Anwendungsbereich

Betrieb ist möglich mit:

• Druckspeichern

• Thermisch/Hydraulisch gesteuerten

Durchlauferhitzern

Der Betrieb mit drucklosen Speichern

(offenen Warmwasserbereitern) ist nicht möglich!

Technische Daten

• Betriebsdruck max 10 bar

• Prüfdruck 16 bar

Hinweis:

Zur Einhaltung der Geräuschwerte nach DIN 4109

ist bei Ruhedrücken über 5 bar ein Druckminderer

einzubauen.

Für die Kombination mit Wannenfüll- und

Überlaufgarnituren ist nach EN1717 eine

zugelassene Sicherheitseinrichtung

vorgeschrieben.

Dazu ist Folgendes zu beachten:

• Für Grothherm SmartControl und SmartControl

Mixer mit zwei Ventilen kann hierzu das

Sonderzubehör Best.-Nr. 14 055 anstelle des

vormontierten Stopfens (Z) verwendet werden.

• Die GROHE Rapido SmartBox muss

min. 300mm über dem Wannenrand montiert

werden.

Installation der Box

• Löcher für die Box sowie Schlitze für die

Rohrleitungen erstellen (siehe DIN 1053).

• Einbautiefe 75-105mm.

• Ist die Box zu tief eingebaut kann eine

Verlängerung eingesetzt werden.

Einbaumöglichkeiten, siehe Seite 19-21.

• Montage in Ständerwerk

• Montage mit Abstandhaltern

• Montage direkt auf die Wand

• Montage in die Wand

• Montage auf Fertighausmontageplatten oder

Fertigzellen

Rohrleitungen anschließen

Die hierfür vorgesehenen Abgänge sind zu nutzen.

• empfohlende Konfigurationsmöglichkeiten:

- Grohtherm Smart Control siehe ab Seite 35.

- Smart Control Mixer siehe ab Seite 58.

• Freibleibende Abgänge müssen mit den

beiliegenden Stopfen (X) abgedichtet werden.

• Anschlüsse auf Dichtheit prüfen.

• Stopfen (Y) müssen montiert werden, siehe

Seite 23, Abb. [6]!

Trägermaterial für Dichtmittel aufbringen, siehe

Seite 24 Abb. [9] bis [11].

Wand fertig verputzen und verfliesen.

• Einbauschablone nicht vor der Fertiginstallation

kürzen.

Applications

Operation is possible with:

• Pressurised storage heaters

• Thermally/hydraulically controlled instantaneous

water heaters

Operation with unpressurised storage heaters

(displacement water heaters) is not possible!

Technical data

• Operating pressure: max. 10 bar

• Test pressure 16 bar

Note:

To comply with noise levels if static pressure

exceeds 5 bar, a pressure reducing valve must be

fitted.

For the combination with bath filler and overflow

sets an approved safety device is prescribed

according to EN 1717.

The following must be observed:

• For Grohtherm SmartControl and SmartControl

Mixer with two valves the safety device (special

accessories prod. no.: 14 055) can be screwed in

instead of the pre-assembled plug (Z).

• The GROHE Rapido SmartBox must be mounted

at least 300mm above the tub edge.

Installation of the box

• Make drill holes for the box and slots for the

pipes.

• Installation depth 75-105mm.

• If the box is installed too deeply an extension can

be applied.

• Installation directly on the wall

• Installation in the wall

• Installation on prefabricated house assembly

plates or prefabricated shells

Connecting the pipes

The outflows intended for this purpose are to be

used.
