ABOUT | XS STRAIGHTENER
Good hair, anywhere at any moment guaranteed with the Max Pro XS Mini Straightener. The compact straigh-
tener is especially designed for short hair and also makes a perfect travel essential. Because of the small 100%
titanium plates it’s easy to get all the way near the roots, making it the go-to straightener to add body and
volume to short hair-types and taming frizzy hair. The Max Pro XS Straightener has an active negative ion tech-
nology, ensuring that desired extra shine and protection. The universal plug makes usable anywhere around
the world.
INSTRUCTIONS
- Always make sure that your hair is completely clean and dry before using the straightener.
- Makesurethereisnowaterontheoororonothersurfacesneartheoutletorthe
hair styling tool.
- Insert the plug of the straightener into the outlet. The straightener could have a polarized plug, which has
onepenwhichiswiderthantheother.Ifthisisthecase,thisplugwillonlytintoanoutletwhenitisplaced
correctly.Whentheplugdoesnottintoanoutlet,makesurethatyouhavethelargepinstabbedintothe
correct hole. If you cannot plug in the plug without any problems, please contact an electrician; never try to
force stabbing the plug into an electrical outlet.
- Insert the plug of the styling tool into a socket and slide the switch on the inside of the handgrip to the “ON”
position.
- The hair styling tool will become very hot immediately, but it will take about 40 seconds before it has an opti
mal uniform heat distribution.
- The hair styling tool becomes very hot, so make sure it does not make contact with the skin.
- Allow your hair to cool down before touching or brushing it.
- After styling your hair, switch off the hair styling tool by putting the switch on the inside to the “OFF” positi
on, unplug the power cord and allow the hair styling tool to cool down completely on a heat-resistant surface
before storing it. Never leave the styling tool in the outlet or turned on if you are not around.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
- Always unplug the appliance immediately after using.
- Do not use while bathing.
- Do not place or store appliance where it can fall or be pulled into a tub or sink.
- Do not drop into water or other liquids.
- If the appliance falls into water, unplug immediately. Do not reach into the water.
- This appliance should never be left unattended when plugged in.
- Close supervision if necessary when this appliance is used by, on, or near children or individual with certain
disabilities.
- Use this appliance only for its intended use as described in the manual. Do not use any attachment not
provided by the manufacturer.
- Keep the cord away from the heated surface.
- Do not warp the cord around the appliance.
- Do not use outdoors or operate where aerosol products are being used or where oxygen is being
administered.
- Do not use an extension cord with this appliance.
- Do not place the heated appliance directly on any surface while its hot or plugged in.
BURNS
- Always use a heat resistant glove if you have one nearby.
- The styling tool is very hot and can cause burns. Do not touch the heated element while the styling tool is
connected. Make sure that the styling tool has enough time to cool down.
- When you burn yourself, stop with styling your hair and take care of the burn immediately.
- Make sure you switch off the styling tool after each use. Never leave a styling tool unattended if it is connec
ted or switched on.
- Keepthestylingtoolawayfromammablesurfaces,plasticorothermaterialsthataresensitivetoheat.
- If you have to put the styling tool down while it is turned on, only do it on a heat-resistant surface. It is best to
use a heat-resistant mat or holder for your MaxPro straightener/curling iron to prevent damage to your furni
