• Check the toast slots for any remaining packaging. Be sure slots are completely clear

before use.

• Place toaster on a flat, stable and heat resistant surface away from the edge and at least 3

inches ay from the wall or back of counter. aw

• Make sure the Crumb Tray is in place and the bread carriage lever is in the up position.

• Unwind the power cord and plug into an outlet.

• Run toaster empty through 1 full cycle to allow the new element to preheat and burn off

any dust that may have accumulated during assembly.
