Haut-parleur Public Adress
Cette notice s’adresse aux installateurs possédant
des connaissances suffisantes en technique de
sonorisation ligne 100 V. Veuillez lire la présente
notice avec attention avant l‘installation et conser-
vez-la pour pouvoir vous y reporter ultérieurement.
1 Possibilités d’utilisation
Ce haut-parleur est spécialement conçu pour une uti-
lisation dans des installations de Public Adress. Il est
équipé d’un transformateur pour un fonctionnement
dans des installations 100 V. Grâce à son boîtier résis-
tant aux intempéries (IP 44) et à une membrane en poly-
propylène, il est également utilisable en extérieur. Le
modèle EDL-220 / WS est équipé de deux haut-parleurs.
Le son rayonne ainsi dans deux directions.
2 Conseils de sécurité
Le haut-parleur répond à toutes les directives nécessaires
de l’Union européenne et porte donc le symbole .
•
Protégez le haut-parleur d’une grande chaleur ou
d’un grand froid (plage de température de fonction-
nement autorisée : 0 – 40 °C).
•
Pour le nettoyage, utilisez uniquement un chiffon
doux, sec ou légèrement humide, n’utilisez jamais de
produits chimiques ou de détergents agressifs.
•
Nous déclinons toute responsabilité en cas de dom-
mages matériels ou corporels résultants si le haut-
parleur est utilisé dans un but autre que celui pour
lequel il a été conçu, s’il n’est pas correctement ins-
tallé ou branché ou s’il y a surcharge ; en outre, la
garantie deviendrait caduque.
Lorsque le haut-parleur est définitivement
retiré du service, éliminez-le conformément
aux directives locales.
CARTONS ET EMBALLAGE
PAPIER À TRIER
3 Montage
Fixez le haut-parleur via l’étrier de montage sur le mur
ou au plafond. Pour orienter le haut-parleur, déver-
rouillez les deux vis latérales, orientez le haut-parleur
dans la position voulue et revissez.
4 Branchement électrique
AVERTISSEMENT Pendant le fonctionnement, une ten-
sion de contact dangereuse jusqu’à
100 V est présente au câble de
connexion. Seul un personnel qualifié
peut effectuer l’installation.
Isolez impérativement les conducteurs inutilisés du
câble de branchement. Faites attention à la charge
de l’amplificateur Public Adress par les haut-parleurs.
Une surcharge peut l’endommager ! La somme des
puissance de tous les haut-parleurs reliés ne doit pas
dépasser la puissance de l’amplificateur.
1) Si l’installation Public Adress est allumée, veillez à la
débrancher totalement !
2) Reliez le haut-parleur : reliez le conducteur noir et le
conducteur orange, gris ou blanc en fonction de la
puissance nominale souhaitée par le haut-parleur, à
la sortie 100 V de l’amplificateur (voir tableau).
3) Si plusieurs haut-parleurs sont branchés, veillez à ce
que les haut-parleurs aient tous la même polarité
(p. ex. conducteur noir = pôle moins).

PA Speaker
These instructions are intended for installers with
sufficient knowledge in 100 V technology for PA
applications. Please read the instructions carefully
prior to installation and keep them for later ref-
erence.
1 Applications
This speaker has specially been designed for applica-
tions in PA systems. It is equipped with a transformer
for operation at 100 V systems. The speaker provides a
weatherproof cabinet (IP 44) and a polypropylene cone
and is therefore also suitable for outdoor installation.
Model EDL-220 / WS is equipped with two speakers so
that sound is radiated in two directions.
2 Safety Notes
The speaker corresponds to all relevant directives of the
EU and is therefore marked with .
•
Protect the speaker against extreme high or low
temperatures (admissible ambient temperature range
0 – 40 °C).
•
For cleaning only use a soft cloth, dry or slightly
damp; never use chemicals or aggressive detergents.
•
No guarantee claims for the speaker and no liability
for any resulting personal damage or material dam-
age will be accepted if the speaker is used for other
purposes than originally intended, if it is not correctly
installed or connected, or if it is overloaded.
If the speaker is to be put out of operation
definitely, dispose of the speaker in accord-
ance with local regulations.
3 Installation
Use the mounting bracket to fasten the speaker to a
wall or ceiling. To adjust the speaker, release the two
lateral screws, position the speaker as desired, then
retighten the screws.
4 Electrical Connection
WARNING During operation, there is a hazard of
contact with a voltage of up to 100 V at
the connection cable. Installation must
be carried out by skilled personnel only.
Always insulate the cores of the connection cable
which are not used. Observe to the load of the PA
amplifier by the speakers. An overload will damage
the PA amplifier! The total power of all speakers con-
nected must not exceed the amplifier power.
1) If the PA system is switched on, first switch it off
completely!
2) Connect the speaker: Connect the black core and
the orange, grey or white core corresponding to the
desired power rating by the speaker to the 100 V
output of the amplifier (see table).
3) When connecting several speakers, make sure that
all speakers have the same polarity (e. g. black core
= negative pole).

Diese Anleitung richtet sich an Installateure mit
Fachkenntnissen in der 100-V-Beschallungstechnik.
Bitte lesen Sie die Anleitung vor der Installation
gründlich durch und heben Sie sie für ein späteres
Nachlesen auf.
1 Verwendungsmöglichkeiten
Dieser Lautsprecher ist speziell für den Einsatz in ELA-
Anlagen konzipiert. Er ist mit einem Übertrager für
den Betrieb an 100-V-Anlagen ausgestattet. Durch
sein wetterfestes Gehäuse (IP 44) und eine Membran
aus Polypropylen ist er auch für Außeninstallationen
verwendbar. Das Modell EDL-220 / WS ist mit zwei Laut-
sprechern ausgestattet. Dadurch wird der Schall in zwei
Richtungen abgestrahlt.
2 Sicherheitshinweise
Der Lautsprecher entspricht allen relevanten Richt-
linien der EU und trägt deshalb das -Zeichen.
•
Schützen Sie den Lautsprecher vor großer Hitze und
Kälte (zulässiger Einsatztemperaturbereich 0 – 40 °C).
•
Verwenden Sie für die Reinigung nur ein trockenes
oder leicht angefeuchtetes, weiches Tuch, auf keinen
Fall Chemikalien oder aggressive Reinigungsmittel.
•
Wird der Lautsprecher zweckentfremdet, nicht fach-
gerecht montiert, falsch angeschlossen oder über-
lastet, kann keine Haftung für daraus resultierende
Sach- oder Personenschäden und keine Garantie für
den Lautsprecher übernommen werden.
Soll der Lautsprecher endgültig aus dem
Betrieb genommen werden, entsorgen Sie
ihn gemäß den örtlichen Vor schriften.
3 Montage
Den Lautsprecher über den Montagebügel an der
Wand oder Decke befestigen. Zum Ausrichten des Laut-
sprechers die beiden seitlichen Schrauben lockern, den
Lautsprecher in die gewünschte Richtung schwenken
und die Schrauben wieder festdrehen.
4 Elektrischer Anschluss
WARNUNG Im Betrieb liegt berührungsgefährliche
Spannung bis 100 V an der Anschlusslei-
tung an. Die Installation darf nur durch
Fachpersonal erfolgen.
Isolieren Sie unbedingt die nicht benutzten Adern der
Anschlussleitung. Achten Sie auf die Belastung des
ELA-Verstärkers durch die Lautsprecher. Eine Überlas-
tung kann den Verstärker beschädigen! Die Summe
der Leistungen aller angeschlossenen Lautsprecher
darf die Verstärkerleistung nicht überschreiten.
1) Falls die ELA-Anlage eingeschaltet ist, diese zuerst
komplett ausschalten!
2) Den Lautsprecher anschließen: Die schwarze Ader
und die orange, graue oder weiße Ader, entspre-
chend der gewünschten Nennbelastung durch den
Lautsprecher, mit dem 100-V-Ausgang des Verstär-
kers verbinden (siehe Tabelle).
3) Beim Anschluss von mehreren Lautsprechern darauf
achten, dass die Lautsprecher alle gleich gepolt wer-
den (z. B. schwarze Ader = Minuspol).

Altavoz para Megafonía
Estas instrucciones van dirigidas a instaladores con
un conocimiento suficiente sobre la tecnología de
100 V en aplicaciones para megafonía. Lea atenta-
mente estas instrucciones antes de la instalación y
guárdelas para usos posteriores.
1 Aplicaciones
Este altavoz p2-ha sido especialmente diseñado para apli-
caciones en sistemas de megafonía. Está equipado con
un transformador para el funcionamiento en sistemas
de 100 V. Gracias a su recinto resistente a la intempe-
rie (IP 44) y un cono de polipropileno también está
indicado para instalaciones en el exterior. El modelo
EDL-220 / WS está equipado con dos altavoces. De este
modo, el sonido se radia en dos direcciones.
2 Notas de Seguridad
El altavoz cumple con todas las directivas relevantes de
laUE y por ello está marcado con .
•
Proteja el altavoz de las temperaturas extremada-
mente altas o bajas (rango de temperatura ambiente
admisible 0 – 40 °C).
•
Utilice sólo un paño suave y seco, o levemente hú-
medo, para la limpieza; no utilice nunca ni productos
químicos ni detergentes agresivos.
•
No podrá reclamarse garantía o responsabilidad al-
guna por cualquier daño personal o material pro-
ducido si se utiliza el altavoz para fines diferentes a
los originalmente concebidos, si no se conecta o se
instala correctamente, o si se sobrecarga.
Si el altavoz se va a dejar fuera de servicio
definitivamente, deshágase del altavoz
según las normativas locales.
3 Montaje
Sujete el altavoz a la pared o al techo mediante su
soporte de montaje. Para ajustar el altavoz, suelte los
dos tornillos laterales, coloque el altavoz como desee y
luego vuelva a apretar los tornillos.
4 Conexión Eléctrica
ADVERTENCIA Durante el funcionamiento, existe el
peligro de contacto con un voltaje de
hasta 100 V en el cable de conexión. Sólo
un técnico debe realizar la instalación.
Aísle siempre los conductores del cable de conexión
del altavoz que no se utilizan. Preste atención a la
carga del sistema de megafonía con los altavoces.
¡Una sobrecarga puede dañar el amplificador! La
potencia total de todos los altavoces conectados no
puede sobrepasar la potencia del amplificador.
1) -¡Si el sistema de megafonía está encendido, apá
guelo primero completamente!
2) Conecte el altavoz: Conecte el conductor negro y el
naranja, gris, o blanco correspondiendo al índice de
potencia deseada por el altavoz a la salida de 100 V
del amplificador (vea tabla).
3) Cuando conecte varios altavoces, asegúrese de que
todos los altavoces tienen la misma polaridad (p. ej.
conductor negro = polo negativo).

Głośnik PA
Niniejsza instrukcja przeznaczona jest instalato-
rów posiadających wiedzę w zakresie systemów PA
pracujących w technice 100 V. Przed rozpoczęciem
użytkowania proszę zapoznać się z instrukcją, a
następnie zachować ją do wglądu.
1 Zastosowanie
Głośnik ten przeznaczony jest do zastosowania w sys-
temach PA, został wyposażony w transformator do
pracy w technice 100 V. Obudowa odporna na działa-
nie czynników atmosferycznych (IP 44) oraz polipropy-
lenowa membrane umożliwiają montaż urządzenia na
zewnątrz. Model EDL-220 / WS jest wyposażony w dwa
głośniki, dzięki czemu dźwięk rozchodzi się w dwóch
kierunkach.
2 Bezpieczeństwo użytkowania
Ponieważ głośnik spełnia wymogi norm obowiązują-
cych w Unii Europejskiej, został oznaczony symbolem .
•
Należy chronić urządzenie przed działaniem bardzo
wysokich lub bardzo niskich temperatur (dopuszczal-
ny zakres temperatury otoczenia pracy 0 – 40 °C).
•
Do czyszczenia urządzenia należy używać miękkiej
tkaniny, suchej lub nieco wilgotnej; nie wolno uży-
wać chemicznych środków czyszczących ani deter-
gentów.
•
Producent i dostawca nie ponoszą odpowiedzialno-
ści za powstałe szkody: uszkodzenia sprzętu bądź
obrażenia użytkownika, jeżeli głośnik był używany
niezgodnie z przeznaczeniem, niepoprawnie zain-
stalowany, podłączony lub przeciążony.
Po całkowitym zakończeniu eksploatacji,
gło śnik należy oddać do punktu utylizacji
odpadów, aby uniknąć zanieczyszczenia śro-
dowiska.
3 Montaż
Należy przymocować głośnik do ściany lub do sufitu za
pomocą uchwytu montażowego. Aby ustawić głośnik
w żądanym położeniu, należy poluzować dwie śruby
boczne, następnie wybrać odpowiednią pozycję gło-
śnika i dokręcić śruby.
4 Podłączenie
UWAGA Podczas pracy urządzenia na przyłączu linii
występuje napięcie osiągające do 100 V,
które stanowi potencjalne zagrożenie dla
zdrowia lub życia. Podłączenie urządzenia
należy zlecić specjaliście.
Należy zawsze zabezpieczać żyły przewodu połą-
czeniowego na jego nieużywanych końcach. Należy
zwrócić uwagę na odpowiedni dobór mocy głośników
do mocy wzmacniacza. Nieodpowiedni dobór mocy
głośników może spowodować uszkodzenie wzmac-
niacza PA! Całkowita moc wszystkich podłączonych
głośników nie może przekraczać mocy wzmacniacza.
1) Jeśli system PA jest włączony, należy go wyłączyć
przed rozpoczęciem podłączania głośników!
2) Podłączanie głośnika: Należy połączyć czarną żyłę
z zyłą pomarańczową, szarą lub białą, w zależności
od żądanej mocy znamionowej głośnika, do wyjścia
100 V wzmacniacza (zob. tabela).
3) -Przy podłączaniu kilku głośników należy się upew
nić, czy wszystkie głośniki mają odpowiednią biegu-
nowość (np. czarna żyła = biegun ujemny).
Z zastrzeżeniem do możliwych zmian.

1 Possibilità d’impiego
Questo altoparlante è stato realizzato in modo partico-
lare per l’impiego in impianti PA. È equipaggiato con
un trasformatore per impianti con uscita audio a 100 V.
Grazie al contenitore resistente alle intemperie (IP 44)
e alla membrana in polipropilene può essere impiegato
anche per installazioni esterne. Il modello EDL- 220/WS
è equipaggiato con due altoparlanti. In questo modo,
il suono viene diffuso in due direzioni.
2 Avvertenze di sicurezza
L’altoparlante è conforme a tutte le direttive rilevanti
dell’UE e pertanto porta la sigla .
•
Proteggere l’altoparlante da forte freddo e caldo
(temperatura d’impiego ammessa fra 0 – 40 °C).
•
Per la pulizia usare solo un panno morbido, asciutto
o leggermente inumidito; non impiegare in nessun
caso prodotti chimici o detergenti aggressivi.
•
Nel caso d’uso improprio, di montaggio non a regola
d’arte, di collegamento sbagliato o di sovraccarico
del diffusore, non si assume nessuna responsabilità
per eventuali danni consequenziali a persone o a cose
e non si assume nessuna garanzia per il diffusore.
Se si desidera eliminare l’altoparlante defini-
tivamente, consegnarlo per lo smaltimento
ad un’istituzione locale per il riciclaggio.
3 Montaggio
Fissare l’altoparlante alla parete o al soffitto servendosi
della staffa di montaggio. Per orientare l’altoparlante,
allentare le due viti laterali, girare l’altoparlante nella
direzione voluta e stringere nuovamente le viti.
4 Collegamento elettrico
AVVERTIMENTO Durante il funzionamento, al cavo di
collegamento è presente una tensione
pericolosa fino a 100 V. L’installazione
deve essere fatta solo da personale
qualificato.
Isolare assolutamente i conduttori non usati del cavo di
collegamento. Fare attenzione al carico che gli altopar-
lanti esercitano sull’amplificatore PA. Un sovraccarico
può danneggiare l’amplificatore! La somma delle po-
tenze di tutti gli altoparlanti collegati non deve supera-
re la potenza dell’amplificatore.
1) Se l’impianto PA è acceso occorre dapprima spe-
gnerlo completamente!
2) -Collegare l’altoparlante: il conduttore nero e il con
duttore arancione, grigio o bianco, a seconda della
potenza nominale desiderata, con l’uscita 100 V
dell’amplificatore (vedi tabella).
3) Nel caso di collegamento di più altoparlanti fare
attenzione all’identica polarità di tutti gli altopar-
lanti (p. es. conduttore nero = negativo).
