IMPORTANT SAFEGUARD:
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including the following:
1. Read all instructions carefully.

recorders, etc.).

6. Do not use any appliance with a damaged cord or plug. If the cord is damaged it should be replaced with the
same type and size or bring the appliance to the nearest Authorized Service Center.
7. Do not use a two-way socket with another appliance.
8. Do not place the unit near gas stove, an electric burner, in heated oven or near any hot surface.
9. Do not touch the appliance and the power plug with wet hands.
10. Do not allow the cord to touch the hot surface of the unit.
11. Do not place any metal kitchen utensils, knives or other metal objects on the appliance. These may heat up
when the appliance is turned on.
12. Do not place any magnetic objects on the plate while the appliance is in use.
13. To protect against electric shock, do not immerse the unit in water or any other liquids.
14. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliances by person responsible for their safety. Children should be supervised to
ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
15. Extreme caution must be taken when moving an appliance after cooking.
16. Let the unit cool down before cleaning.
17. Do not touch the appliance while cooking is in progress.
18. Do not use the appliance for other than intended use.
19. Use of accessories or equipment not supplied by the manufacturer may cause damage or malfunctioning of
your appliance or result in injuries.
20. CAUTION: Never leave the unit unattended while cooking.

25. CAUTION: In order to avoid a hazard due to inadvertent resetting of the thermal cutout, this appliance must
not be supplied through an external switching device, such as a timer, or connected to a circuit that is regularly
switched on and o by the utility.
DESCRIPTION OF PARTS:
HOW TO USE:
1. For initial use wipe the non-stick plates of the unit with damp cloth.
2. Plug the sandwich maker into the convenience outlet. The and the light indicator will light up (the orange green
orange light indicates that the power is ON).
3. Close the cover and prepare the ingredients while the unit is heating.
4. When it is ready to cook the green light indicator will turn OFF.
5. Fully open the sandwich maker, place the ingredients into the plate, close and lock the lid. For best result, wipe
the non-stick plates with oil or butter, it can add aroma to the sandwich.
6. When the ready light indicator lights up you may now check your sandwich to see if it is done but if you want it to
be golden brown you may continue and leave it closed until you reach your desired browning preference.
7. After the cooking process, remove the sandwich and place it into a plate.
8. Unplug the unit after every use.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE:
1. Unplug and wait for the unit to cool down before cleaning.
2. Wipe the non-stick coated plate with paper towels or soft cloth.
3. Wipe the body of the sandwich maker with damp cloth.
4. Do not use abrasive materials to avoid scratches.
Note: Do not immerse the unit in water or any other liquid.
