Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Radiation Exposure Warning
This equipment complies with FCC radiation exposure limits set forth for an uncontrolled environment. In order to
avoid the possibility of exceeding the FCC radio frequency exposure limits, human proximity to the antenna shall not be
less than 20 cm (8 inches) during normal operation.
Radio Frequency Interference Requirements
This device is restricted to indoor use due to its operation in the 5.15 to 5.25 GHz frequency range. FCC requires this
product to be used indoors for the frequency range 5.15 to 5.25 GHz to reduce the potential for harmful interference to
cochannel Mobile Satellite systems. High power radars are allocated as primary users of the 5.25 to 5.35 GHz and 5.65
to 5.85 GHz bands. These radar stations can cause interference with and /or damage this device.
EN 55 022 Declaration of Conformance
This is to certify that the Model HR314 802.11a Hi-Speed Wireless Router is shielded against the generation of radio
interference in accordance with the application of Council Directive 89/336/EEC, Article 4a. Conformity is declared by
the application of EN 55 022 Class B (CISPR 22).
