Material Content:
a. Butterfly Valve Lockout Device V600
• For locking common butterfly valve handles by
attaching an additional lockout device
WARNING:
Product should only be used by personnel properly trained in lockout procedures. Product should only be used on the appropriate application (s).
Follow product instructions for proper application of each product. Properly trained personnel should check to ensure that product is secure and
equipment will not operate. Failure to follow product instructions and warnings may result in serious bodily inury or death.

Close the valve.
2.
Set the lockout device over
the handle and close it to
the tightest point.
Pay attention on the both
parts being set together
tightly, to gain the best
clamping function.

Make sure that the lockout
device sits tightly.
4.
Secure the lockout device
with a padlock.

Anwendung:
1.
Schließen Sie das Ventil.
2.
Setzen Sie die Verriege-
lung über den Griff und
verschließen Sie es bis zum
engst möglichen Punkt.
Achten Sie dabei darauf,
dass die beiden Teile so
eng wie möglich
zusammengesetzt werden,
um die optimale
Klemmung zu erzeugen.
3.
Prüfen Sie, ob die
Verriegelung sicher sitzt.
4.
Sichern Sie die
Verriegelung mit einem
Vorhangschloss

Cierre la válvula.

el punto más ajustado
posible.

place.

Sécurisez le dispositif de
verrouillage avec un
cadenas.
