The product is intended for private, non-
commercial use only.
Protect the product from dirt, moisture and
overheating and use it in dry rooms only.
Do not drop the product and do not expose it
to any major shocks.
Do not open the device or continue to operate
it if it becomes damaged.
As with all electrical devices, this device
should be kept out of the reach of children.
Dispose of packaging material immediately
according to locally applicable regulations.
Do not modify the device in any way. Doing so
voids the warranty.
Warning
Always observe the correct polarity (+ and
- markings) when installing batteries. The
polarity is marked on all batteries.
Do not mix old and new batteries or
batteries of a different type or make.
Do not short-circuit batteries.
Do not charge batteries.
Do not throw batteries in a fire.
Do not allow children to change batteries
without supervision.
Remove the batteries from products that
are not being used for an extended period
(unless these are being kept ready for an
emergency).
4. Functions
Normal time mode
Displays the time, date, weekday and
temperature.
Alarm and snooze function
Set a daily alarm and snooze function, select an
alarm sound.
Birthday reminder
Alarm function for a specific day in a specific year
and at a specific time. The alarm plays a popular
birthday song at the specified time. This alarm
melody cannot be changed.
Timer
Classic count-down alarm (egg timer) with a time
range from 23:59 to 00:01. After the specified
time has elapsed, an alarm tone goes off.
Temperature function
Automatically measures and displays the ambient
temperature.
Music function
In normal time mode, press the button to play
music or to stop it.
5. Installation and Settings
Note
After removal of the bat teries’ contact
bre aker, the normal time is displayed in
12-hour format and a melody signals that
the product is ready for use.
The function modes are organized as
follows: Normal time mode 12 h/24 h
format /time/date Alarm and snooze
function

Normal time mode
When the item flashes, it means that the
ite m selected can be set.
5.1. Setting 12 h/24 h Format, the Time,
and the Date
In normal time mode, press the button MODE
once to switch between 12 h and 24 h format.
Use the and buttons to select the format ▲ ▼
you want to use.
Then press the button to set the time SET
using the and buttons. The time is set ▲ ▼
beginning with the hour in the format that was
previously selected, 12 or 24 hour time.
The hour flashes in the display.
Next press the button to set the minutes SET
using the and buttons. ▲ ▼
The minutes flash in the display.
Next press the button to set the current SET
year using the and buttons. ▲ ▼
The year flashes in the display.
Next press the button to set the current SET
month using the and buttons. ▲ ▼
The month ( ) flashes in the display.M
Next press the button to set the current SET
day using the and buttons. ▲ ▼
The day ( ) flashes in the display.D
After making the settings, press the MODE
button four times to return to normal time
mode.
Note
In the course of set ting the date, the day
of the wee k – Monday (MON) to Sunday
(SUN) – is set automatically.
If no button is pressed for one minute
while the settings are being made, the
device automatically switche s back to
normal t ime mode. The settings that we re
made up to that point are not saved!
5.2 Alarm and Snooze Function
In normal mode, press the button two MODE
times or press the button directly to ALARM
switch to alarm mode.
In alarm mode, press the button and SET
use the and buttons to set the hour
for the alarm.
Next press the button to set the minutes SET
using the and buttons.
Then press the button to select an alarm SET
melody from the melodies 1 through 9 using
the and buttons.
After making all the settings, press the
MODE button three times to return to normal
time mode.
Note – Alarm function
The alarm goes off ever y day at the
set time .
The act ive alarm function is indicated by
the word ‘Alarm’ in the display.
To completely deact ivate the alarm
funct ion, press the ALARM button in
normal t ime mode to switch to alarm
mode. Press the SET but tonve times
unt il you o nly see three dashes in the
display (-:--).
