RULES OF PLAY
HOW TO PLAY
The player who most recently pet a dog
goes first. On your turn, flip the top card
face up to start or add to the discard pile.
Take the action indicated by the card.
After completing your action, play moves
to the next player in a clockwise direction.
Important: You must always
place Chihuahuas on your dance
floor so that:

Single Chihuahua card
– Time to
Cha-cha! Take one Chihuahua from the
center dog pile and place it
on any open squares on your
dance floor. Then get up and
do a celebratory dance by
doing your interpretation of
the dance move on the card!
Double Chihuahua card
– Time to
Cha-cha with a partner! Take two Chi-
huahuas from the center pile, place one
on your dance floor and give one to the
player who has the fewest dogs on their
dance floor. (If it’s a tie, you
get to choose. If it’s you,
you get two!) Then get up
and do a celebratory dance
with your partner by doing
your interpretation of the
dance moves on the card!
Cha-Cha Chow-Chow
– There’s only
one thing Chihuahuas love more than
dancing – eating! Lure another player’s
Chihuahua with a delicious bowl of
Cha-Cha Chow-Chow. Ask any player
to give you one of their Chihuahuas and
then place it in an empty space on your
dance floor. Note: You may take this action
immediately upon revealing the card,
OR, save it for later by taking the card
and placing it face up in front
of you. On a following turn,
instead of turning over a
card from the draw pile,
place the card in the discard
pile, and ask another player
for one of their Chihuahuas.
Siesta Time
– Dancing in a cha-cha
marathon is lots of fun but it can be
exhausting! Time for some doggies to get
some rest. Look at the color of the blanket
on the card. Then look at your dance floor.
If any of your Chihuahuas’ feet touch a
color square that matches the color on the
blanket, you must send them
to the Nap Shack. Take those
figurines and place them
inside the Nap Shack. (No
action if you don’t have any
matching dogs.)
Nap Shack – Doggies can’t rest forever!
If there are any Chihuahuas in the Nap
Shack, invite them back to dance. Take all
of the Chihuahuas out of the Nap Shack
and place them on any open squares on
your dance floor. If the Nap Shack is empty,
take the card and place it face up in
front of you. On a future turn,
instead of turning over a card
from the draw pile, you may
place the card in the discard
and take all the Chihuahuas
from the Nap Shack.
ENDING THE GAME
Keep taking turns and drawing cards until
the dog pile is out of Chihuahuas. At that
point all players count the Chihuahuas on
their dance floors. Whoever has with the
most doggie dancers wins. In case of a tie,
both/all players win!

Chihuahua, Piccolo, to create this wonder-
fully whimsical game that helps pre-school
children to hone color identification, as well
as fine and gross motor skills. Did you know
that Chihuahuas are the smallest dogs by size
and that their name comes from the state of
Chihuahua in Mexico? Chihuahuas are one
of the most popular “toy” breeds in the USA.

OBJECT
This get-up-and-dance game is full of
Chihuahuas who know how to boogie.
Be the player to get the most Chihuahuas
on your dance floor and you win!
SET UP
1. Shuffle the cards and stack them face
down in the center of the
playing area to form a draw pile.
2. Gather all the Chihuahua figurines in the
center to create the dog pile.
3. Pop up the Nap Shack and place it
next to the draw pile.
4. Give each player a dance floor.
(Place any extras out of play.)
5. Each player takes one
Chihuahua from the middle and places
it on their dance floor.

CÓMO JUGAR
El jugador que más recientemente acarició
a un perro juega primero. En su turno, volt-
ee la carta superior del mazo y colóquela
boca arriba comenzando o aumentando
la pila de descartes. Luego tome la acción
indicada por la carta. Después de com-
pletar su acción, el juego continúa con el
siguiente jugador en sentido horario.
ACCIONES DE LAS CARTAS
Carta de Chihuahua solo
¡Hora de Chachachá! Tome
un Chihuahua de la pila de
perros central y colóquelo en
cualquier cuadro libre en su
pista de baile.
Carta de Chihua hua doble
¡Hora de Chachachá con un compañero!
Tome dos Chihuahuas de la pila central,
coloque uno en su pista de baile y de uno
al jugador que tiene la menor cantidad
de perros en su pista de baile. (Si hay
empate, tiene que elegir. Si es usted,
¡obtiene dos!)
En cualquier caso, levántese y
haga un baile de celebración
haciendo su interpretación
del movimiento de baile
mostrado en la carta.
Cha-Cha Chow-Chow
–Sólo hay una
cosa que los Chihuahuas aman más que
bailar - ¡comer! Atraiga un Chihuahua
de otro jugador con un delicioso plato de
Cha-Cha Chow-Chow. Pídale a cualquier
jugador que le dé uno de sus Chihuahuas
y colóquelo en un espacio vacío en su
pista de baile. Nota: puede tomar esta
acción inmediatamente después de revelar
la carta, O, guárdela para después to-
mando la carta y poniéndola boca arriba
delante de usted. En un turno
posterior, en lugar de revelar
la carta superior del mazo,
coloque esta carta en la pila
de descartes, y pida
a otro jugador uno de sus
Chihuahuas.
Hora de la Siesta
– ¡Bailar en una maratón
de chachachá es muy divertido pero
puede ser agotador! Tiempo para que
algunos perritos tomen un descanso. Mire
el color de los cuadrados en la manta en
la carta. Luego mire su pista de baile.
Si alguno de las patas de sus Chihua-
huas toca un cuadrado de un color que
coincide con el color de la
manta, debe enviarlos a la
Cabaña de Siesta. Tome esas
figuras y colóquelas en la
Cabaña de Siesta. (Nada
ocurre si usted no tiene
ningún perro coincidente.)
Cabaña de Siesta – ¡Los perritos no
pueden descansar para siempre! Si hay
Chihuahuas en la Cabaña de Siesta, in-
vítelos a bailar. Tome todos los Chihuahuas
de la Cabaña de Siesta y colóquelos en
su pista de baile. Si la Cabaña de Siesta
está vacía, tome la carta y colóquela boca
arriba delante de usted. En
un turno futuro, en lugar de
revelar una carta del mazo,
puede colocar esta carta en
el descarte y tomar todos los
Chihuahuas de la Cabaña de
Siesta.
FIN DEL JUEGO
Continúen revelando cartas hasta que en
la pila de perros no queden Chihuahuas.
Entonces todos los jugadores cuentan a los
Chihuahuas en sus pistas de baile.
El jugador con la mayoría de bailarines
perrunos gana. ¡En caso de empate, am-
bos/todos los jugadores ganan!

CONTENIDO

OBJETIVO
Este juego de párese-y-baile está lleno
de Chihuahuas que saben bailar. ¡Sea el
jugador que consiga llevar la mayoría de
los Chihuahuas a su pista de baile y usted
ganará!
PREPARACIÓN
1. Mezcle las cartas y apílelas boca abajo
al centro del área de juego para formar un
mazo de robo.
2. Reúna todas las figuras de Chihuahua en el
centro para crear la pila de perros.
3. Despliegue la Cabaña de Siesta y
colóquela junto al mazo.
4. De a cada jugador una pista de baile.
(Saque del juego las sobrantes.)
5. Cada jugador debe tomar un Chihua-
hua desde el centro y colocarlo en su pista
de baile.
