instructions carefully.
They contain important information
onhow to install, use and maintain the
appliance.
Keep all documentation for subsequent
use or for the next owner.

SThis appliance contains a small quant ity
of environmenta llyfriendly but flam
mable R600 a refrigerant. Ensure that
the tubing of the ref rigerant circuit is not
damaged during transporta tion and
installation. Lea ing refrigerant mayk
cause eye injuries or ignite.
If amag has o urrd e cc ed
− Keep na ed flames and/or ignitionk
sources away from the appliance.
− Thoroughly vent ilate the room f or
several minutes.
− Switch off the appliance and pull out
the mains plug or switch off the fuse.
− Notify customer service.
The more refrigerant an appliance
contains, the larger the room must be.
Lea ing refrigerant can form a flamk mable gasair mixture in rooms which
are too small.
The room must be at least 1m3 per 8g
of refrigerant. The amo unt of refrigerant
in your ap pliance is indicated on the
rating plate inside the appliance.
SOnly customer service may c hange
thepower cord and carry out any other
repairs. Improper installations and
repairs may put the user at
considerable ris .k

penetrate electrical parts and cause
ashortcircuit.

SDo not use pointed or sharpedged
implements to remove frost or layers

or explosive subst ances in the

SBefore defrosting or cleaning the
appliance, switch off the appliance,
pullout the mains plug or switch off
thefuse.
Pull on the mains plug, not onthe
p ower co rd.
SBottles which contain a high
percentage of alcoho l must be sealed
and stored in an upright position.
SKeep plastic parts and the door seal
free of o il and grease. Otherwise, parts
and door seal will become porous.
SNever cover or bloc the ventilationk
openings for the appliance.
