Operating Instructions
Charging and replacing the wristband
Remove the body of the BFit from the strap according to the
instructions in the picture below. Charge the tness band before
using it for the rst time. Plug it into any USB charger or USB port
on your computer. Whilst charging, the white LED ashes and stops
when fully charged. Charging takes about half an hour.

Controls
The tness band can be controlled by moving the wrist or via touch.
Rotating the band activates the horizontal screen which then dis-
plays the current time. This function can be enabled or disabled in
the mobile app.
Touch the Bt display to do the following operations:

Scroll across the screen from left to right using
your nger until you see the icon . Then touch
the power switch icon . To turn o, touch and

Installing the mobile app and pairing the tness band
The tness band is compatible with iOS (7.0 and higher) and Android
(4.3 and higher). Download the LinkFit mobile app to control the t-
ness band from the following link:

Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone. Turn on your Bt band.
When the band is not paired, it is in search mode and this icon .
appears next to the time display, above the battery status. Open the
LinkFit app on your smartphone. If your phone is not already paired
with the tness band, it will appear on the page in the Device Scan
app. Choose the band with your identication number and conrm
this pairing with your phone (Android – , iOS – ). The Conrm Pair
identication number is displayed on the tness band screen when
it is turned on. Pairing should be complete within a minute. If after
a minute the pairing notication does not appear, repeat the abover
procedure. Once paired, this icon appears next to the time and abo-
ve the battery status. When paired the tness band can be seen in the
app Device Connected settings. After pairing the app will ask you to
enter your gender, weight, height and daily step target.
Data synchronization
The tness band automatically syncs with the app after pairing with
your smartphone via Bluetooth. The band displays the precise time
and synchronizes the pedometer data, calories burnt and distance
travelled. The initial data synchronization takes approximately one
or two minutes. Data can be synchronized manually in the app by
touching the icon . If data is not synchronized, turn Bluetooth o
and on again.
Sleep monitor
Scroll across the screen from left to right using your nger until you
reach this icon . Then touch and hold the display. The band then
briey vibrates and displays the exact time together with the icon
. Sleep monitoring is now enabled. Turn osleep monitoring by
pressing and holding the display in this mode. The display will light
up, vibrate briey and the connection icon reappears next to the
time. Automatic sleep monitoring can also be enabled in the app. In
the settings turn on the Autosleep function. Sleep monitoring is now
automatically enabled between 8 pm and 9 am.
