I N S T A L L A T O E D I M E N T I C A T O
La robustezza, l'inossidabilità e la protezione agli
agenti atmosferici del telaio monoblocco sono
subito chiare. È nel suo solido guscio che viene
fermamente racchiusa la sua avanzata meccanica.
Un insieme di componenti studiati per funzionare
silenziosamente e resistere nel tempo.
I motori elettrici, adatti ad un uso intensivo, sono
comunque protetti da sonde termiche. La
meccanica, con i componenti lubrificati con uno
speciale grasso sintetico, la grossa vite senza fine
a 3 principi, il doppio ingranaggio elicoidale para-
colpi, è stata progettata per garantire la massima
silenziosità, robustezza e affidabilità.
E' grazie a queste speciali caratteristiche che i
KING possono essere installati anche su cancelli di
rare proporzioni.

The strength, rust-proof characteristics and
protection against atmospheric agents of the
enbloc frame are immediately clear. It is within this
solid shell that the advanced mechanics are safely
enclosed. A group of components designed to
operate silently and provide long-term durability.
The electric motors, which are suitable for
intensive use, are protected by heat probes. The
mechanics, with components lubricated using a
special synthetic grease, the large 3-thread
endless screw, the double helical impact-proof
gear, have been designed to guarantee maximum
silence, strength and reliability. It is thanks to these
special characteristics that KING units can even be
fitted on gates of rare size.
I N S T A L L É E T O U B L I É
La robustesse, l’inoxydabilité et la protection
contre les agents atmosphériques du châssis
monobloc sont tout de suite évidents. C’est dans
son enveloppe solide qu’est renfermée fermement
sa mécanique d’avant-garde ! Un ensemble de
composants étudiés pour fonctionner
silencieusement et résister au fil du temps.
Les moteurs électriques, qui conviennent pour un
usage intensif, sont, de toute manière, protégés
par des sondes thermiques. Le système
mécanique –dont les composants sont lubrifiés
avec une graisse synthétique spéciale, la grande
vis sans fin à 3 filetages, le double engrenage
hélicoïdal comme butée- a été conçu pour garantir
l’absence de bruit, la robustesse et la fiabilité. Ce
sont les raisons pour lesquelles les KING peuvent
être installés même sur des grilles aux proportions
spéciales.
KWALITEIT EN BETROUWBAARHEID
De KING-aandrijvingen hebben een eigentijdse
kleur en vormgeving bovendien zijn ze vocht, stof
en corrosie bestendig door een speciale krasvaste
coating.
De aandrijving is gebaseerd op een elektromotor
en een geloten aluminium karter met bronzen
worm en wormwiel, welke de nylon tandwielen
aandrijven die aan de spindel bevestigd zijn. Het
geheel wordt gesmeerd met een speciaal
synthetisch vet wat ervoor zorgt dat de aandrijving
bijzonder geruisloos loopt.
De aandrijving is ontwikkeld om met een minimum
aan onderhoud vele jaren te probleemloos te
functioneren.

Les KING sont puissants et fiables, comme tous les
automatismes RIB, et conçus pour satisfaire toutes
les normes européennes de sécurité.
Ils sont équipés d’un régulateur électronique de la
force et, sur la version PLUS, d’un ENCODEUR
OPTIQUE.
L’ENCODEUR des modèles PLUS (breveté) relève
le contact de la grille avec les obstacles et active
l’inversion du mouvement (comme exigé par les
nouvelles normes européennes EN12453,
EN12445 et par la norme des Etats-Unis UL325)
sans devoir installer des bords de sécurité.

Les KING sont une série d’opérateurs puissants,
réalisés pour actionner automatiquement des
grilles et des portails à battant, d’un poids pouvant

KING units are powerful and safe, as are all RIB
automatic devices, and are designed to comply
with all European Safety Regulations. They are
equipped with electronic force regulator and, in
the PLUS version, with an OPTICAL ENCODER.
The ENCODER used in the PLUS models
(patented), indicates when the gate comes into
contact with an obstacle, and reverses the
movement (as required by new European
regulations EN12453, EN12445 and by American
regulation UL325) without the need to fit edge
sensors.

De KING aandrijvingen zijn ontworpen conform de
nieuwste Europese normen (prEN12453,
prEN12445) op het gebied van beveiliging tegen
letsel. De King aandrijvingen zijn voorzien van
geïntegreerde elektronische kracht regelingen
terwijl er in de Plus versie een ENCODER is
ingebouwd die obstakels nauwkeurig detecteert.
Bij het PLUS model met ENCODER verandert de
draairichting van de aandrijving op het moment
dat de poortvleugel in contact komt met een
obstakel.

automatismi RIB, progettati per soddisfare tutte le
norme europee di sicurezza.
Sono dotati di regolatore della forza elettronico e,
nella versione PLUS, di ENCODER OTTICO.
L'ENCODER dei modelli PLUS (brevettato) rileva il
contatto del cancello con gli ostacoli ed attiva
l'inversione di movimento (come richiesto dalle
nuove norme europee EN12453, EN12445 e dalla
norma statunitense UL325) senza dover installare
bordi sensibili.
