WARRANTY - Century warrants this product to be free from defects in materials and
workmanship under normal use for a period of 1 year, provided the product is used for
its intended purpose, and provided the product has not been subjected to obvious
abuse, misuse or neglect. The extent of Century’s liability under this warranty is to
defects or replacement of any equipment or part defective at the time of purchase.
Century shall not have any liability to repair and/or replace said equipment or part if
the purchaser uses the equipment or part in contravention of the instructions provided
by Century, or if damage is caused by the purchaser in any way.
In no event shall Century’s liability for any reason and upon any cause of action
whatsoever exceed the value of the product purchased. Misuse, abuse, improper use
or failure to follow instructions including any disclaimer shall void any liability,
responsibility or warranty by Century.

ASSEMBLAGE
Pour utiliser un Ballon rapide (vendu séparément)
Suspendez le ballon rapide gonflé à partir du dispositif de pivot fixé à la plate forme de (n°18) -
bois (n°4).
• À l’aide d’un tournevis à lame plate, soulevez
soigneusement les broches de l’étrier autour des
goupilles de raccord.
• Une fois que l’étrier est dégagé, glissez la coiffe hors
des goupilles et glissez le ballon rapide sur la goupille
inférieure.
• Replacez la coiffe et placez l’étrier en ligne avec les
encoches des goupilles.
• Frappez doucement sur l’extrémité arrondie de l’étrier
jusqu’à ce qu’il s’enclenche en place sur les goupilles.
• Inverse ces étapes pour retirer le ballon rapide.
Pour régler la hauteur de la plate-forme du ballon rapide :
• Placer une main sur le coude du sommet carré du ballon rapide (n°8 pour empêcher la baisse )
brusquement la plate-forme. Utiliser l’autre main pour tirer la poignée de la goupille réglable
(n°23). Cela dégagera la goupille et vous permettra d’ajuster la plate forme à la hauteur -
désirée.
• Une fois en place, déplacer la goupille réglable de telle façon qu’elle soit située dans l’un des
trous de réglage dans le sommet carré du ballon rapide (n°8).
• Serrer adéquatement la goupille (n°23) en tournant la poignée dans le sens horaire.

AVERTISSEMENT : La plateforme et la rotule du ballon rapide sont conçues
pour être utilisées uniquement avec un ballon rapide. Suspendre toute autre chose de cet
emplacement est susceptible d'endommager l'unité, de la rendre instable et de la renverser,
ce qui peut causer des blessures corporelles sérieuses ou des dégâts matériels.
Le réglage en hauteur de la plateforme du ballon rapide requiert toute l’attention et contrôle
de l’installateur afin d’empêcher une chute brusque de la plateforme. Deux (2) personnes
peuvent être requises pour cette étape afin de prévenir le risque de dommages corporels
sérieux. L'UTILISATEUR ASSUME TOUS LES RISQUES DE BLESSURES!

ASSEMBLAGE
La plateforme sac de frappe/ballon rapide de Century est conçue pour accrocher
un sac de frappe (poids maximal 100 lb) sur le boulon à œillet et un ballon rapide
sur la rotule de la plateforme.
IMPORTANT
• . S'assurer que tous les boulons sont bien serrés avant chaque utilisation
• Inspecter produit pour les pièces usées ou brisées avant chaque utilisation. Si une pièce est usée
ou cassée le produit immédiatement et contactez des pièces de rechange, cessez d'utiliser siècle
Stabilisez votre plateforme en plaçant des plaques de poids standard (non incluses) sur les porte-
plaques (nº 11).
• Un sac pesant 75 lb ou moins requiert un minimum de 50 lb de poids de plaques sur chacun
des trois porte-plaques.
• Un sac pesant plus de 75 lb. (mais pas plus de 100 lb) requiert un minimum de 75 lb de
poids de plaques sur des trois portechacun -plaques.
Century recommande :
• Selon le poids du sac, suspendre un sac de frappe peut requérir 2 personnes. L’une pour
soulever et tenir le sac et l’autre pour l’accrocher sur le boulon à œillet.
Pour suspendre le sac d’entraînement :
Accrochez le sac à partir du boulon à œil (n°22) à l’aide de la quincaillerie fournie avec votre sac
d’entraînement. L’extrémité boulon (n°22) a été intentionnellement laissée ouverte pour accrocher
votre sac.
Note: Avant chaque utilisation, assurez-vous écrou sur la fin de la Piton est
fortement sécurisé.

Products sold under the Weapons category on the Century website or catalog are intended for demonstration or display as a collection item only. Use and misuse of Martial
Arts weapons involves serious risks, including injury, disability and death. Weapons are sold only for training under expert demonstration of forms, collection or supervision, for
display. Inspect weapons before each use to ensure they are in proper condition. If any unsafe condition is observed, do not use the product. Do not use weapons for sparring
or contact. Sales of certain items are governed by local, state, federal and international law. It is the buyer's responsibility to check all applicable law concerning use, ownership,
legal age and possession of any product offered by Century, LLC. By purchasing any item, the buyer warrants compliance with all local, state, federal and international law, and
that the buyer is legally able to purchase and sell all items being purchased from the Century website or catalog. Century, LLC disclaims any and all liability related to
improper, illegal, unintended use or modification of weapons sold through the website or catalog. The purchaser, user or participant assumes all risk of injury from any use. No
weapons are sold to anyone under 18 years of age without parental consent. Weapons and items over 42" cannot be sent out of the United States. Some weapons may be
prohibited in your area. Please check state statutes and local ordinances before ordering.

By buying Century products, you understand and agree that martial arts, boxing, fitness, weight lifting and demonstrations are high risk activities and, to the extent permitted by
law, YOU EXPRESSLY AND VOLUNTARILY ASSUME THE RISK OF DEATH OR OTHER PERSONAL INJURY SUSTAINED WHILE PARTICIPATING IN SUCH ACTIVITIES
WHETHER OR NOT CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER FAULT of Century, LLC including but not limited to equipment malfunction from whatever cause, or any
other fault of Century, LLC. Additionally, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold Century, LLC harmless from any third party claims arising from such High Risk Activities or
Martial Arts Weapons or any other Century product.
LIMITED REPLACEMENT WARRANTY
Century, LLC warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from date of purchase, provided they have not been subjected
to obvious abuse, neglect or misuse. Century, LLC sole liability is limited to repairing or replacing products that are returned prepaid to Century, LLC -within this 90 day period,
unless specific product literature specifies otherwise.
WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
THE ABOVE STATED WARRANTIES ARE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED
INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND OF
ALL OTHER OBLIGATIONS AND LIABILITIES OF CENTURY, LLC. CENTURY, LLC NEITHER ASSUMES, NOR
AUTHORIZES ANY OTHER PERSON TO ASSUME FOR IT, ANY OTHER LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THE
SALE OF PRODUCTS FROM ITS WEBSITE, CATALOG OR OTHERWISE. THE ABOVE LIMITED WARRANTIES

resolved exclusively and finally by arbitration subject to the provisions of the Uniform Arbitration Act as enacted in Oklahoma, as found in the Oklahoma statutes at Title 12.
Such arbitration shall occur in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma before a sole arbitrator. Any award rendered in any such arbitration proceeding shall be final and binding on each
of the parties, and judgment may be entered thereon in a court of competent jurisdiction. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the purchase of Century
products or any other claim related to the use of the website or catalog must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. Century, LLC failure

Your rights will be determined by a NEUTRAL ARBITRATOR and NOT a judge or jury.
You are entitled to a FAIR HEARING, BUT the arbitration procedures are SIMPLER AND MORE LIMITED THAN
RULES APPLICABLE IN COURT.
Arbitrator decisions are as enforceable as any court order and are subject to VERY LIMITED REVIEW BY A
COURT.
