N.B.: The excess of detergent in the dispenser could cause technical problems.

Programmes with prewash last about 15 minutes more than programmes without prewash. Water and energy
consumption values were measured in standard conditions in compliance with the Standard IEC 60 456. Individual
consumption may vary in comparison with the values specified in the table, because of differences in supply water
pressure and temperature, the load and the type of wash.
ADDING DETERGENT AND ADDITIVES
Pour the detergent and additives into the respective
compartments as follows:
•Programme with pre and main wash
•Main wash programme without prewash
•Fabric softeners and starch
•Stain removers
•Anti-scale agents (water hardness 4)
Important Note:
• “Do not fill beyond the MAX” level mark.
•For programme with prewash: do not use liquid
detergent.
• °For programmes without prewash from cold to 40 C, it is recommended to use a liquid
detergent to avoid whitish residues on the coloured laundry.
CLOSE THE DOOR AND SELECT THE PROGRAMME
1. Turn the programme selector knob clockwise to the desired programme.
2. Turn the temperature knob to the required temperature.
SELECT ANY DESIRED OPTION
“ ”Half Load button
• “ ” “ ”Reduces the water consumption in the Cotton and Synthetics programmes
especially during the rinse.
•Especially suitable for lightly soiled or small loads (reduces the quantity of detergent).
•Not suitable for high temperature programmes.
“ ”No Spin
•It excludes the spin function from the programme.
PROGRAMME START
Open the water inlet tap and select the desidered spin speed, turning the
spin speed and On/
Off knob to the desidered position (the indicated spin speed or “No Spin”).
The pilot lamp lights up.
DOOR LOCK
During the running programme, the door cannot be opened.
The door locks automatically in all programmes.
If the programme is stopped or if an electrical power failure occurs, the door unlocks
automatically after about 1 minute.
PROGRAMME END
• “ ”The programme selector knob is at STOP .
1. Turn the spin speed knob to the Off position . The pilot light goes out.
2. Cancel the options by pressing the appropriate buttons.
3. Turn the water supply tap off.
4. Wait for the door to unlock (about 1 minute).
5. Open the door and the drum flaps and unload the machine.
SELECTING A NEW PROGRAMME, SPIN SPEED, OPTIONS AFTER
PROGRAMME START
1. Turn the spin speed knob to the Off position to switch off the appliance.
The pilot light goes out.
2. Select the new programme, temperature and option.
3. Turn the spin speed knob to the desidered spin speed to switch on the appliance.
The pilot light lights.
TO STOP, RESET A PROGRAMME BEFORE THE END
1. Turn the spin speed knob to the Off position to switch off the appliance.
The pilot light goes out.
2. Set the programme selector on “Drain”.
3. Turn the spin speed knob to the desidered spin speed to start the “ ”Drain programme.
Only open the door when the programme selector is at “ ”STOP and
the door is unlocked (after approximately 1 minute).
