Caution on handling
• Be sure to hold the plug when unplugging the
cable.
• Do not place undue stress on the cord, as this
can result in wire disconnection or damage.
Observe the following for correct usage.
• Do not pull the cord unduly.
• Do not fold the cord.
• When connected to a portable device, do not
leave the portable device hanging.
• Do not wrap the cord around the portable
device.
• If you leave a connected portable device hanging,
it may become disconnected and fall. Take care
as DENON does not guarantee portable devices.
• The ear pads may deteriorate after extended
usage or storage.
• Always keep the headphones (particularly the ear
pads) clean. If they are dirty, this may reduce their
performance. Use a soft cloth to gently wipe off the
dirt.
• Do not use benzene, thinners, or other organic
solvents or insecticides on the main unit since
they may cause a change in quality or color.
• The headphones have a structure by which the
sound tends to leak out if the volume is too high.
Be considerate of others.
• Do not expose to high temperatures.
Do not expose to direct sunlight. Pay particular
care with the inside of cars in hot weather. The
components may be warped or damaged by high
temperatures.
Using the headphones
• Check the markings on the housing, and place
the h eadphone s over y our head so that th e
housing marked “R” is on the right ear, the one
marked “L” on the left ear. ( C)
• The slider can be adjusted in 8 steps. Set to the
position that suits you best. ( D)

• Do not use headphones while driving a bicycle,
motorcycle or automobile. Doing so could lead to
accidents.
• When using headphones, for safety keep the
volume to a level at which surrounding sounds
can be heard.
• Do not put in water or dampen.
• Do not place heavy objects on, heat, or pull on
the headphones. D oing so c ould damage or
deform them.
• To prevent injury, be careful not to let your fingers
get caught between the housing and hanger.
A note about recycling
This product’s packaging materials are
recyclable and can be reused. Please
dispose of any materials in accordance
with the local recycling regulations.
When discarding the unit, comply with
local rules or regulations.
This product and the supplied accessories conform

When folding and unfolding, do so carefully, as

Precauciones en el manejo
• Asegúrese de sujetar el plug cuando desconecte
el cable.
• No tense excesivamente el cable, porque puede
desconectarlo o dañarlo. Siga las instrucciones
siguientes para utilizarlo correctamente.

Uso de los auriculares
• Compruebe las marcas de las carcasas, y coloque
los auriculares sobre su cabeza, de forma que la
carcasa que tiene la marca “R” está sobre la
oreja derecha, y la que tiene la marca “L” en la
oreja izquierda. ( C)
• El deslizador puede ajustarse en 8 posiciones.
Colóquelo en la posición que más se ajuste a sus
necesidades. ( D)

Waarschuwingen over het
omgaan met het toestel
• Neem de stekker vast wanneer u het snoer
uittrekt.
• Oefen geen onnodige spanning uit op de kabel,
om dat de kabe l daar do or lo s kan rak en of
beschadigd kan worden. Neem voor een correct
gebruik het volgende in acht.
• Trek niet onnodig aan de kabel.
• Vouw de kabel niet dubbel.
• Laat bij aansluiting aan een draagbaar apparaat
het draagbare apparaat er niet aan hangen.
• Dr aai de kab el ni et ro nd he t d raagb are
apparaat.
• Wanneer u een aangesloten draagbaar apparaat
eraan laat hangen, kan dit loskomen en vallen.
Wees daar voorzichtig mee, omdat DENON geen
garantie geeft voor draagbare apparaten.
• De oorkussentjes kunnen na langdurig gebruik of
langdurige bewaring verslijten.
• Zorg ervoor dat de hoofdtelefoon schoon blijft

aan te raden het volume op een niveau te houden
waarbij omgevingsgeluiden nog hoorbaar zijn.

• Plaats geen zware voorwerpen op de hoofdtelefoon,
verwarm hem niet en trek er niet aan. Hierdoor kan
hij worden beschadigd of vervormd.
• Let erop dat uw vingers niet klem komen te
zitten tussen de behuizing en de ophanging.
Opmerking met betrekking tot
recycling
Het inpakmateriaal van dit product is
recycleerbaar en kan opnieuw gebruikt
worden. Er wordt verzocht om zich van
elk afvalmateriaal te ontdoen volgens de
plaatselijke voorschriften.
Volg voor het wegdoen van de speler de
voorschriften voor de verwijdering van
wit- en bruingoed op.
