode. “TR” will
be displayed.
3. Press to incrementally increase start/stop
thedigits. Hold thebutton in to increase
thedigits quickly.
2. Press to start start/stop
thestopwatch.

2. Press for theminutes display. RESET
Once it starts flashing you can enter your
desired settings.
Backlight
• Thebacklight provides illumination which
makes thedigits easier to read in darkness.
• Thebacklight can be turned on by pushing
thebacklight button. Thebacklight will be lit
for about 4 seconds.
Care and maintenance
• Never try to open thecasing.
• Do not press thebuttons when thewatch is under water.
• If there is any moisture inside thewatch contact our customer
service department immediately. Moisture inside thewatch
could cause damage to themetal parts.
• Thewatch can withstand some rough treatment, but do not
expose it to unnecessary blows.
• Do not expose thewatch to extreme temperatures.
• Clean thewatch using adry, soft cloth. Avoid strong detergents
since they can damage theplastic parts of thewatch.
• Avoid wearing thewatch in thevicinity of strong electromagnetic
fields.

Pressing once changes thesetting in
30 minute increments.
6. Push once you have completed RESET
inputting your settings.

och datum.
• Kalender för 50 år. (2000–2049)
B. Alarm AL
Alarmet ljuder varje dag vid
förvald tid.
Användning
Ställa in tiden
C. Stoppur ST
• Noggrannhet: 1/100 sekund.
• Mättid: 00:00:00–59:59:99
D. Nedräkningsfunktion (timer) TR
Nedräkningstid: 59:59:00–00:00:00
E. Dubbla tidszoner T2
Visar tid för två tidszoner.
2. Tryck på (D) för start-/stoppknappen
att nollställa sekundangivelsen.
3. Tryck på -knappen MODE
(B) för att växla till nästa
inställningsläge.
5. Repetera steg 3 och 4 för att göra samtliga inställningar.

Veckodagen ställs in automatiskt när du ställt in år, månad och
datum.
Ändra mellan 12- eller 24-timmars visning
När klockan visar tid, tryck en gång på RESET-
knappen (A) för att växla mellan 12- eller 24-timmars-
visning. ”PM” visas i displayen vid 12-timmars-
visning och vid 24-timmarsvisning visas ”24H”
i displayen.

Display
Alarm & Timsignal
När alarmet är aktivt ljuder larmet varje dag vid den förinställda tid-
punkten. Du stänger av det genom att trycka på vilken knapp som
helst under den tiden larmsignalen ljuder. I annat fall ljuder alarmet
i ca 60 sek. När timsignalen är aktiv ljuder klockan varje heltimme.
Ställa in tidpunkt för alarmet
1. -knappen När klockan visar tid, tryck på MODE
upprepade gånger för att komma in i alarmläget.
Tryck en gång på -knappen. Alarm-RESET
symbolen visas i displayen och timmarna
blinkar.
Visa datum
När klockan visar tid, tryck och håll in start-/
stoppknappen för att visa datum och årtal.
2. Tryck på upprepade start-/stoppknappen
gånger för att öka värdet ett steg i taget.
Håll in knappen om du vill öka värdet snabbt.
3. Tryck på -knappen för att växla till MODE
nästa inställningsläge.
1. När klockan visar tid, tryck och
håll in -knappen (A) tills RESET
sekundangivelsen börjar blinka.
4. Tryck på start-/
stoppknappen (D)
upprepade gånger för att öka värdet ett steg
i taget. Håll in knappen om du vill öka värdet
snabbt.
