Garantieerklärung
Wir garantieren Ihnen hiermit während einer Garantiezeit von 3 Jahren die ein-
wandfreie Funktion unserer Home/Living/Inspiration Plus/Inspiration/Mini Backform
in Bezug auf Material, Verarbeitung und Funktion. Die Garantiefrist beginnt mit
dem Datum des Erwerbs des Produkts.
Voraussetzung für die Geltendmachung der Garantie ist neben der Vorlage des
Kaufbelegs eine ordnungsgemäße Behandlung entsprechend den von uns gegebe-
nen Gebrauchs- und Pflegehinweisen sowie die bestimmungsgemäße Benutzung
des Produkts. Zur Geltendmachung des Garantieanspruchs ist der Kaufbeleg nebst
dem fehlerhaen Produkt vorzulegen. Senden Sie uns die fehlerhae Backform
bitte an die unten angegebene Adresse und wir werden dieses kostenlos gegen ein
neues austauschen und Ihnen zusenden. Der Endverbraucher hat im Rahmen der
Garantie ausschließlich Anspruch auf Neulieferung. Solange dasselbe Modell im
Lieferprogramm geführt wird, wird dieses durch ein Produkt desselben Modells er-
setzt. Wird das Modell nicht mehr im Lieferprogramm geführt, wird das fehlerhae
Produkt durch ein ähnliches, im Lieferprogramm geführtes Produkt ersetzt.
Gesetzliche Gewährleistung
Durch diese Garantieerklärung werden Ihre gesetzlichen Gewährleistungsrechte,
die dem Käufer gegen den Verkäufer zustehen, wenn die Kaufsache zum Zeit-
punkt des Gefahrüberganges nicht mangelfrei war, nicht eingeschränkt. Innerhalb
der Gewährleistungsfrist stehen Ihnen die gesetzlichen Gewährleistungsrechte
auf Nacherfüllung, Minderung, Rücktritt und Schadensersatz gemäß §§ 437 ff BGB
im gesetzlichen Umfang ungemindert zu.
Räumlicher Geltungsbereich
Der räumliche Geltungsbereich ist nicht eingeschränkt.
Warranty declaration
During the 3-year warranty period, we hereby guarantee the proper functioning
of our Home/Living/Inspiration Plus/Inspiration/Mini baking mould with regard to
materials, crasmanship and function. The warranty period begins on the date the
product is purchased.
In addition to submitting proof of purchase, in order to make a warranty claim you
are required to have handled the product in keeping with the instructions for use
and care supplied by us as well as to have used the product exclusively for its in-
tended purpose. The proof of purchase and the faulty product must be presented
to validate the claim under warranty. Please send the faulty baking mould to us at
the address provided below and we will exchange it for a new baking mould and
send it to you free of charge. The end user is entitled to a replacement within the
terms of the warranty. Provided that this model is still included in the product
range, the faulty item will be replaced by a product of the same type. If the model
is no longer included in the product range, the faulty product will be replaced with
a similar product from the current product range.
Legal warranty
The consumer‘s statutory rights against the seller if the purchased product
was not free of defects at the time of transfer of risk are not affected by this
guarantee. During the warranty period, you are entitled to the statutory warranty
rights for subsequent fulfilment, price reduction, withdrawal from the contract
and compensation according to §§ 437 ff BGB (German Civil Code) to the extent
permitted by law.

The area of application is not limited in any way.

Nous pouvons vous garantir sur toute la durée de la garantie de 3 ans un fonc-
tionnement irréprochable de notre moule Home/Living/Inspiration Plus/Inspiration/
Mini au niveau du matériau, de la fabrication et du fonctionnement. Le délai de
garantie commence à partir de la date d’acquisition du produit.
La condition essentielle pour faire valoir la garantie est, en plus de la présentation
du justificatif d’achat, une manipulation conforme, correspondant aux instruc-
tions d’utilisation et d’entretien que nous avons fournies, ainsi qu’une utilisa-
tion conforme aux prescriptions du produit. Pour pouvoir faire une réclamation
pendant la période de garantie, il est nécessaire de joindre le justificatif d’achat
au produit défectueux. Merci de nous envoyer le moule défectueux à l’adresse in-
diquée ci-dessous et nous l’échangerons gratuitement par un neuf, que nous vous
enverrons. Dans le cadre de la garantie, l’utilisateur final peut exclusivement
prétendre à une livraison de remplacement. Si le même modèle figure dans le
programme de livraison, le produit est remplacé par un produit du même modèle.
Si le modèle ne figure plus dans le programme de livraison, le produit défectueux
est remplacé par un produit équivalent figurant dans le programme de livraison.
Garantie légale
Cette déclaration de garantie ne limite pas vos droits légaux à la garantie, dont
l’acheteur bénéficie à l’égard du vendeur si la marchandise n’était pas exempte de
défaut au moment du transfert des risques. Pendant la période de garantie, vous
pouvez faire valoir sans restriction vos droits légaux à la garantie sur l’exécution
en nature, la réduction, la résiliation et les dommages-intérêts conformément aux
§§ 437 ss. du Code civil allemand.

Le champ d’application territorial n’est pas limité.
