SAFETY INFORMATION
1. Please read these instructions carefully.
2. Keep all information and instructions in a safe place.
3. Follow the instructions.

certain that the equipment is always installed so that is cooled sufficiently and cannot overheat.

10. Ventilation slits must not be blocked.
11. Do not use this equipment in the immediate vicinity of water (does not apply to special outdoor equipment
- in this case, observe the special instructions noted below. Do not expose this equipment to flammable
materials, fluids or gases.
12. Make certain that dripping or splashed water cannot enter the equipment. Do not place containers filled
with liquids, such as vases or drinking vessels, on the equipment.
13. Make certain that objects cannot fall into the device.
14. Use this equipment only with the accessories recommended and intended by the manufacturer.
15. Do not open or modify this equipment.
16. After connecting the equipment, check all cables in order to prevent damage or accidents, e.g., due to
tripping hazards.
17. During transport, make certain that the equipment cannot fall down and possibly cause property damage
and personal injuries.
18. If your equipment is no longer functioning properly, if fluids or objects have gotten inside the equipment or
if it has been damaged in another way, switch it off immediately and unplug it from the mains outlet (if it is
a powered device). This equipment may only be repaired by authorized, qualified personnel.
19. Clean the equipment using a dry cloth.
20. Comply with all applicable disposal laws in your country. During disposal of packaging, please separate
plastic and paper/cardboard.
21. Plastic bags must be kept out of reach of children.
FOR EQUIPMENT THAT CONNECTS TO THE POWER MAINS:
22. If the equipment has been exposed to strong fluctuations in temperature (for example, after transport), do
not switch it on immediately. Moisture and condensation could damage the equipment. Do not switch on
the equipment until it has reached room temperature.
23. Before connecting the equipment to the power outlet, first verify that the mains voltage and frequency
match the values specified on the equipment. If the equipment has a voltage selection switch, connect
the equipment to the power outlet only if the equipment values and the mains power values match. If the
included power cord or power adapter does not fit in your wall outlet, contact your electrician.
24. Do not step on the power cord. Make certain that the power cable does not become kinked, especially at
the mains outlet and/or power adapter and the equipment connector.
25. When connecting the equipment, make certain that the power cord or power adapter is always freely
accessible. Always disconnect the equipment from the power supply if the equipment is not in use or if
you want to clean the equipment. Always unplug the power cord and power adapter from the power outlet
at the plug or adapter and not by pulling on the cord. Never touch the power cord and power adapter with
wet hands.
26. Whenever possible, avoid switching the equipment on and off in quick succession because otherwise this
can shorten the useful life of the equipment.
27. To disconnect the equipment from the power mains completely, unplug the power cord or power adapter
from the power outlet.
28. Unplug the power cord and power adapter from the power outlet if there is a risk of a lightning strike or
before extended periods of disuse.
CAUTION:
To reduce the risk of electric shock, do not remove cover (or
back). There are no user serviceable parts inside. Mainte-
nance and repairs should be exclusively carried out by qual-
ified service personnel.
The warning triangle with lightning symbol indicates dangerous uninsulated voltage inside the
unit, which may cause an electrical shock.
The warning triangle with exclamation mark indicates important operating and maintenance
instructions.

INTRODUCTION AND OPERATION
The CLLEKS20M emergency cut-off switch facilitates installation of an emergency cut-off system to enable remote
switching off of the lasers of connected effect lasers in the event of a dangerous situation. Cameo effect lasers (laser class
3b and 4) can only be operated in a closed interlocking circuit. By pressing the emergency stop switch, a contact is opened
and the circuit is thus interrupted. The Cameo LEKS 20 M has an impact resistant, highly visible yellow plastic housing, a
red emergency stop push button switch with rotary release, a locking switch and a 20-metre fixed cable with metal 2-pin
mini round screw connectors. Put the locking switch into the OFF position to interrupt the interlock circuit switch off the
connected lasers, and into the ON position to activate. Two keys are included. To ensure that an effect laser is not operated
by unauthorised persons, lock the switch and remove the associated keys. Lasers can only be activated when the lock
switch is in the ON position and the emergency stop push button is unlocked (to unlock, turn in the direction of the arrow).
The LEKS 20 M meets European safety regulations for lasers of class 3b and 4 and is compatible with Cameo lasers with
screw-in interlocking 2-pin mini round plug connectors.

SICHERHEITSHINWEISE
1. Lesen Sie diese Anleitung bitte sorgf盲ltig durch.
2. Bewahren Sie alle Informationen und Anleitungen an einem sicheren Ort auf.
3. Befolgen Sie die Anweisungen.
4. Beachten Sie alle Warnhinweise. Entfernen Sie keine Sicherheitshinweise oder andere Informationen vom
Ger盲t.
5. Verwenden Sie das Ger盲t nur in der vorgesehenen Art und Weise.
6. Verwenden Sie ausschlie脽lich stabile und passende Stative bzw. Befestigungen (bei Festinstallationen).
Stellen Sie sicher, dass Wandhalterungen ordnungsgem盲脽 installiert und gesichert sind. Stellen Sie sicher,
dass das Ger盲t sicher installiert ist und nicht herunterfallen kann.
7. Beachten Sie bei der Installation die f眉r Ihr Land geltenden Sicherheitsvorschriften.
8. Installieren und betreiben Sie das Ger盲t nicht in der N盲he von Heizk枚rpern, W盲rmespeichern, 脰fen oder
sonstigen W盲rmequellen. Sorgen Sie daf眉r, dass das Ger盲t immer so installiert ist, dass es ausreichend
gek眉hlt wird und nicht 眉berhitzen kann.
9. Platzieren Sie keine Z眉ndquellen wie z.B. brennende Kerzen auf dem Ger盲t.
10. L眉ftungsschlitze d眉rfen nicht blockiert werden.
11. Betreiben Sie das Ger盲t nicht in unmittelbarer N盲he von Wasser (gilt nicht f眉r spezielle Outdoor Ger盲te -
beachten Sie in diesem Fall bitte die im Folgenden vermerkten Sonderhinweise). Bringen Sie das Ger盲t
nicht mit brennbaren Materialien, Fl眉ssigkeiten oder Gasen in Ber眉hrung.
12. Sorgen Sie daf眉r, dass kein Tropf- oder Spritzwasser in das Ger盲t eindringen kann. Stellen Sie keine mit
Fl眉ssigkeit gef眉llten Beh盲ltnisse wie Vasen oder Trinkgef盲脽e auf das Ger盲t.
13. Sorgen Sie daf眉r, dass keine Gegenst盲nde in das Ger盲t fallen k枚nnen.
14. Betreiben Sie das Ger盲t nur mit dem vom Hersteller empfohlenen und vorgesehenen Zubeh枚r.
15. 脰ffnen Sie das Ger盲t nicht und ver盲ndern Sie es nicht.
16. 脺berpr眉fen Sie nach dem Anschluss des Ger盲ts alle Kabelwege, um Sch盲den oder Unf盲lle, z. B. durch
Stolperfallen zu vermeiden.
17. Achten Sie beim Transport darauf, dass das Ger盲t nicht herunterfallen und dabei m枚g-
licherweise Sach- und Personensch盲den verursachen kann.
18. Wenn Ihr Ger盲t nicht mehr ordnungsgem盲脽 funktioniert, Fl眉ssigkeiten oder Gegenst盲nde in das Ger盲tein-
nere gelangt sind, oder das Ger盲t anderweitig besch盲digt wurde, schalten Sie es sofort aus und trennen es
von der Netzsteckdose (sofern es sich um ein aktives Ger盲t handelt). Dieses Ger盲t darf nur von autorisier-
tem Fachpersonal repariert werden.
19. Verwenden Sie zur Reinigung des Ger盲ts ein trockenes Tuch.
20. Beachten Sie alle in Ihrem Land geltenden Entsorgungsgesetze. Trennen Sie bei der Entsorgung der Ver-
packung bitte Kunststoff und Papier bzw. Kartonagen voneinander.
21. Kunststoffbeutel m眉ssen au脽er Reichweite von Kindern aufbewahrt werden
BEI GER脛TEN MIT NETZANSCHLUSS:
22. Schalten Sie das Ger盲t nicht sofort ein, wenn es starken Temperaturschwankungen ausgesetzt war
(beispielsweise nach dem Transport). Feuchtigkeit und Kondensat k枚nnten das Ger盲t besch盲digen.
Schalten Sie das Ger盲t erst ein, wenn es Zimmertemperatur erreicht hat.
23. Bevor Sie das Ger盲t an die Steckdose anschlie脽en, pr眉fen Sie zuerst, ob die Spannung und die Frequenz
des Stromnetzes mit den auf dem Ger盲t angegebenen Werten 眉bereinstimmen. Verf眉gt das Ger盲t 眉ber
einen Spannungswahlschalter, schlie脽en Sie das Ger盲t nur an die Steckdose an, wenn die Ger盲tewerte
mit den Werten des Stromnetzes 眉bereinstimmen. Wenn das mitgelieferte Netzkabel bzw. der mitgelieferte
Netzadapter nicht in Ihre Netzsteckdose passt, wenden Sie sich an Ihren Elektriker.
24. Treten Sie nicht auf das Netzkabel. Sorgen Sie daf眉r, dass spannungsf眉hrende Kabel speziell an der Netz-
buchse bzw. am Netzadapter und der Ger盲tebuchse nicht geknickt werden.
25. Achten Sie bei der Verkabelung des Ger盲ts immer darauf, dass das Netzkabel bzw. der Netzadapter stets
frei zug盲nglich ist. Trennen Sie das Ger盲t stets von der Stromzuf眉hrung, wenn das Ger盲t nicht benutzt wird,
oder Sie das Ger盲t reinigen m枚chten. Ziehen Sie Netzkabel und Netzadapter immer am Stecker bzw. am
Adapter und nicht am Kabel aus der Steckdo卢se. Ber眉hren Sie Netzkabel und Netzadapter niemals mit
nassen H盲nden.
26. Schalten Sie das Ger盲t m枚glichst nicht schnell hintereinander ein und aus, da sonst die Lebensdauer des
Ger盲ts beeintr盲chtigt werden k枚nnte.
27. Um das Ger盲t vollst盲ndig vom Stromnetz zu trennen, entfernen Sie das Netzkabel bzw. den Netzadapter
aus der Steckdose.
28. Entfernen Sie Netzkabel und Netzadapter aus der Steckdose bei Gefahr eines Blitzschlags oder wenn Sie
das Ger盲t l盲nger nicht verwenden.
ACHTUNG:
Entfernen Sie niemals die Abdeckung, da sonst das Risiko
eines elektrischen Schlages besteht. Im Inneren des Ger盲ts
befinden sich keine Teile, die vom Bediener repariert oder ge-
wartet werden k枚nnen. Lassen Sie Wartung und Reparaturen
ausschlie脽lich von qualifiziertem Servicepersonal durchf眉hren.
Das gleichseitige Dreieck mit Blitzsymbol warnt vor nichtisolierten, gef盲hrlichen Spannungen im
Ger盲teinneren, die einen elektrischen Schlag verursachen k枚nnen.

EINF脺HRUNG UND BEDIENUNG
Der CLLEKS20M Not-Aus-Schalter dient der Einrichtung eines Not-Aus-Systems, um im Falle einer
Gefahrensituation die Laser angeschlossener Effekt-Laser unmittelbar ferngesteuert abschalten zu k枚nnen.
Cameo Effekt-Laser (Laserklasse 3b und 4) k枚nnen nur bei geschlossenem Interlock-Schaltkreis in
Betrieb genommen werden, beim Bet盲tigen des Not-Aus-Druckschalters wird ein Kontakt ge枚ffnet und der
Schaltkreis somit unterbrochen. Der Cameo LEKS 20 M besitzt ein sto脽festes, deutlich sichtbares gelbes
Kunststoffgeh盲use, einen roten Not-Aus-Druckschalter mit Dreh-Entriegelung, einen Schloss-Schalter und
ein fest verbundenes 20 Meter Kabel mit verschraubbarem 2-Pol Mini-Rundstecker aus Metall. Bringen Sie
den Schloss-Schalter zum Unterbrechen des Interlock-Schaltkreises und zum Deaktivieren der angeschlos-
senen Laser in Position OFF, zum Aktivieren in Position ON. Zwei Schl眉ssel sind im Lieferumfang enthalten.
Stellen Sie sicher, dass unbefugte Personen einen Effekt-Laser nicht in Betrieb nehmen k枚nnen, verriegeln
Sie hierzu den Schloss-Schalter und entfernen den dazugeh枚rigen Schl眉ssel! Laser k枚nnen nur aktiviert
werden, wenn der Schloss-Schalter in Position ON steht und der Not-Aus-Druckschalter entriegelt ist (zum
Entriegeln in Pfeilrichtung drehen). Der LEKS 20 M erf眉llt die europ盲ischen Bestimmungen zur Sicherheit
von Lasern der Klassen 3b und 4 und ist kompatibel mit Cameo Effekt-Lasern mit verschraubbarer Inter-
lock 2-Pol Mini-Rundsteckverbindung.
