With the purchase of your new and innovative Gourmia 6500 Coee Maker, you’ll be able to make
all your favorite coeehouse beverages right in your own kitchen! Building on Italian heritage, this
unique appliance has been designed to prepare delicious espressos and lungos quickly,
conveniently and automatically with the touch of a button.
ESPRESSO
A unique method of coee brewing in which hot water is forced through nely ground coee.
Popular in Europe, it is a far richer and more full-bodied brew than regular drip coee. Because of
its richness, espresso is usually served in 40-65ml (1.4-2oz) portions, in demitasse cups.
LUNGO
Lungo, the Italian word for long, is an espresso, which is prepared with more water. The Lungo
Espresso is not just a variant but also the basis for other coee drinks such as the latte. The Lungo is
not as intense as the espresso, but the taste is less bitter. Because of its neness, a lungo is usually
served in 100-130ml (3-4oz) portions, in large cups.
CAPPUCCINO
A drink made with about 1/3 espresso, 1/3 steamed milk and 1/3 frothed milk. All milk-based
recipes such as cappuccinos and lattes can be prepared with the Gourmia 6500 Coee Marker.
LATTE
A drink made with about 1/4 espresso and 3/4 steamed milk. All milk-based recipes such as
cappuccinos and lattes can be prepared with the Gourmia 6500 Coee Maker.
