Der wichtigste Vorteil von xDSL ist der Wegfall der Installationskosten für

neue Kabel. Die zugelassene maximale Leitungslänge und die maximal er-

reichbare Datenübertragungsgeschwindigkeit hängt von den Eigenschaften

des Kabels ab. Vor der Installation eines xDSL-Modems sollte überprüft

werden, ob die Eigenschaften und Qualität des gewählten Aderpaars die

Forderungen des zur Anwendung beabsichtigten Systems entspricht.

Der KE2500 Telco Multimeter ist speziell für Telefon-2-Draht Leitungen

entwickelt und erlaubt eine detaillierte Fehleranalyse und eine vollständige

Übersicht über den physikalischen Status der geprüften Leitung.

The main advantage of xDSL is the omission of the installation cost of new

cable. The approved maximum line length and the maximum sustained data

transfer rate depends on the characteristics of the cable.Before installing a

xDSL modem the properties and quality of the selected pair of wires should

be checked whether it is corresponding to the demands of the chosen

system.

The KE2500 Telco Multimeter is designed specially for telephone 2 wire

lines and allows and detailed error analysis and a complete overview of the

physical state of the circuit under test.
