ENInstruction manual

SAFETY

• This appliance can be used by children aged

from 8 years and above and persons with

reduced physical, sensory or mental

capabilities or lack of experience and

knowledge if they have been given

supervision or instruction concerning use of

the appliance in a safe way and understand

the hazards involved. Children shall not play

with the appliance. Cleaning and user

maintenance shall not be made by children

without supervision.

• By ignoring the safety instructions the

manufacturer cannot be held responsible for

the damage.

• If the supply cord is damaged, it must be

replaced by the manufacturer, its service

agent or similarly qualified persons in order to

avoid a hazard.

• Never move the appliance by pulling the cord

and make sure the cord cannot become

entangled.

• The appliance must be placed on a stable,

level surface.

• The user must not leave the device

unattended while it is connected to the supply.

• This appliance is only to be used for

household purposes and only for the purpose

it is made for.

• To protect yourself against an electric shock,

do not immerse the cord, plug or appliance in

the water or any other liquid.

• Never insert your fingers or any other object

into the air outlet. Take special care to warn

children of these dangers.

• Do not use the unit:

near a source of fire.

in an area exposed to direct sunlight.

in an area where water is likely to splash.

near a bath, a shower or a swimming pool.

• WARNING: Do not wrap the cable around the

main body of the appliance during or after

use.

• WARNING: Misuse of the appliance could

cause personal injury.

• This appliance is intended to be used in

household and similar applications such as:

– Staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working

environments.

– By clients in hotels, motels and other residential type

environments.

– Bed and breakfast type environments.

– Farm houses.

• Clean the filter regularly.

• Warning: Please do not remove the water tank

before reading the instruction manual.

• Before the water tank is removed and filled

with water, the product must be powered off

and placed on a flat level surface.

• Clean the water tank every three days.

This product complies with conformity requirements of the applicable

European regulations or directives.

Waste electrical products should not be disposed of with household

waste. Please recycle where facilities exist. Check with your local

Authority or local store for recycling advice.

BEFORE THE FIRST USE

• Take the appliance andaccessoriesoutthebox.Removethe

stickers,protective foilorplasticfrom thedevice.

• Before using your appliance for the first time, wipe off all removable

parts with a damp cloth. Never use abrasive products.

• Putthepower cable intothe socket.(Note: Make surethe

voltagewhich is indicated on the devicematchesthe localvoltage

beforeconnecting the device.Voltage220V-240V 50/60Hz)

Assembly

• Use the provided screw to secure the motor body onto the control body.

• Align the base with the fan and use the plastic base screw to secure

them together.

• Set the back grill and fit it well on the motor body and secure it with the

back grill nut.

• Install the fan blade onto motor shaft and fit the blade nut.

• Open front grill clip and position front grill onto rear grill, close the front

grill clip and secure it with the provided screw.

• Insert the corrugated hose into the control body and spray cap on the

front grill.

• Open water tank plug like below to fill the tank with water:

USE

Manual control

• On/Off: Start or stop the fan.

• Speed: It cycles in the sequence of low (1) – mid (2) – high (3).

• Swing/Oscilation: It controls the left and right swinging. Push to

start, push once again to stop.

• Mode: Use it to select between the 3 different modes, Normal

wind - Natural wind and Sleep wind.

• Timer: When running set the time for automatic shutdown, in

standby press it for automatic start. The selected time can be set

between 1 and 9 hours.

• Mist: Press to start the humidify function.

Remote control

• 2xAAA size batteries are required.

• Ensure batteries are inserted in the correct direction.

• When replacing, ensure both batteries are changed simultaneously.

• Press the corresponding buttons as explained in the manual control part

to operate the fan.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

• Before cleaning or maintenance, switch off the appliance and remove the

mains plug from the wall socket.

• If scale occurs, use a small amount of detergent and clean with clear

water after soaking for about 30 minutes.

• To ensure adequate air circulation to the motor, keep vents at the rear of

the motor free of dust.

• Please wipe the exterior parts with a soft cloth soaking a mild detergent,

do not use any abrasive detergent or solvents to avoid scratching the

surface.

• Clean the water tank every 3 days.

• Be aware that high humidity levels may encourage the growth of

biological organisms in the environment.

• Do not permit the area around the humidifier to become damp or wet. If

dampness occurs, turn the output of the humidifier down. If the humidifier

output volume cannot be turned down, use the humidifier intermittently.

Do not allow absorbent materials, such as carpeting, curtains, drapes, or

tablecloths, to become damp.

• Never leave water in the reservoir when the appliance is not in use.

• Empty and clean the humidifier before storage. Clean the humidifier

before next use.

• Warning: Micro-organisms that may be present in the water or in the

environment where the appliance is used or stored, can grow in the

water reservoir and be blown in the air causing very serious health risks

when the water is not renewed and the tank is not cleaned properly

every 3 days.

• Unplug the appliance during filling and cleaning.

ENVIRONMENT

This appliance should not be put into the domestic garbage at the

end of its durability, but must be offered at a central point for the recycling

of electric and electronic domestic appliances. This symbol on the

• Este aparato puede ser utilizado por niños a

ANTES DEL PRIMER USO

• Saque el aparato y los accesorios de la caja.Quite los adhesivos, la

lámina protectora o el plástico del dispositivo.

• Antes de utilizar el aparato por primera vez, pase un paño húmedo por

todas las piezas desmontables. Nunca utilice productos abrasivos.

• Conecteelcable de alimentación ala toma de corriente.(Nota:

Asegúrese de queel voltajeindicado en el dispositivocoincidecon el

voltajelocal antes deconectar el dispositivo.Voltaje220V-240V

Montaje

• Fije el cuerpo del motor en el órgano de control con el tornillo

suministrado

• Haga coincidir la base con el ventilador y fíjelas con el tornillo de la base

de plástico.

• Coloque la rejilla trasera, encájela en el cuerpo del motor y fíjela con la

tuerca de la rejilla trasera.

• Instale las aspas del ventilador en el eje del motor y coloque la tuerca de

las aspas.

• Abra el clip de la rejilla delantera y coloque la rejilla delantera sobre la

rejilla trasera, cierre el clip de la rejilla delantera y fíjela con el tornillo

suministrado.

• Introduzca la manguera ondulada en el órgano de control y la tapa de

pulverización en la rejilla delantera.

• Abra el tapón del depósito de agua como se muestra a continuación y

llénelo con agua.

• Introduzca el depósito de agua en el órgano de control como se muestra

a continuación:

USO

Control manual

• Encendido/apagado: pone en marcha o detiene el ventilador.

• Velocidad: pasa por la secuencia de velocidad baja (1) - media

(2) - alta (3).

• Balanceo/oscilación: controla la oscilación a izquierda y derecha.

Púlselo una vez para ponerlo en marcha y una segunda vez para

detenerlo.

• Modo: utilícelo para seleccionar entre los 3 modos distintos:

viento normal, viento natural y viento para dormir.

• Temporizador: con el aparato en marcha, configure el tiempo para

que se apague automáticamente; si está en espera, púlselo para que se

ponga en marcha automáticamente. El tiempo puede ajustarse entre 1 y

9 horas.

• Vaho: púlselo para poner en marcha la función de humidificación.

Mando a distancia

• Son necesarias 2 pilas AAA.

• Asegúrese de introducir las pilas con la orientación adecuada.

• Cuando las sustituya, asegúrese de cambiar las dos pilas al mismo

tiempo.

• Para poner en marcha el ventilador, pulse los botones correspondientes,

tal y como se explica en la parte sobre control manual.

LIMPIEZA Y MANTENIMIENTO

• Antes de la limpieza o el mantenimiento, apague el aparato y retire el

enchufe eléctrico de la toma de pared.

• Si se produce calcificación, utilice una pequeña cantidad de detergente y

limpie con agua limpia tras remojar durante aproximadamente 30

minutos.

• Para garantizar una circulación de aire adecuada al motor, mantenga las

ranuras de ventilación de la parte posterior del motor libres de polvo.

• Limpie las piezas exteriores con un paño suave remojado en detergente

suave, no utilice detergentes abrasivos ni disolventes para evitar arañar

la superficie.

• Limpie el depósito de agua cada 3 días.

• Tenga en cuenta que los altos niveles de humedad pueden fomentar el

crecimiento de organismos biológicos en el entorno.

• No permita que el área alrededor del humidificador esté húmeda o

mojada. En caso de humedad, baje la salida del humidificador. Si el

volumen de salida del humidificador no se puede bajar, utilícelo de

manera intermitente. No permita que los materiales absorbentes (como

alfombras, cortinas, paños o manteles) se humedezcan.

• Nunca deje agua en el depósito si el aparato no se encuentra en uso.

• Vacíe y limpie el humidificador antes de almacenarlo. Limpie el

humidificador antes del siguiente uso.

• Advertencia: Los microrganismos que puede haber en el agua o en el

entorno donde se utiliza o almacena el aparato pueden crecer en el

depósito de agua y esparcirse por el aire, lo que podría suponer un

riesgo grave para la salud si el agua no se renueva y el depósito no se

limpia correctamente cada 3 días.

• Para llenar y limpiar el aparato, desenchúfelo.
