Disassemble lamp battery
Before properly disposing of the torch, you
must remove the installed lithium battery.
The battery may only be disassembled
for disposal, after this, the torch is no
longer usable.
Prior to disassembly, discharge the
battery through use.
For the disassembly, you need a fine
crosshead screwdriver.
1. Fold the crank up and unscrew both bot-
tom screws (Fig. A).
2. Fold the crank back down.
3. Pull both sides of the housing apart
slightly and pull the actual torch housing
out completely ( ). Some force is Fig. B
required for this.
4. Unscrew both screws in the top section
of the housing (Abb. C).

5. Pull the circuit board completely out of
the housing (Fig. D).
6. Press the holding tongues of the battery
bracket slightly toward the sides and
remove the battery from the bracket
(Fig. D).
7. Dispose of the torch parts and battery in
an environmentally sound manner.
Note the instructions on the packaging
of the torch.
Caution: Explosion hazard with
improper handling of the lithium
battery.
Do not throw the battery into fire
and do not short-circuit.
Explosion hazard!
