Before instal ng and using the CyberPower li
CPS100PBU Mobile Power Inverter, please read
and follow these safety instructions:

Do not operate the CPS100PBU near fla able mm
materials, fumes, or gases.
•
Always use the inverter where there is adequate
vent ation. Do not obstruct the vent ation slots.il il

Never immerse the unit in water.
•

inverte r. Refrain from placing the inverter near the
vehicle's heat vent, or in direct sun ght.li

When not in use, always remove the inverter
from the DC acce ory outlet.ss

Check the warning labels on battery chargers or
adapters before co ecting them to the inverter.nn
Do not connect battery chargers or adapters with
warnings about using with inverters.

OPERATING AND STORAGE TIPS
Operatin g Tips
The inverter should on be operated under the ly
following conditions:
•
Dry - Do not allow water or other liquids to come into
contact with the inverter.
•
Moderate Temperature - Ambient air temperature
should be between: 32 °F - 77°F (0°C - 25°C).
Keep the inverter out of direct sunlight.
•
Free Air Flow - Keep the inverter's ventilation slots
unobstructed to ensure air flow to the unit. Do not
place any items on or over the inverter during
operation. The unit will shut down if it overheats.
Storage Tips
•
Proper storage temperature range is:
32 °F - 86°F (0°
C - 30

C)
•
Store and use the inverter in a cool and
dry environment.
•
Avoid exposing the inverter to heating elements,
direct sun ght, or high humidity.li

Who is providing this Warranty, and
what does it cover?
Cyber Power Systems (USA), Inc. (‘‘CyberPower’’)
p vides this limited lifetime warranty. It only covers the ro
original purchaser and ends if you no longer own the
p duct. This wa anty covers defects in materials and ro rr
workmanship in the oduct der normal use and pr un
conditions. This warranty covers the oduct for as long pr
as you own the oduct. pr
What must I do to make a warranty claim?
1. Call (8 ) 297- 7, or write us at: 77 693 to

or send us an email at claims@cps .com within 10 ww
days of the occurrence for instructions.
2. Identify the oduct and the purchase date. pr

4. Pack and ship the oduct CyberPower and a pr to ll
claim forms that are provided to you. Show the claim
number on the shi ing label or include it with the pp
p duct. You must epay all shipping costs. You are ro pr
responsible for packaging and shipment.
5. Do each of these within 10 days of the occurrence.
What will CyberPower do to correct problems?

Who pays for shipping?
We pay shi ing when we send items to you; you pay pp
when you send items to us.
What are some things this Warranty does not cover?
This warranty does not cover: misuse, modification,
operation, or st age outside of the environmental or
limits of the oduct. It does not cover damage while in pr
transit or in storage; or if there has b n improper ee
operation or maintenance.
