Het computerscherm
1. HET MATRIX-SCHERM: Geeft het programma profiel en informatie weer
2. LINKER INFORMATIE SCHERM: Geeft de TIME (tijd), RESISTANCE LEVEL
(weerstandsniveau), WATTS (wattage) en HEART RATE (hartslag) weer.
RECHTER INFORMATIE SCHERM: Geeft de DISTANCE (afstand), CAL (calorieën),
SPEED (snelheid) en RPM (Revolutions Per Minute: omwentelingen per minuut)
weer.
3. MODE LINKS: Hiermee kunt u de functies TIME, RESISTANCE LEVEL, WATTS en
SCAN selecteren en laten weergeven op het scherm.
4. PROGRAMMA’S: MANUAL, HILL, RANDOM, INT1 en INT2
5. USER, WEIGHT: U kunt persoonlijke gegevens invoeren onder USER, waaronder
WEIGHT (gewicht)
6. MODE RECHTS: Hiermee kunt u de functies DISTANCE, CAL, SPEED, RPM en SCAN
selecteren en laten weergeven op het scherm.
Functies:
A. TIME: Geeft de verstreken of resterende trainingstijd weer.
B. HR: Geeft de hartslag weer (optioneel).
C. WATTS: Geeft het trainingsniveau weer, uitgedrukt in aantal WATTS.
D. DISTANCE: Geeft de afgelegde afstand weer in kilometers of
mijlen.
E. CAL: Geeft het aantal calorieën weer dat tijdens de training is
verbrand.
F. SPEED: Geeft de huidige snelheid weer in MPH (mijlen per uur) of
KPH (kilometers per uur).
G. RPM: Geeft het aantal wentelingen per minuut weer (Revolutions Per Minute).
H. SCAN-LINKS: Geeft de TIME (tijd), HEART RATE (hartslag; optioneel),
RESISTANCE LEVEL (weerstandsniveau) en WATTS weer gedurende 4 seconden.
I. SCAN-RECHTS: Geeft de DISTANCE (afstand), CAL (calorieën),
SPEED (snelheid) en RPM (aantal omwentelingen per minuut) weer
gedurende 4 seconden.

Knop Functies:
A. MODE (links): Druk deze knop in voor informatie over TIME, HEART RATE,
RESISTANCE LEVEL, WATTS en SCAN.
B. MODE (rechts): Druk deze knop in voor informatie over DISTANCE, CAL, SPEED,
RPM en SCAN.
C. QUICK START: Druk deze knop in om direct te starten met de training zonder iets
ingesteld te hebben. De tijd zal gaan lopen vanaf de 00:00, samen met de andere
functies.
D. START:
1. Druk op de START knop om te beginnen met het instellen van uw
trainingsprogramma.
2. In de PAUSE modus kunt u op de START knop drukken om de
training te hervatten.
E. STOP: Druk op de STOP knop om te stoppen met de training. De trainingsgegevens
zullen op het scherm worden weergegeven.
F. PAUSE/RESET:
1. PAUSE: Druk op de PAUSE/RESET knop en stop met trappen; de
trainingsgegevens zullen bewaard blijven. Het woord PAUSE zal
weergegeven worden op scherm 1 & 2. De computer bevindt zich
nu in de stand-by modus. Om de training weer te hervatten kunt u
op de START knop drukken, of weer beginnen met trappen.
2. RESET: Houd de PAUSE/RESET knop langer dan 6 seconden
ingedrukt. Alle gegevens zullen worden gewist en het scherm zal
terugkeren naar de standaardmodus.
G. ENTER: Druk op de ENTER knop om uw gegevens in te voeren en
deze te bevestigen.
H. RESISTANCE LEVEL ▲▼: Met deze knoppen kunt u tijdens het trainen de
weerstand verhogen/verlagen. Tevens kunt u deze knop gebruiken om USER ID
(gebruiker), WEIGHT (gewicht) en PROGRAMS te selecteren.
I. MANUAL, HILL, RANDOM, INT1, INT2: Druk deze knoppen in om het
desgewenste programma te selecteren.
