3.1. Normal Mode Set
1. Press “SET” to toggle between time and date.
2. Hold “SET” for 2 seconds to enter setting mode.
3. Hold “SET” for 12 seconds to power off, press any button to power on.
4. When displaying altitude, press “HIST” to check height history record.
5. When displaying barometer, press “HIST” to check air pressure history
record.
6. Press “COMPASS” to enter compass mode.
7. Hold “COMPASS” to enter compass checkout mode.
8. Press “ALTI” to switch display altitude height.
9. Hold “ALTI” to test absolute height.
10. While holding “SET”, again hold “COMPASS” to enter magnetism
deflection angle setting.
11. LED light will come on if any button is pushed.

3.2. Setting Mode
1. In normal mode press “SET” for 2 seconds to enter setting mode.
2. There will be 1 Hz flashing during setting.
3. The sequence of settings: 12/24 hour minute year month
date

M/FEET.
4. Press “SET” to confirm the settings.
5. Press “ALTI” once, the setting will go ahead one step; hold the key for
2 seconds, it will run forward by 8 steps/seconds.
6. Press “COMPASS” once, the setting will go back one step; hold for
2 seconds, it will run back by 8 steps/seconds.
7. The system will exit automatically if no key is pressed for 15 seconds,
the set value will be stored.
3.3. Display Mode
1. When displaying the date, if no key is pressed for 15 seconds, it will
exit to time mode.
2. When displaying compass, it will exit automatically if no key is pressed
for 30 seconds.
3. When checking history record, it will exit automatically if no key is
impressed for 15 seconds.
3.4. Compass Mode
1. Press “COMPASS” to enter compass mode.
2. Hold “COMPASS” to enter checkout mode, at this moment place the
product horizontally, then turn it a full circle, finish the checkout, press
“COMPASS” again to exit the check out mode and enter into compass
mode, start testing direction (please follow the steps above strictly to
get correct results).
3. While holding “SET”, again hold “COMPASS” to enter into magnetism
deflection angle setting (range:+/- 90 degree), press “HIST” to exit after
finishing the settings or the menu will exit automatically after
15 seconds.
4. Make sure to keep the compass away from magnetic fields during use.
In order to enhance the accuracy, please repeat the steps of checkout
mode when changing the environment or replacing the batteries.
3.5. Altitude Mode
1. Press “ALTI” to enter testing altitude height mode (abs), in this mode
the height is measured and the display is refreshed every 5 seconds.
2. In normal mode, hold “ALTI” to enter test relative height mode (rel.),
the height will be cleared, and start testing the height from ZERO to
destination.
3. Height measure range: - 1000 feet~30000 feet (-305m~9144m),
beyond this range it will display “Err”.
3.6. Barometer Mode
1. This mode in also under normal mode, the air pressure value is
displayed for current condition, air pressure being measured every
30 seconds and the display refreshed.
2. While holding “SET”, again hold “ALTI” to enter air pressure value
correct mode.
3. Barometer measuring range: 301 hpa~1051 hpa, beyond this range it
will display “Err”.
