Congratulations on the purchase of your Gardenline® 47.1cc 4 Stroke Petrol
Chainsaw. When you open your packaging, rst remove all items and check there
are no parts damaged or missing. If you nd anything wrong, do not operate the
product until the parts have been replaced or the fault has been rectied.
Failure to do so could result in serious personal injury.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION.
NOTE: This is a 4 stroke Chainsaw and does NOT require pre-mixing of fuel and
oil. BEFORE starting fresh unleaded fuel must be used in this unit.
Do NOT use Ethanol based fuels. Use good quality 4 stroke oil.
NOTE: First time users or inexperienced operators pay particular attention to the
operation of the Chainsaw, including details of starting and stopping and correct
use of the Chainsaw on pages 18-27, as well as the maintenance instructions on
pages 28-31.
Intended use of the 47.1cc 4 Stroke Petrol Chainsaw
NOTE: This product is for private domestic DIY use only.
It is not suitable for commercial or trade use.
This Chainsaw has been designed for felling small to medium sized trees, cutting
rewood and clearing and pruning branches.

operation and remain hot for a short time after the unit is turned o.
Do not put in water, or subject to rain or wet conditions.

Pull recoil starter up and away from unit.
Warning! Danger of kickback.
Use the chainsaw with 2 hands.
Chain direction.
= HIGH (Fast) run adjustment screw.
= LOW (Slow) run adjustment screw.
= Idling adjusting screw.
