Rimuovere il tappo A.

La capacità del serbatoio

è di circa 2,5 litri di cui 0,5 di

riserva.

Introdurre esclusivamente

una miscela di benzina ed olio

sintetico al 1,5%.

Utilizzare preferibilmente olio

BARDAHL VBA

FUELING OPERATIONS

Remove cap A.

The fuel tank will hold approxi-

mately 2,5 liters,

0.5 liters of which is reserve.

Only refuel with fuel and 1,5%

synthetic oil.

Oil BARDHAL VBA is recom-

mended.

Per un migliore funzionamento ed una più lunga durata

del mezzo si raccomanda di utilizzare preferibilmente i

prodotti elencati in tabella:

RODAGGIO

Il rodaggio p22-ha una durata di circa 500 Km o N. 10 pieni

di carburante; durante questo periodo si consiglia di:

- Evitare di viaggiare a velocità costante

- Variando la velocità i vari componenti si asseste-

ranno uniformemente ed in minor tempo

- Evitare di ruotare la manopola del gas per più di 3/4.

Attenzione:

• Dopo 500 km di percorrenza sostituire l'olio trasmis-

sione nel carter.

• Utilizzare sempre miscela di benzina senza piombo

e olio (olio sintetico 1,5%).

• Dopo la prima uscita fuoristrada provvedere a

risentire tutta la bulloneria.

BREAKING IN

Run in the vehicle over about 500 km or No. 10

refuelin; during this time:

- Avoid travel at high speeds

- Change speed often so that the parts will break in

uniformly and in a shorter time

- Avoid turning the throttle more than 3/4 of the way.

Warning:

•Change the gearbox oil after 500km.

• Always use a mixture of super grade gas and

oil (synthetic oil 1,5%).

• After the first off-road use, check all of the nuts and

bolts.

OLIO POMPA FRENI

Freno anteriore

Controllare, attraverso la spia livel-

lo A, la presenza dell’olio.

Il livello minimo dell’olio non deve

mai essere inferiore alla spia A.

Per ripristinare il livello

procedere al rabbocco attraverso

le due viti B,

sollevando il tappo e inserendoC

l’olio.

Attenzione:

Se si avverte morbidezza nella leva

potrebbe esserci una bolla d’aria

nel circuito, quindi rivolgeteVi subi-

to al Vostro rivenditore.

BRAKE PUMP OIL

Front brake

Check the oil level by means of oil

window .A

Minimum of oil level must never be-

low the level of window A.

To restore the oil level, top up by

unscrewing the two screws B, lifting

cap C and adding oil.

Warning:

If the lever feels soft, there may be

an air bubble in the circuit. See your

dealer immediately.

Note:

Freno posteriore

Per poter procedere al controllo

dell’olio bisogna smontare sella e

serbatoio benzina.

Quindi controllare, attraverso il con-

tenitore olio A, la presenza dell’olio.

Il livello dell’olio non deve mai esse-

re inferiore alla tacca del livello mi-

nimo inciso sul contenitore.

Per ripristinare il livello

procedere al rabbocco

attraverso il tappo di

carico .B

Attenzione:

Se si avverte morbidezza nella leva

potrebbe

esserci una bolla d’aria nel circuito,

quindi rivolgeteVi subito al Vostro ri-

venditore.

Nota:

Per le sostituzioni attenersi alla tabel-

la a pag. 39, utilizzando i lubrificanti

consigliati a pag. 20

Rear brake

To check the oil level, remove seat

and gas tank.

Then check oil level by means of oil

container .A

Oil level must never be below the

minimum level mark on container.

To restore the oil level, top up by

means of oil filler cap B.

Warning:

If the pedal feels soft, there may be

an air bubble in the circuit. See your

dealer immediately.

Note:

For oil changes, follow the instruc-

tions given on the chart on page 39,

using the lubricants

recommended on page 20

Spurgo freno anteriore

Per lo spurgo aria dal circuito del

freno anteriore procedere come

segue:

1 - Togliere il cappuccio di gomma

A B dalla valvola

2 - Aprire il tappo della vaschetta

olio

3 - Inserire un’estremità di un

tubicino nella valvola , e l’altra al-B

l’interno di un contenitore

4 - Svitare la valvola B.

5 -Pompare con la leva del freno

fino ad ottenere una fuoriuscita

d’olio continua senza vuoti d’aria;

durante questa operazione è im-

portante non rilasciare completa-

mente la leva, rabboccare conti-

nuamente la vaschetta della

pompa freno per compensare

l’olio fuoriuscito.

6 - Stringere la valvola B, estrarre il

tubicino.

7 - Rimettere il cappuccio A.

Per questa operazione consigliamo

di rivolgersi al proprio rivenditore.

Bleeding the front brake

Follow these steps to bleed the front

brake circuit:

1 - Remove rubber cap from valveA

2 - Remove the oil reservoir cap.

3 - Insert one end of a small tube

into valve and place the otherB

end in a container.

4 - Unscrew valve B

5 - Then pump by repeatedly actu-

ating the brake lever until oil starts

flowing out continuously with no air

bubbles. During this operation, it is

important that the lever should not

be released completely and that

the brake pump reservoir should

be continuously refilled to make up

for the oil that is flowing out.

6 - Tighten the valve and extractB

the tube.

7 - Replace the cap A.

We suggest to contact your dealer

for this operation

Nota:

Maneggiare con attenzione l’olio

idraulico che essendo corrosivo

danneggia irreparabilmente

le parti verniciate o in plastica; evi-

tare il contatto con gli occhi e con

la pelle. In caso di contatto sciac-

quare abbondantemente con ac-

qua.

Note:

Handle the hydraulic oil very care-

fully. It is corrosive, and will irrepara-

bly damage painter or plastic parts

of the motorcycle upon contact;

avoid contact with the skin and the

eyes. In case of contact rinse the

affected area with plenty of water.

Per lo spurgo aria dal circuito del

freno anteriore procedere come

segue:

1 -Togliere il cappuccio di gomma

3 -Inserire un’estremità di un

tubicino nella valvola , e l’altraB

all’interno di un contenitore

4 - Svitare la valvola B.

5 -Pompare con la leva del freno

fino ad ottenere una fuoriuscita

d’olio continua senza vuoti

d’aria; durante questa operazio-

ne è importante non rilasciare

completamente la leva,

rabboccare continuamente la

vaschetta della pompa freno per

compensare l’olio fuoriuscito.

6 -Stringere la valvola B, estrarre il

tubicino.

7 - Rimettere il cappuccio A.

Per questa operazione consigliamo

di rivolgersi al proprio rivenditore.

Nota:

Maneggiare con attenzione l’olio

idraulico che essendo corrosivo

danneggia irreparabilmente

le parti verniciate o in plastica; evita-

re il contatto con gli occhi e con la

pelle. In caso di contatto sciacquare

abbondantemente con acqua.

Note:

Bleeding the roar brake

Follow these steps to bleed the front

brake circuit:

1 - Remove rubber cap A from valve B.

2 - Remove the oil reservoir cap.

3 - Insert one end of a small tube

into valve B and place the other

end in a container.

4 - Unscrew valve B

5 - Then pump by repeatedly actu-

ating the brake lever until oil starts

flowing out continuously with no

air bubbles. During this operation,

it is important that the lever

should not be released com-

pletely and that the brake pump

reservoir should be continuously

refilled to make up for the oil that

is flowing out.

6 - Tighten the valve and extractB

the tube.

7 - Replace the cap A.

We suggest to contact your dealer

for this operation

Olio forcella

Per la sostituzione procedere nel

modo seguente:

- Allentare la vite A serraggio stelo

sinistro

- Svitare il tappo B

- Svitare la vite di scarico olio C

- Posizionare un contenitore sotto lo

stelo

- Far fuoriuscire l’olio

- Riavvitare la vite C di scarico

- Riempire lo stelo con:

370 ± 5 cc di olio (EVO 80)

180 cc di olio (EVO 80 Junior)

- Rimontare il tappo

- Stringere le viti del trapezio.

- Operare allo stesso modo all’altro

stelo.

Nota:

Per le sostituzioni attenersi alla tabel-

la a pag. 39, utilizzando i lubrificanti

consigliati a pag. 20.

Per qualsiasi anomalia di funziona-

mento rivolgeteVi alla nostra cate-

na di assistenza autorizzata.

Fork oil

To replace the oil, proceed as fol-

lows:

- Loosen left leg lock screw A.

- Unscrew cap B.

- Unscrew oil drain screw C.

- Place a container under the shaft.

- Drain the oil.

- Replace drain screw C.

- Pour in fresh oil:

370 ± 5 cc oil (EVO 80)

180 cc oil (EVO 80 Junior)

- Replace cap.

- Tighten the support screws.

- Make the same operation to the

other shaft.

Note:

For oil changes, follow the instruc-

tions given on the chart on page 39,

using the lubricants recommended

on page 20.

In the event of any malfunction,

contact our authorized service net-

work.

FILTRO ARIA

Per accedere al filtro è necessario

smontare:

• copriserbatoio

quindi procedere nel modo se-

guente:

- Sganciare l’elastico A per liberare

il coperchio.

- Rimuovere il coperchio B.

- Togliere il filtro.

- Lavarlo con benzina.

- Asciugarlo.

- Bagnarlo con olio per filtri, elimi-

nandone poi l’eccedenza in

modo che non goccioli.

- Se necessario pulire anche l’inter-

no della scatola filtro.

- Procedere al rimontaggio, ese-

guendo le operazioni in senso

inverso.

AIR FILTER

To access the filter you must re-

move:

• tank cover

and then proceed as follows:

- Release the spring A to remove the

cover.

- Remove the cover B.

- Remove filter.

- Wash the filter with gasoline.

- Dry the filter.

- Wet the filter with filter oil, remov-

ing any excess oil so that there is

no dripping.

- If necessary, clean alsothe inver

side of the filter box.

- Reassemble proceeding the re-

verse order.

Nota:

• Nel caso che il filtro risulti danneggiato procedere

immediatamente alla sua sostituzione.

Attenzione:

Dopo ogni intervento controllare che all'interno della

scatola del filtro non ci sia rimasto nessun oggetto.

Eseguire la pulizia del filtro ogni volta che il mezzo viene

utilizzato in fuoristrada.

Note:

• If the filter is damaged, replace it immediately.

Warning:

After every intervention, check that nothing has been

left inside the filter box.

Clean the filter every time the vehicle is used cross-

country.

MANUTENZIONE E CONTROLLI

CANDELA

Mantenere la candela in buono stato contribuisce alla

diminuzione dei consumi e all'ottimale funzionamento

del motore.

Per effettuare il controllo è sufficiente sfilare la pipetta

della corrente e svitare la candela.

Esaminare con uno spessimetro la distanza fra gli elet-

trodi che dovrà essere di 0,5-0,6 mm, nel caso non

corrisponda a questo valore è possibile correggerla

piegando delicatamente l'elettrodo di massa.

Verificare inoltre che non presenti screpolature sull'iso-

lante o elettrodi corrosi, in questi casi procedere all'im-

mediata sostituzione.

Effettuare il controllo attenendosi alla tabella a pag. 39.

Per il montaggio della candela è consigliabile avvitarla a

mano fino a battuta, quindi bloccarla con la chiave.

Nota:

•L'utilizzo di olii di bassa qualità determina l'aumento

dei depositi carboniosi, è quindi consigliabile utilizzare

un olio di buona qualità, consigliato a pag. 20.

•Si raccomanda di utilizzare sempre candele RN 3C

SPARK PLUG

Keeping the spark plug in good condition will reduce

fuel consumption and increase engine performance.

To perform the check, simply slide off the electrical

connection tube and unscrew the spark plug.

Examine the distance between the electrodes with a

feeler. This distance should be from 0.5 to 0.6 mm. If it is

not, it may be corrected by bending the earth elec-

trode.

Check as well that there are no cracks in the insulation

or corroded electrodes. If so, replace immediately.

Observe the chart on page 39 when performing the

check.

When replacing the spark plug, screw it in by hand until

it stops, then tighten with a wrench.

Note:

• The use of low-quality oil will cause an increase in

carbon deposits. We therefore advise the use of a

qualitatively good oil, recommended on page 20.

• Always use Sparks plugs

Sostituzione

Per la sostituzione procedere come

segue:

- Smontare il copridisco e la pinzaA

svitando le due viti B.

- Premere sull’estremità delle due

coppiglie C e sfilare dalla parte

opposta.

- Estrarre le pastiglie D e sostituirle.

- Per il montaggio procedere in sen-

so inverso.

Nota:

Porgere particolare attenzione al

corretto rimontaggio delle coppi-

glie onde evitare problemi di frena-

ta.

Nel caso di rimozione del disco fre-

no, nel rimontaggio applicare alle

viti della Loctite.

Replacement

To replace the pads, proceed as

follows:

- Disassemble the disk cover A and

the caliper by unscrewing the two

screws B.

- Press on the ends of the two split

pins C and pull out from the oppo-

site side.

- Remove the pads D and replace

them.

-To reassemble, proceed in the re-

verse order.

Note:

To avoid braking problem pay par-

ticular attention the correct

reassembly the split pins.

If the brake disk is removed, apply

Loctite to the screws when

reassembling.

Controllo

Per verificare lo stato di usura del fre-

no posteriore è sufficiente visionare

la pinza dalla parte posteriore dove

è possibile intravedere le estremità

delle due pastiglie che dovrannoA

presentare almeno uno strato di 2

mm di ferodo. Nel caso lo strato fos-

se inferiore procedere immediata-

mente alla loro ostituzione.

Nota:

Effettuare il controllo attenendosi ai

tempi indicati in tabella a pag. 39.

Sostituzione

Per la sostituzione procedere come

segue:

- Smontare la ruota.

- Sfilare le coppiglie B verso l’esterno

del veicolo, dopo aver premuto sul-

l’estremità della parte della ruota.

- Per il rimontaggio procedere in

senso inverso.

Per la sostituzione delle pastiglie freni

consigliamo di rivolgersi al proprio

rivenditore.

REAR BRAKE

Check

To check the rear brake for wear, sim-

ply observe the caliper from the rear,

where it is possible to see the ends of

the two pads A. These pads should

have at least a 2 mm layer of lining.

If this layer is thinner than 2 mm, re-

place the pads immediately.

Note:

Observe the times given on the

chart on page 39 when performing

the check.

Replacement

To replace the pads, proceed as fol-

lows:

- Disassemble the rear weel.

- Pull out the split pins towards theB

vehicle outer side, after pressing

the end facing the wheel.

-To reassemble, proceed in the re-

verse order.

We suggest to contact your dealer

to repìlace the pads.

Il controllo del livello deve essere

effettuato a motore freddo nel

modo seguente:

- Tenere il motociclo in posizione

verticale rispetto al terreno.

- Controllare che il liquido sia al li-

vello minimo visibile nella zona A

all’interno del radiatore dopo aver

svitato e rimosso il tappo di cari-

co .B

- In caso di bisogno aggiungere il

liquido svitando il tappo di

carico B.

ATTENZIONE:

Mai svitare il tappo di carico del ra-

diatore a motore caldo onde evi-

tare scottature.

Nota:

La capacità del circuito è di 600 cc,

utilizzare i liquidi consigliati in tabel-

la a pag. 20.

LIQUID COOLANT

The level check must be performed

with the engine cold, as follows:

- Hold the motorcycle vertical to the

ground.

- Check that the liquid is at the mini-

mum visible level in zone , insideA

the radiator, after unscrewing and

removing the filler cap B.

- If necessary, add liquid

by unscrewing filler cap B.

WARNING:

To avoid burns, never unscrew the

radiator filler cap when the engine

is hot.

Note:

Circuit capacity is 600 cc. Use the

liquids racommended on the table

on page 20.

CHECKS AFTER CLEANING

After cleaning the motorcycle, it is

good practice to:

• Remove the flywheel cover to

eliminate any water that may

have entered.

• If ignition is disassembled and re-

assembled, check the position of

the stator marked by an indicator

Per una più lunga durata della cate-

na di trasmissione è opportuno con-

trollare periodicamente la sua ten-

sione.

Tenerla sempre pulita dalla sporci-

zia depositata e lubrificarla.

Verificare la corretta posizione del

rullo tendicatena mostrata in figura

(20mm). Qualora la posizione as-

sunta dal rullo fosse diversa da quel-

la corretta procedere al tensiona-

mento della catena operando nel

modo seguente:

- Allentare il dado A

- Agire sulla leva B.

- Agire sulla stessa leva situata sul

lato opposto, portandola nella

stessa posizione.

- Verificare l'allineamento della ruota.

- Ribloccare il dado A.

CONDUIRE EN RESPECTANT LA NATURE

Bruit et pollution de chaque véhicule varient selon

le type de conduite de l’utilisateur.

Il est recommandé de conduire de manière

régulière et souple, sans donner de fortes

accélérations ou décélérations.

Pendant la conduite tout terrain veillez à ne pas

causer de dégâts à la nature, faire un bruit

minimum, et éviter tout comportement pouvant

déranger des personnes ou des animaux.

Pratiquez une conduite sportive seulement sur les

circuits fermés.

CONDUIRE EN TOUTE SECURITE

•L’utilisation de ce véhicule n’est autorisée que sur

un circuit ou comme tout-terrain, et non sur les

routes normales. Les parents sont responsables de

la sécurité de leurs enfants, et sont tenus de vérifier

le bon usage du véhicule;

• Portez toujours un casque homologué;

• Conduisez toujours assis avec les 2 mains sur le

guidon et les pieds sur les repose pieds;

• Interdit remorquer autres motos ou se faire

remorquer;

• Utilisez toujours les 2 freins, en faisant

particulièrement attention en cas de chaussée

glissante (pluie, boue, conduite hors route, etc...);

• N'allumer pas le moteur dans un endroit fermè clos.

Conduire avec prudence, en respectant le code de

la route et la nature environnante, mettre son

casque, sont des démonstrations de savoir vivre.

El ruido y la polución que produce cada vehículo,

dependen en gran medida en la forma de

conducirlo.

Le recomendamos conducir de una forma regular,

sin aceleraciones y desaceleraciones bruscas.

Durante la conducción fuera de carretera

(caminos rurales) no efectuar daño a la

naturaleza, efectuar el menor ruido posible, evitan-

do así un comportamiento que pueda molestar a

personas y animales.

Practicar una conducción deportiva, sólo en

circuitos cerrados.

GUIA DE SEGURIDAD

•está permitido el uso del vehículo únicamente en pista

o en todo terreno, no está permitido en calles y

carreteras normales. Los padres, como responsables

de la seguridad de sus hijos, deben por lo tanto

verificar que esto suceda;

• Llevar siempre puesto el casco (homologado);

• Conducir siempre sentado y con ambas manos

sobre el manillar así como los pies en los estribos;

• no remolcar no hacerse remolcar por otros vehículos;

• Utilizar ambos frenos, prestando particular atención

en caso de suelo resbaladizo ( lluvia, barro, caminos,

etc.);

• No arrancar el motor en lugar cerrado.

Conducir con prudencia, respetar el código de

circulación y la naturaleza que nos rodea, llevar

siempre puesto el casco, es una demostración de

persona civilizada.

CONTROLES ET ENTRETIEN AVANT ET APRES USAGE

Il est conseillé d’effectuer, avant et après usage,

quelques opérations de contrôle et d’entretien.

En fait quelques minutes passées à ces opérations

rendent la conduite plus sûre, et peuvent vous faire

économiser temps et argent.

Procédez aux contrôles en effectuant les vérifications

suivantes :

• Vérifiez la pression, l’état général et la profondeur

des rainures des pneus.

• Pour les jours de froid il est conseillé de faire chauf-

fer le moteur au ralenti quelques instants avant de

partir.

• Après utilisation en tout terrain nous vous

recommandons de laver votre véhicule soigneuse-

ment.

UTILIZACIÓN

Para evitar desagradables inconvenientes durante el

funcionamiento del vehículo es aconsejable efectuar

bien antes después de su utilización, algunas operacio-

nes de control y mantenimiento.

En efecto, pocos minutos dedicados a estas operacio-

nes, repercuten más adelante en una conducción más

segura, ahorrando así tiempo y dinero.

Por lo tanto proceder como sigue:

• Verificar la presión, el estado general y el espesor de

las cubiertas.

• En días fríos es aconsejable antes de salir, dejar q u e

el motor se caliente un poco, haciéndolo girar al

mínimo durante algunos segundos.

• Cada vez que el vehículo se utilice por caminos,

procurar lavarlo correctamente.

KONTROLLEN UND WARTUNG VOR UND NACH BENÜTZUNG

Um unangenehme Vorfälle während der Fahrt zu ver-

meiden, wird empfohlen, vor und nach Benützung einige

Kontroll- und Wartungsoperationen durchzu-führen. Wid-

men Sie diesen Operationen einige Minu-

ten, die Ihnen Zeit und Geld ersparen lassen und zusätzlich

eine sichere Lenkung garantieren.

Wie folgt fortschreiten:

• Den Druck, den Generalzustand und die Laufflächen-

stärke überprüfen.

• Es wird geraten, bei kalter Witterung vor der Abfahrt,

den Motor aufzuwärmen, indem er einige Sekunden auf

Minimum laufen gelassen wird.

• Nach jeder Geländefahrt muss das Fahrzeug sorgfältig

gereinigt werden.

RODAJE

Durante el rodaje hasta los 500 km, aproximadamente,

(N. 10 abastecimientos de carburante) se aconseja:

- Evitar de viajar a velocidad constante.

- Variando la velocidad, los componentes mecánicos

se ajustan uniformemente en un menor tiempo.

- Evitar de sobrepasar el puño del gas a más de 3/4.

Atencion:

• Después de 500 km de recorrido sustituir el aceite de

la transmisión en el cárter.

•Utilizar siempre gasolina sin plombo y aceite de bue-

na calidad.

•Después de la primera salida por caminos, procurar

repasar toda la tornillería.

RODAGE

Le rodage est d’environ 500 km (10 pleins de carburant)

pendant cet période:

- Evitez de circuler à vitesse continue (sans changer de

régime).

- En faisant varier le régime moteur, les différents com-

posants prendront leur place uniformément dans un

meilleur temps.

- Evitez d’utiliser le véhicule avec la poignée gaz ouverte

à plus de 3/4.

Attention:

• Après 500 km de trajet, remplacer l’huile de transmis-

sion dans le carter.

• Utilisez toujours de l’essence sans plomb et de l’huile

de bonne qualité.

• Après la première sortie tout terrain veiller à contrôler

la boulonnerie.

EINFAHRUNG

Die Einfahrung beträgt ungefähr 500 km (oder 10-mal

Volltanken). Während dieser Zeitspanne wird geraten:

- Vermeiden Sie, mit gleichbleibender Geschwin-

digkeit zu fahren.

- Die Geschwindigkeit wechseln. Die Bestandteile wer-

den gleichmäßiger und in kürzerer Zeit einlaufen.

- Vermeiden Sie, den Drehgasgriff über 3/4 zu

drehen.

Achtung:

•Nach 500 km muss das Getriebeöl gewechselt werden.

•Immer bleifreies Benzin und Qualitätsöl benützen.

•Nach der ersten Geländefahrt alle Schrauben überprü-

fen.

- Intervenez sur le levier de démar-

rage (kick-starter) de la moto en

appuyant d’un coup de pied

franc et en tournant légèrement

la commande gaz.

- Moteur arrêté, fermez toujours le

robinet d’essence.

Note:

Si le moteur est froid insérez le levier

starter B, en tirant le levier starter, atten-

dre quelques instants puis remplacez

le levier starter en position initiale.

grifo de la gasolina.

Nota:

A motor frìo inserir el starter B tiran-

do la palanca starter,mantenerlo

algunos instantes, y después colo-

carlo en su posicion inicial.

HUILE CARTER

Contrôle

Tenir le véhicule en position verti-

cale par rapport au sol.

Contrôler le niveau d'huile par le

hublot témoin . Le niveau d'huileA

minima ne doit jamais descendre

au dessous du hublot A.

Pour rétablir le niveau, faire l'ap-

point par le bouchon B de remplis-

sage.

Vidange et remplacement

Effectuez toujours la vidange avec

le moteur chaud:

- Positionnez un récipient sous le

moteur.

- Dévissez le bouchon de remplis-

sage .B et celui de vidange C

- Videz complètement le carter de

son huile usagée.

- Vissez le bouchon C.

- Introduire 430 cc d’huile neuve.

- Refermez le bouchon de remplis-

sage.

ACEITE CARTER

Control

Tener el vehículo en posición

vertical, respecto al suelo.

Controlar por medio de la mirilla

A el nivel del aceite.El nivel del

aceite que no debe bajar nun-

ca por debajo de la mirilla A.

Para añadir al nivel, proceder al

llenado a través del tapón de

carga B.

Sustitucion

Efectuar siempre la sustitu-ción con

el motor caliente:

- Colocar un recipiente debajo del

motor

- Sacar el tapón de

llenado B y el de

vaciado C.

- Vaciar completamente el cárter.

- Cerrar el tapón C.

- Introducir 430 cc de aceite

- Volver a poner el tapón de llena-

do.

Note:

Après les premiers 500 km ou 10 pleins

de carburant remplacez l’huile de

transmission.

Pour les vidanges suivantes, voir le

tableau page 108, en utilisant les

lubrifiants conseillés page 79.

Nota:

Después de los primeros 500 km o N.

10 abastecimientos de carburante

de recorrido, sustituir el aceite de

cambio. Para la citada sustitución

atenerse a la tabla de la pág. 108,

utilizando el lubricante aconsejado

en la pá. 79.

Das Fahrzeug in Senkrechtstellung

bringen.

Bei kaltem Motor den ölstand am

Kontrollfenster A überprüfen. Der

ölstand darf nie unterhalb des

Kontrollfenster absinken A.

Nachfüllung durch den Füllstutzen B

fortschreiten.

Ölwechsel

Den Wechsel immer bei warmen

Motor durchführen:

- Einen Behälter unter den Motor

stellen

- Den Füllstutzen und den Ablas-B

stopfen C abschrauben

- Den Carter komplett leeren

- Den Stopfen schließenC

- 430 c.c. Öl einfüllen

- Den Füllstutzen wieder schließen.

Anmerkung:

Nach dem ersten 500-Kilometerstand

oder 10-mal Volltanken einen

Getriebeölwechsel durchführen. Für

die darauffolgenden Wechsel muss

der Tabelle, auf Seite 108, Folge ge-

leistet werden, indem die auf Seite 79

empfohlenen Schmiermittel benützt

werden.

HUILE HYDRAULIQUE DE FREINS

Frein avant

Contrôlez, à travers le regard le ni-

veau d’huile .A

Le niveau minimum d’huile ne doit

jamais être inférieur au regard A.

Pour rétablir le niveau procédez au

remplissage en dévissant les 2 vis B,

en soulevant le bouchon et enC

rajoutant l’huile nécessaire.

Attention:

Si le levier devenait trop souple il

pourrait y avoir une bulle d’air dans

le circuit, veuillez vous adresser rapi-

dement à un concessionnaire

agrée.

Note:

Pour la vidange et remplacement

voir le tableau page 108, en utilisant

les lubrifiants conseillés page 79.

ACEITE BOMBA FRENO

Freno delantero

Controlar a través del testigo A la

presencia de aceite.

El nivel mínimo de aceite, no debe de

ser nunca inferior al testigo A.

Para añadir al nivel proceder al

llenado desenroscando los dos torni-

llos B, sacar la tapa C y añadir el

aceite.

Atencion:

Si se detecta suavidad en la leva

puede ser debido a una burbuja de

aire en el circuito, por consiguiente

debe dirigirse inmediatamente a un

taller oficial Beta.

Nota:

Para la sustitución, ver la tabla en la

página 108 utilizando el lubricante

aconsejado en la página 79.

Frein arrière

Afin de procéder au contrôle du

niveau de l'huile, il est nécessaire de

démonter la selle et le réservoir d'es-

sence. Contrôlez, à travers le réci-

pient d’huile , la présence d’huileA

hydraulique. Le niveau d’huile ne

doit jamais être inférieur au niveau

minimum indiqué sur le récipient.

Pour rétablir le niveau procédez au

remplissage par le bouchon de rem-

plissage .B

Attention:

Si la pédale devenait souple il pour-

rait y avoir une bulle d’air dans le

circuit, veuillez vous adresser rapi-

dement chez à concessionnaire

agrée.

Note:

Pour la vidange et le remplacement

voir page 108, en utilisant les lubri-

fiants conseillés page 79.

Freno trasero

Para poder acceder al control del

aceite, es necesario desmontar el

asiento y el depósito de gasolina.

Controlar a través del contenedor

de aceite la presencia de aceite.A

El nivel de aceite no debe ser nun-

ca inferior a la marca de nivel míni-

mo indicada en el contenedor.

Para añadir al nivel, proceder al

llenado a través del tapón de car-

ga .B

Atención:

Si se detecta suavidad en la palan-

ca, puede ser debido a una burbuja

de aire en el circuito, dirigirse inme-

diatamente a un taller oficial Beta.

Nota:

Para la substitución consultar la ta-

bla, en pág. 108, utilizando el lubri-

cante aconsejado en la pág. 79.

Hinterradbremse

Um die ölkontrolle durchzuführen,

muss man den Sattel und den Ben-

zintank abmontieren.

Den Bremsflüssigkeitsstand am

Bremsflüssigkeitsbehälter A überprü-

fen.

Der Bremsflüssigkeitsstand darf nie

unter die Markierung des Mindest-

stands am Bremsflüssigkeitsbehälter

abfallen.

Zum Nachfüllen Bremsflüssigkeit über

die Einfüllöffnung B einfüllen.

Achtung:

Fühlt sich das Bremspedal bei Betätig

“weich” an, können Luftblasen im

Bremskreislauf sein. Wenden Sie sich

in diesem Fall sofort an Ihren Ver-

käufer.

Anmerkung:

Für das Wechseln die Angaben aus

der Tabelle auf Seite 108 beachten.

Die auf Seite 79 angegebenen emp-

fohlenen Schmiermittel benutzen.
