Waarschuwing:
Voor ingebruikname eerst deze handleiding grondig doorlezen.
Toestel alleen binnen en in niet vochtige ruimtes gebruiken.
Toestel alleen openen wanneer deze niet aangesloten is op de netspanning.
Indien het netsnoer beschadigd of defect is, deze alleen vervangen door een door SkyTronic
voorgeschreven voedingssnoer/netsnoer.
De SkyTec disco lichteffecten zijn voorzien van moderne lampen met een hoge lichtopbrengst. Tijdens
het gebruik ontwikkelen deze lampen een aanzienlijke warmte. Plaats het lichteffect daarom minimaal
50 cm verwijderd van brandbaar materiaal zoals gordijnen, boeken enz. Zorg er voor dat de behuizing
niet per ongeluk aangeraakt kan worden.
Plaatsen:
Sluit het lichteffect uitsluitend aan op een stopcontact met randaarde.
Toestel alleen binnen gebruiken en in een niet vochtige omgeving.
Zorg ervoor dat het toestel op een stevige en hitte bestendige plaats wordt neergezet. Trillingen
verkorten de levensduur van de lamp.
Let er op dat de ventilatieopeningen vrij blijven, zodat er voldoende lucht kan toestromen.
Gebruik
Toestel mag alleen gebruikt worden door deskundige personen
Disco lichteffecten zijn niet bedoeld voor continue gebruik. Een afwisselend gebruik verhoogt de
levensduur aanzienlijk.
De lichteffecten moeten rechtstreeks op de netspanning worden aangesloten, zonder
tussenschakeling van een ‘dimmer’.
Controleer tenslotte regelmatig de ventilatieopeningen op mogelijke verstopping door stof of
ongewenste voorwerpen.
Plaatsen of vervangen van de lamp
Gebruik alleen lampen van goede kwaliteit welke voldoen aan de norm EN60357.
Voordat u de lampen gaat vervangen eerst toestel minimaal 5 minuten laten afkoelen.
LET OP!! Nooit het toestel openen wanneer deze in gebruik is of wanneer de voedingsstekker nog in
de contactdoos zit.
-Open het toestel door de twee schroeven aan de bovenzijde te verwijderen (ronde bol).
-Verwijder de half ronde bol.
-Vervang de defecte lampen door twee E14 240V/25W lampen.
-Plaats de half ronde bol weer terug op de as en draai deze weer vast met de twee schroeven.
Wat te doen wanneer het lichteffect niet werkt
-Controleer of er netspanning aanwezig is op het gebruikte stopcontact.
-Controleer of de netschakelaar op "1" staat
-Controleer de zekering op het lichteffect.
-Controleer of de lampen niet doorgebrand zijn en vervang deze zonodig.
Voer zelf geen reparaties uit aan het apparaat; laat dit over aan een
gespecialiseerde technische dienst.

Warning:
Prior to first use, please read this manual carefully.
Only for indoor use. Do not use the unit in humid environments.
Unplug the unit from the mains before you open it.
If the mains lead is faulty or damaged, only replace it by a lead recommended by SkyTronic.
SkyTec disco light effects contain modern lamps of high intensity. During the use they develop
considerable heat. Place the light effect at least at 50cm distance from inflammable materials such as
curtains, books, etc. Check that the housing can’t be touched by accident.
Location:
Connect the light effect to an earthed outlet only.
For indoor use only in a dry environment.
Make sure the unit is placed on a strong, heat-resistant surface. Vibrations shorten the life-time of the
lamp.
Do not obstruct the ventilation holes in order to ensure sufficient air flow.
Use
The unit should only be operated by qualified persons.
Disco light effects are not meant for continuous use. An alternating use increases the life time
considerably.
The light effects must be directly connected to the mains, without the use of a dimmer.
Regularly check the ventilation holes and clean them, if necessary.
Replacement of the lamp
Only use high quality lamps that comply with the standard EN60357.
Prior to replacing the lamp, let the unit cool down for 5 minutes.
WARNING!! Do not open the unit while it is in use or plugged into an outlet.
- Open the housing by removing the two screws on the top.
- Remove the half ball.
- Replace the faulty lamps with two E14 240V/25W lamps.
- Place the half ball back again and fasten it via the two screws.
Trouble-shooting
- Check if the outlet is powered.
- Check if the mains switch is set to “1”
- Check the fuse of the light effect
- Check if the lamps are not blown and replace them if necessary.
Do not attempt to make any repairs by yourself. All repairs have to be carried out by qualified
staff.

Si le cordon secteur est endommagé ou défectueux, remplacez-le uniquement par un neuf
recommandé par SkyTronic.
Les effets de lumière SkyTec contiennent des lampes modernes d’une forte intensité lumineuse.
Pendant l’utilisation, ces lampes génèrent une forte chaleur. Observez une distance de sécurité
minimale de 50cm de tous matériaux inflammables tels que rideaux, livres, etc. Veuillez à ce que le
boîtier ne puisse pas être touché par inadvertance.
Emplacement :
Branchez l’effet de lumière uniquement sur une prise de terre.
Uniquement pour utilisation à l’intérieur et dans un environnement sec.
Veillez à placer l’appareil sur une surface solide et thermorésistante. Des vibrations raccourcissent la
durée de vie de la lampe.
Veillez à ne pas obstruer les fentes de ventilation afin d’assurer d’un flux d’air suffisant.
Utilisation
L’appareil doit être utilisé par une personne qualifiée.
Les effets de lumière disco ne sont pas conçus pour une utilisation continue. Une utilisation alternée
prolonge considérablement la durée de vie.
Les effets de lumière doivent être connectés directement sur le secteur, sans passer par un variateur.
Vérifiez régulièrement les fentes de ventilation afin d’éliminer d’éventuels dépôts de poussière.
Mise en place et remplacement de l’ampoule
Utilisez exclusivement des ampoules de bonne qualité qui correspondent à la norme EN60357.
Avant de remplacer l’ampoule, laissez l’appareil refroidir pendant au moins 5 minutes.
ATTENTION !! Ne jamais ouvrir le boîtier lorsque l’effet est en service ou branché sur le secteur.
- Ouvrez le boîtier en retirant les deux vis sur le dessus (boule)
- Retirez la demi boule
- Remplacez les ampoules défectueuses par deux ampoules E14 240V/25W.
- Remettez la demi boule en place sur l’axe et fixez-la avec les deux vis.
En cas de problème
- Vérifiez que la prise utilisée est bien sous tension.
- Vérifiez que l’interrupteur secteur est réglé sur « 1 ».
- Vérifiez le fusible de l’effet de lumière
- Vérifiez si les ampoules ne sont pas grillées et remplacez-les, le cas échéant.
N’essayez pas d’effectuer des réparations vous-mêmes. Confiez toutes les
réparations à un service technique qualifié.
