• Il dispositivo è alimentato da due batterie ricaricabili alcaline o

Accertarsi di regolare correttamente ogni livello per evitare la distorsione.
Collegando un dispositivo iOS all'ingresso AUX tramite il mini cavo
a 4 poli in dotazione, è possibile registrare (mono) la sessione nel-
le app di registrazione e utilizzare app per l'aggiunta di effetti.
Facendo scorrere lo switch MUTE DIRECT verso destra, i suoni
non elaborati (dry) vengono tagliati quando si utilizzano le app per
l'aggiunta di effetti.
Accertarsi di regolare in modo appropriato il livello di volume
del dispositivo iOS per evitare la distorsione.
* IOS è un marchio o un marchio registrato di Cisco negli Stati Uniti e
in altri paesi e viene utilizzato su licenza.
È possibile montare una cinghietta (venduta separatamente) sul

• The device is powered by two AA alkaline or nickel-metal hy-
dride rechargeable batteries.
• Install the new batteries following the polarity markings.
• For more information on battery use, refer to the Precautions.
Please turn the Power off when the battery is low and the power in-
dicator is turned off. Keeping the Power on may cause battery fluid
leakage and shortened battery life.
Before replacing batteries, make sure that the power is switched
“OFF.”
SC-01
INPUT.......For connection to an instrument.
SC-02
INPUT L/Mono, R ... For connection to an instrument. For a
mono instrument, use INPUT L/Mono.
MIC...........For connection to a microphone. Use the GAIN
knob for controlling its volume.
When not connecting a microphone, turn the GAIN knob far
left to off.

...For connection to headphones.
AUX
............For connection to an audio player for playing along with audio.
Use the volume control on the audio player to control its volume.
CHAIN ..... Connects other SessionCakes. Up to eight Session-
Cakes can be connected by using the two CHAINs.
• When using a cable other than the supplied cable for CHAIN
connection, make sure that the length is less than 3 meters.
• Connecting/disconnecting cables to/from a CHAIN during your
performance may cause unexpected volume changes or noise.
1 Turn the power switch ON.
• Make sure to take off your headphones when turning the power
switch on or off.
• When you or others plug/unplug instruments, set the PHONE level
to minimum.
2 Adjust levels by listening to each other’s sound.
Me ............Your volume (does NOT affect other players) *

ing the other knobs.

Make sure to adjust each level appropriately to avoid distortion.
Connecting an iOS device to AUX with the supplied 4-pole mini ca-
ble allows you to record (mono) the session to your recording apps
and to use effect apps.
Sliding the MUTE DIRECT switch to right cuts the unprocessed
(dry) sound when you use the effect apps.
Make sure to adjust the iOS device’s level appropriately to
avoid distortion.

• Das Gerät wird mit zwei Alkalibatterien oder Nickel-Metallhydrid-

• Legen Sie die neuen/aufgeladenen Batterien entsprechend den

Schalten Sie das Gerät aus, wenn die Batterie schwach ist und die

• Anschließen/Trennen von Kabeln an der bzw. von einer CHAIN während des
Spiels kann unerwartete Lautstärkeänderungen oder Geräusche verursachen.
1 Schalten Sie den Ein-/Ausschalter ein (ON).
• Denken Sie daran, den Kopfhörer vor dem Ein-/Ausschalten abzusetzen.
• Wenn Sie oder Andere Instrumente anschließen/trennen, stellen
Sie den PHONES-Legel auf Minimum ein.

- Keep the batteries separate from metallic objects such as necklaces, hairpins, coins, and keys.
- Use the specified battery type only.
- Use new batteries, all of which are the same type, same model, and made by the same
manufacturer.
- Always make sure all batteries are inserted in conformity with the +/- polarity markings.
- When the batteries run out, or if the instrument is not to be used for a long time, remove the
batteries from the instrument.
- When using Ni-MH batteries, follow the instructions that came with the batteries. Use only the
specified charger device when charging.
• Keep batteries away from small children who might accidentally swallow them.
• If the batteries do leak, avoid contact with the leaked fluid. If the battery fluid should come in
contact with your eyes, mouth, or skin, wash immediately with water and consult a doctor. Battery
fluid is corrosive and may possibly cause loss of sight or chemical burns.
• When one of the following problems occur, immediately turn off the power switch. (If you are using
batteries, remove all batteries from the instrument.) Then have the device inspected by Yamaha
service personnel.
- It emits unusual smells or smoke.
- Some object has been dropped into the instrument.
- There is a sudden loss of sound during use of the instrument.
CAUTION
Always follow the basic precautions listed below to avoid the possibility of
physical injury to you or others, or damage to the instrument or other
property. These precautions include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Do not place the instrument in an unstable position where it might accidentally fall over.
• Before connecting the instrument to other electronic components, turn off the power for all
components. Before turning the power on or off for all components, set all volume levels to

Veillez à toujours observer les précautions élémentaires énumérées ci-

risque. La liste de ces précautions n'est pas exhaustive :
• L'instrument ne contient aucune pièce nécessitant l'intervention de l'utilisateur. N'ouvrez pas
l'instrument et ne tentez pas d'en démonter les éléments internes ou de les modifier de quelque
façon que ce soit. Si l'appareil présente des signes de dysfonctionnement, mettez-le
immédiatement hors tension et faites-le contrôler par un technicien Yamaha qualifié.
• Ne laissez pas l'instrument sous la pluie et ne l'utilisez pas près d'une source d'eau ou dans un
milieu humide. Ne déposez pas dessus des récipients (tels que des vases, des bouteilles ou des

• Si l'un des problèmes suivant survient, coupez immédiatement l'alimentation et retirez la fiche

piles.) Faites ensuite contrôler l'appareil par un technicien Yamaha.
- L'instrument dégage une odeur inhabituelle ou de la fumée.
- Un objet est tombé à l'intérieur de l'instrument.
- Une brusque perte de son est intervenue durant l'utilisation de l'instrument.
ATTENTION

• Lo strumento non contiene componenti riparabili dall'utente. Non aprire lo strumento né smontare
