Safety
• This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years
and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or
mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if
they have been given supervision or instruction concerning
use of theappliance in asafe way and understand
thehazards involved.
• Children shall not play with theappliance.
• Cleaning and maintenance may be carried out by children
aged 8 or over, but only under adult supervision.
Keep theappliance and its mains lead out of reach of children
under theage of 8.
• If thesupply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by
themanufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified
persons in order to avoid ahazard.
• Theelement in thebase will begin heating thewater in
thetray. Warning: Theegg boiler gets hot when used and
cools slowly. To avoid burning yourself, only lift theboiler by
thehandle. Do not move theegg boiler when it is turned on.
• This egg boiler is intended for normal domestic use or under
similar conditions such as in staff kitchens or hotel rooms.
• Bear in mind that theegg boiler will become hot when used
and will take awhile to cool down. To avoid burning yourself,
only hold thekettle by thehandle.
