product, this icon is represented as a white symbol on a blue dot with a white border.
PROHIBITED! These actions are prohibited. These actions should not be performed
at any time or in any circumstances. Performing a prohibited action can cause
personal injury and/or equipment damage. On the product, this icon is represented
as a black symbol with a red circle and red slash.

Intended Use
The intended use of this device is that of a device with motorized positioning control that is intended for
medical purposes and that can be adjusted to various positions. The device is used to provide stability for
patients and to alter postural positions. This device will provide lift assistance for people who have difficulty
rising from a seated position to a standing position.
