Bevor Sie das Gerät in Betrieb
nehmen
Lesen Sie Gebrauchs‐ und
Montageanleitung aufmerksam durch!
Sie enthalten wichtige Informationen
über Aufstellen, Gebrauch und Wartung
des Gerätes.
Der Hersteller haftet nicht, wenn Sie die
Hinweise und Warnungen der
Gebrauchsanweisung missachten.
Bewahren Sie alle Unterlagen für
späteren Gebrauch oder für
Nachbesitzer auf.
Technische Sicherheit
Das Gerät enthält in geringer Menge das
umweltfreundliche, aber brennbare
Kältemittel R600a. Achten Sie darauf,
dass die Rohre des
Kältemittel‐Kreislaufes bei Transport
oder Montage nicht beschädigt werden.
Herausspritzendes Kältemittel kann zu
Augenverletzungen führen oder sich
entzünden.
Bei Beschädigung
nOffenes Feuer oder Zündquellen vom
Gerät fernhalten,
nGerät ausschalten und Netzstecker
ziehen,
nRaum für einige Minuten gut
durchlüften,
nKundendienst benachrichtigen.
Je mehr Kältemittel in einem Gerät ist,
umso größer muss der Raum sein, in
dem das Gerät steht. In zu kleinen
Räumen kann bei einem Leck ein
brennbares Gas‐Luft‐Gemisch entstehen.
Pro 8 g Kältemittel muss der Raum
mindestens 1 m3 groß sein. Die Menge
des Kältemittels Ihres Gerätes steht auf
dem Typenschild im Inneren des
Gerätes.
Wenn die Netzanschlussleitung dieses
Gerätes beschädigt wird, muss sie
durch den Hersteller, Kundendienst oder
eine ähnlich qualifizierte Person ersetzt
werden. Unsachgemäße Installationen
und Reparaturen können den Benutzer
erheblich gefährden.
Reparaturen dürfen nur durch den
Hersteller, Kundendienst oder eine
ähnlich qualifizierte Person durchgeführt
werden.
Es dürfen nur Originalteile des
Herstellers benutzt werden. Nur bei
diesen Teilen gewährleistet der
Hersteller, dass sie die
Sicherheitsanforderungen erfüllen.
Eine Verlängerung der
Netzanschlussleitung darf nur über den
Kundendienst bezogen werden.

Beim Gebrauch
nNie elektrische Geräte innerhalb des
Gerätes verwenden (z. B. Heizgeräte,
elektrische Eisbereiter usw.).
Explosionsgefahr!
nNie das Gerät mit einem
Dampfreinigungsgerät abtauen oder
reinigen! Der Dampf kann an
elektrische Teile gelangen und einen
Kurzschluss auslösen.
Stromschlaggefahr!
nKeine spitzen und scharfkantigen
Gegenstände verwenden, um Reif-
und Eisschichten zu entfernen. Sie
könnten damit die Kältemittel-Rohre
beschädigen. Herausspritzendes
Kältemittel kann sich entzünden oder
zu Augenverletzungen führen.
nKeine Produkte mit brennbaren
Treibgasen (z. B. Spraydosen) und
keine explosiven Stoffe lagern.
Explosionsgefahr!
nSockel, Auszüge, Türen usw. nicht als
Trittbrett oder zum Abstützen
missbrauchen.
nZum Abtauen und Reinigen
Netzstecker ziehen oder Sicherung
ausschalten. Am Netzstecker ziehen,
nicht am Anschlusskabel.
nHochprozentigen Alkohol nur dicht
verschlossen und stehend lagern.
nKunststoff‐Teile und Türdichtung nicht
mit Öl oder Fett verschmutzen.
Kunststoff‐Teile und Türdichtung
werden sonst porös.
nBe‐ und Entlüftungsöffnungen für das
Gerät nie abdecken oder zustellen.
nDieses Gerät ist von Personen
(einschließlich Kindern) mit
eingeschränkten physischen,

nur zu benutzen, wenn sie durch eine

den Mund nehmen.

Transport
Zum Transport sind am Gerät
leichtgängige Rollen angebracht. Bild $

Transportsicherung entfernen
Bild # (nicht bei allen Modellen)
Entfernen Sie die vier
Transportsicherungen die zwischen
Truhendeckel und Gerät angebracht
sind.
Stecken Sie zwei dieser Transportsi
cherungen auf die dafür vorgesehenen
Halterungen auf der Geräterückseite.
Dadurch wird der Mindestabstand zur
Wand eingehalten, der Truhendeckel
lässt sich korrekt öffnen und die Be
lüftung ist gewährleistet. Damit wird die
ausgewiesene Energieaufnahme des
Gerätes erreicht.
Aufstellort
Zum Aufstellen eignet sich ein trockener,
belüftbarer Raum. Der Aufstellort sollte
nicht direkter Sonnenbestrahlung
ausgesetzt und nicht in der Nähe einer
Wärmequelle wie Herd, Heizkörper etc.
sein. Wenn das Aufstellen neben einer
Wärmequelle unvermeidbar ist,
verwenden Sie eine geeignete
Isolierplatte oder halten Sie folgende
Mindestabstände zur Wärmequelle ein:
nZu Elektro‐ oder Gasherden 3 cm.
nZu Öl‐ oder Kohleanstellherden 30 cm.
Wird das Gerät an die Wand gestellt, ist
zur Rückwand und zu den Seitenwänden
ein Mindestabstand von 70 mm
erforderlich.
Untergrund
Der Boden am Aufstellort darf nicht
nachgeben, Boden eventuell verstärken.
Gerät mit einer Wasserwaage
ausrichten.
Eventuelle Bodenunebenheiten mit
Unterlagen ausgleichen.
Raumtemperatur und
Belüftung beachten
Raumtemperatur
Das Gerät ist für eine bestimmte
Klimaklasse ausgelegt. Abhängig von
der Klimaklasse kann das Gerät bei
folgenden Raumtemperaturen betrieben
werden.
Die Klimaklasse ist auf dem Typenschild
zu finden, Bild !/ .10
Klimaklasse zulässige Raumtemperatur
SN +10 °C bis 32 °C
N+16 °C bis 32 °C
ST +16 °C bis 38 °C
T+16 °C bis 43 °C
Hinweis!
Das Gerät ist innerhalb der
Raumtemperaturgrenzen der
angegebenen Klimaklasse voll
funktionsfähig.
Wird ein Gerät der Klimaklasse SN bei
kälteren Raumtemperaturen betrieben,
können Beschädigungen am Gerät bis
zu einer Temperatur von +5 °C
ausgeschlossen werden.
Belüftung
Bild *
Die Luft an der Rückwand und an den
Seitenwänden des Gerätes erwärmt
sich. Die erwärmte Luft muss unge
hindert abziehen können. Die Kühlma
schine muss sonst mehr leisten. Dies
erhöht den Stromverbrauch. Daher: Nie
Be- und Entlüftungsöffnungen abdecken
oder zustellen!

Gerät anschließen
Nach dem Aufstellen des Gerätes
mindestens 1 Stunde warten, bis das
Gerät in Betrieb genommen wird.
Während des Transports kann es
vorkommen, dass sich das im Verdichter
enthaltene Öl im Kältesystem verlagert.
Vor der ersten Inbetriebnahme den
Innenraum des Gerätes reinigen (siehe
Kapitel ”Gerät reinigen“).
Elektrischer Anschluss
Die Steckdose muss nahe dem Gerät
und auch nach dem Aufstellen des
Gerätes frei zugänglich sein.
Das Gerät entspricht der Schutzklasse I.
Über eine vorschriftsmäßig installierte
Steckdose mit Schutzleiter das Gerät an
220-240 V/50 Hz Wechselstrom
anschließen. Die Steckdose muss mit
einer 10 A bis 16 A Sicherung
abgesichert sein.
Bei Geräten, die in nicht-europäischen
Ländern betrieben werden, ist zu
überprüfen, ob die angegebene
Spannung und Stromart mit den Werten
Ihres Stromnetzes übereinstimmt. Diese
Angaben finden Sie auf dem
Typenschild, Bild+.
!Warnung
Das Gerät darf auf keinen Fall an
elektronische Energiesparstecker
angeschlossen werden.
Zum Gebrauch unserer Geräte können
sinus- und netzgeführte Wechselrichter
verwendet werden. Netzgeführte
Wechselrichter werden bei
Photovoltaikanlagen verwendet, die
direkt ans öffentliche Stromnetz
angeschlossen werden. Bei
Insellösungen (z. B. bei Schiffen oder
Gebirgshütten), die keinen direkten
Anschluss ans öffentliche Stromnetz
haben, müssen sinusgeführte
Wechselrichter verwendet werden.

Wenn das Gerät nur teilweise gefüllt
ist (bei Geräten mit Trennwand bis
maximal zur Markierung “e” auf der
Trennwand) kann diese Einstellung
gewählt werden um Energie zu
sparen.

Zum Einstellen der
Gefrierraumtemperatur,
Temperaturwähler mit einer Münze
drehen.
Stellung 1: wärmste Temperatur
Stellung 6: kälteste Temperatur
3 “alarm”‐Anzeige
Die rote Anzeige leuchtet, wenn es
im Gefrierraum zu warm ist.
4 ”power”‐Anzeige
Die grüne Anzeige leuchtet, wenn
das Gerät eingeschaltet ist.
5 “super”‐Taste
Zum Ein‐ und Ausschalten des
Supergefrierens.
Die gelbe Anzeige leuchtet, wenn
das Supergefrieren eingeschaltet ist.

nMit dem Anschließen ist das Gerät
eingeschaltet, die grüne Anzeige

nDas Leuchten der roten Anzeige
Bild / "3 zeigt, dass die Temperatur im
Gerät zu warm ist, legen Sie Gefriergut
erst nach Erlöschen der roten Anzeige
ein.
Temperatur einstellen
Der Temperaturwähler ist werksseitig auf
Merkzahl 4 eingestellt.
Zum Ändern den Temperaturwähler
Bild / "2 drehen.
Stellung 1: wärmste Temperatur
Stellung 6: kälteste Temperatur
Achtung: Temperaturänderungen wirken
sich langsam aus.
Hinweise zum Betrieb
nBeim Einschalten wird die Temperatur
für den Gefrierraum automatisch auf
ca. -18 °C eingestellt, wenn keine
Temperatureingabe erfolgt.
nSollte sich nach dem Schließen der
Truhe der Deckel nicht sofort wieder
öffnen lassen, warten Sie bitte zwei bis
drei Minuten, bis sich der entstandene
Unterdruck ausgeglichen hat.
Warnmeldungen
Temperaturalarm
Wenn die Temperatur im Gefrierraum zu
warm wird (ca. -9 °C) und das Gefriergut
gefährdet ist leuchtet die “alarm”‐Anzei
ge Bild 3"/ .

Um die maximale Menge an Gefriergut
unterzubringen, können die Körbe aus
dem Gerät herausgenommen werden.
Gefrierraum
Den Gefrierraum verwenden
nZum Lagern von Tiefkühlkost.
nZum Herstellen von Eiswürfeln.
nZum Einfrieren von Lebensmitteln.
Hinweis!
Achten Sie darauf, dass das Gerät

Um Nährwert, Aroma und Farbe möglichst
gut zu erhalten, sollte Gemüse vor dem
Einfrieren blanchiert werden. Bei
Auberginen, Paprika, Zucchini und
Spargel ist das Blanchieren nicht
erforderlich.

Haltbarkeit des Gefriergutes
Die Haltbarkeit ist abhängig von der Art
der Lebensmittel.
Bei einer Temperatur von -18 °C:
nFisch, Wurst, fertige Speisen,
Backwaren:
bis zu 6 Monate.
nKäse, Geflügel, Fleisch:
bis zu 8 Monate.
nGemüse, Obst:
bis zu 12 Monate.
Supergefrieren
Lebensmittel sollen möglichst schnell bis
zum Kern durchgefroren werden.
Dadurch bleiben Vitamine, Nährwerte,
Aussehen und Geschmack erhalten.
Damit es beim Einlegen frischer
Lebensmittel nicht zum unerwünschten
Temperaturanstieg kommt, einige
Stunden vor dem Einlegen frischer Ware
das Supergefrieren einschalten.
Im allgemeinen genügen 4-6 Stunden.
Soll das max. Gefriervermögen genutzt
werden, benötigt man 24 Stunden.
Kleinere Mengen Lebensmittel (ca. 10 %
des Gefriervermögens) können ohne
Supergefrieren eingefroren werden.

Gehen Sie wie folgt vor:
1. Vor dem Reinigen Netzstecker ziehen

Before you put the appliance
into operation
Carefully read through the instructions
for use and assembly instructions. They
contain important information on setting
up, using and maintaining the appliance.
The manufacturer is not liable for any
damage caused by users ignoring the
information and warnings contained in
the instructions for use.
Retain all documents for later use or for
subsequent owners.
Technical safety
The appliance contains a small quantity
of the environmentally-friendly, though
flammable, refrigerant R600a. Make sure
that the pipes of the refrigerant circuit
are not damaged during transport or
installation. If refrigerant shoots out, it
may ignite or cause eye injuries.
In the event of damage:
nKeep open flames or sources of
ignition away from the appliance.
nSwitch off the appliance and unplug it

The more refrigerant an appliance

Connecting the
appliance
After setting up the appliance, wait for at
least 1 hour before starting the
appliance up. The oil contained in the
compressor may have been displaced
into the refrigeration system during
transport.
Before starting the appliance up for the
first time, clean its interior (see section
"Cleaning the appliance").
Electrical connection
The socket must be near to the
appliance and easily accessible after the
appliance has been installed.
The appliance conforms to protection
class I. Connect the appliance to a
220-240 V/50 Hz alternating current
supply using a socket with protective
earthing conductor which has been
correctly installed. The socket must be
protected by a fuse with a rating of 10 A
to 16 A.
In the case of appliances operated
outside of Europe, check whether the
voltage and type of current specified
conform to the values of your electricity

Purchasing frozen foods
nPackaging must not be damaged.
nObserve the best before date.
nThe temperature in the commercial
chest freezer must be -18 °C or
colder.
nAs far as possible, frozen food must
be transported in an insulated
container and quickly placed in the
freezer compartment.
When arranging the food, note
the following:
It is preferable to freeze larger quantities
of food on the appliance floor because
they will become frozen more quickly
and gently there. Lay the food over a
wide area on the floor of the appliance.
Food that is already frozen must not
come into contact with the food that is to
be freshly frozen.
Freezing fresh food
Only use fresh, undamaged food for
freezing.
In order to retain the nutritional value,
aroma and colour of the food as much
as possible, blanch vegetables before
they are frozen. Blanching is not
required for aubergines, peppers,
courgettes and asparagus.
You can find literature about freezing
and blanching in bookshops.
Note!
Do not allow food that is to be frozen to
sit right next to food that has already
been frozen.
nThe following are suitable for freezing:
Baked goods, fish and seafood, meat,
game, poultry, vegetables, fruit, herbs,
eggs without their shells, dairy
products such as cheese, butter and
curd cheese, prepared dishes and
leftovers such as soups, stews,
cooked meat and fish, potato dishes,
baked casseroles and sweet foods.
nThe following are not suitable for
freezing:
Types of vegetables that are usually
eaten raw – such as green salad or
radishes, eggs in their shells, grapes,
whole apples, pears and peaches,
hard-boiled eggs, yoghurt, soured milk,
sour cream, crème fraîche and
mayonnaise.

Packaging frozen food
Pack food so that it is airtight to prevent
it from losing its flavour or drying out.
1. Store food in its packaging.
2. Press out any air.
3. Close the packaging tightly.
4. Label packaging with its contents and
date of freezing.
The following are suitable as
packaging:
Plastic film, polyethylene hose film,
aluminium foil, freezer bags.
You will find these products at your
specialist dealer.
The following are not suitable as
packaging:
Wrapping paper, greaseproof paper,
cellophane, rubbish bags and used
shopping bags.
The following are suitable for sealing
packaging:
Rubber bands, plastic clips, pack-twines,
cold-resistant scotch tape, or similar.
Polyethylene bags and hose film can be
fused closed using a bag sealer.
Storage life of frozen foods
The storage life depends on the type of
food.
At a temperature of -18 °C:
nFish, sausages, prepared dishes,
baked goods:
Up to 6 months
nCheese, poultry, meat:
Up to 8 months
nVegetables, fruit:
Up to 12 months
SuperFreezing
Food should be frozen thoroughly as
quickly as possible. This ensures that
vitamins, nutritional value, appearance
and taste are retained.
To ensure that there is no undesired rise
in temperature while you are placing
fresh food in the freezer, switch on the
SuperFreezing function a few hours
beforehand.
In general, 4-6 hours is sufficient.
If you want to use the max. freezing
capacity, you require 24 hours.
Smaller quantities of food (approx. 10 %
of the freezing capacity) can be frozen
without using SuperFreezing.
To switch SuperFreezing on and off,
press and hold the "super" button,

Defrosting frozen food
You can decide between the following
options, depending on the type of food
and its intended use:

nin the electric oven, with/without hot-air

nin the microwave oven.
Note!
Do not refreeze defrosted food. It can
only be refrozen after it has been
processed (cooked or roasted).
Do not continue to use the complete
max. storage time for the frozen food.

place the separating wall under the
drainage channel to collect the defrosted
water.

impairs the cooling effect on the frozen

nWhen putting food in or taking food
out, open the lid of the chest for as
little time as possible.
nDo not install the chest freezer in a
damp room. A high level of humidity
aids the formation of frost.
nPackage fresh food so that it is as
air-tight as possible.
!Attention
Do not scrape away the layer of ice
using a knife or a sharp object. You
could damage the refrigerant pipes. If
refrigerant shoots out, it may ignite or
cause eye injuries.
Defrosting the appliance
nSwitch on the SuperFreezing function
approx. 4 hours before the defrosting
to ensure that the food is thoroughly
frozen.
nThen clear out the frozen food and
store it in several layers of newspaper
or wrap it in a cover and store it in a
cool place.
nLeave the lid open and unplug the
mains plug.
nPull out the exterior drain plug
(figure / '1), remove the flat drawer or,
if present, the separating wall of the
appliance (figure '/2), lay it under the
drain hole for condensation water to
catch the condensation water
(figure /'3). and pull out the interior
drain plug (figure '/ ).4
nAfter defrosting, clean the appliance
and wipe the inside dry.
nUse the two drainage plugs to seal the
condensation drainage, insert the
separating wall, connect the appliance
and re-arrange the frozen food.
Defrosting aids
To speed up the defrosting process, you
can use a plastic scraper to remove the
layer of ice
!Warning
Never use electrical appliances,
defrosting sprays or open flames to
defrost the freezer, e.g. heaters,
steam-cleaning appliances, candles, oil
lamps, etc.
Do not place any saucepans containing
hot water in the appliance in order to
speed up the defrosting.

Cleaning the appliance
You should clean the freezer
compartment properly after each time it
is defrosted.
!Attention
nNever clean the appliance with a
steam cleaning appliance.
nDo not use gritty, acidic or
chlorine-based cleaning agents or
solvents.
nDo not use any abrasive materials or
materials that may scratch surfaces.
This may lead to corrosion of the
metallic surfaces.
nNever clean the equipment's
accessories in the dishwasher. The
parts may warp.
nThe water used for rinsing must not
get into the control panel or lighting.
Proceed as follows:
1. Before cleaning the appliance, unplug
the mains plug or disconnect the fuse.
2. Take out the frozen food and store it
in a cool place. Place an ice block (if
you have one) on the food.
3. Clean the appliance with a soft cloth,
lukewarm water, and a little pH-neutral
detergent.
4. Only wipe the door seal with clean
water and then rub it until it is dry.
5. After cleaning, reconnect the
appliance to the mains and switch it
on.
6. Put the frozen food back in.
Saving energy
nInstall the appliance in a cool, dry,
well-ventilated room. The appliance
must be installed out of direct sunlight
and away from heat sources (e.g.
heating elements, cooker). Use an
insulating plate if necessary.
nAllow hot food to cool before placing it
in the appliance.
nPlace frozen food that is to be
defrosted in your cooling
compartment. Use the low temperature
of the frozen food to cool down food.
nOpen the appliance door for as little
time as possible.
nA layer of frost in the freezer
compartment impairs the cooling effect
on the frozen food and increases the
power consumption. If there is a layer
of frost, you must defrost the
appliance.
nOccasionally clean the rear of the
appliance to prevent an increased
power consumption.
nIf only medium quantities of food
(approx. 40 %-60 % of the maximum
freezing capacity) are frozen, you can
put food into the freezer after 6 hours
of SuperFreezing and switch
SuperFreezing off.
nIf the appliance is only partially filled
with food (not higher than the "e"
marking on the separating wall if the
appliance comes with a separating
wall), use the "eco" energy-saving
setting.

Sécurité technique
Cet appareil contient une petite quantité
de fluide réfrigérant écologique, mais
inflammable : le R600a. Pendant le
transport et l'installation de l'appareil,
veillez à ne pas endommager les tuyaux
du circuit frigorifique. Si le fluide
réfrigérant jaillit, il peut provoquer des
lésions oculaires ou s'enflammer.
Si l'appareil est endommagé
néloignez toute flamme nue ou source
d'inflammation de l'appareil,
néteignez l'appareil et débranchez la
prise mâle de la prise de courant,
naérez bien la pièce pendant quelques
minutes,
ninformez le service après-vente.
Plus la quantité de fluide réfrigérant
contenue dans l'appareil est importante,
plus la pièce dans laquelle ce dernier se
trouve doit être spacieuse. Dans les
pièces trop petites, un mélange gaz-air
inflammable peut se former en cas de
fuite.
Comptez 1 m3 de volume minimum de
la pièce pour 8 g. de fluide réfrigérant.
La quantité de fluide présente dans
l'appareil est indiquée sur la plaque
signalétique située à l'intérieur de ce
dernier.
Si le cordon d'alimentation de cet
appareil est endommagé, vous devez
confier son remplacement au fabricant,
au service après-vente ou à une
personne détenant des qualifications
similaires. Des réparations inexpertes
peuvent engendrer des risques
considérables pour l'utilisateur.
Les réparations pourront uniquement

Installation de l'appareil
Transport
Pour le transport, l'appareil dispose de
roulettes facilement maniables. Figure $
!Mise en garde
Si nécessaire, bloquez l'appareil pour
l'empêcher de rouler.
Retrait des fixations de
transport

Enlevez les fixations de transport
positionnées entre le couvercle et
l'appareil.
Accrochez deux de ces fixations aux
supports prévus à cet effet à l'arrière de
l'appareil. Cela permet de respecter
l'écart minimum requis par rapport au
mur, d'ouvrir correctement le couvercle
du coffre et de garantir une aération
appropriée. La quantité mentionnée
d'énergie absorbée par l'appareil est
ainsi atteinte.
Lieu d'installation
Il est préférable d'installer l'appareil dans
un endroit sec et bien aéré. Évitez
d'exposer directement l'appareil aux
rayons solaires ou de l'installer à
proximité d'une source de chaleur, telle
qu'une cuisinière, un radiateur, etc. Si
l'installation près d'une source de
chaleur est inévitable, utilisez une
plaque isolante appropriée ou respectez
les distances minimales suivantes :
n3 cm par rapport aux cuisinières
électriques ou à gaz.
n30 cm par rapport à un radiateur au
fuel ou au charbon.
Si l'appareil est installé contre le mur,
une distance minimale de 70 mm est
requise par rapport au mur arrière et aux
murs latéraux.
Surface porteuse
Au niveau de l'emplacement, le sol ne
doit pas s'affaisser. Renforcez-le le cas
échéant.
Vérifier l'horizontalité de l'appareil à
l'aide d'un niveau à bulle.
Compenser les éventuelles inégalités du
sol à l'aide de cales.

Indication !
L'appareil est entièrement fonctionnel
dans les limites de température de la
classe climatique indiquée.
Si un appareil de la classe climatique SN
est exploité à des températures
inférieures, l'appareil ne sera pas
endommagé jusqu'à une température de
+5 °C.

L’air entrant en contact avec les parois
arrière et latérales de l’appareil se
réchauffe. L'air chaud doit pouvoir
s'échapper sans obstacle. S'il ne le peut
pas, le groupe frigorifique doit
fonctionner plus longtemps. ce qui
augmente la consommation de courant.
Pour cette raison, ne recouvrez ni et
n’obstruez jamais les orifices d’aération
de l’appareil !
Raccordement de
l'appareil
Après avoir installé l'appareil, attendez
au moins 1 heure avant de le mettre en
service. Il peut en effet arriver, pendant
le transport, que l'huile présente dans le
compresseur se déplace vers le circuit
frigorifique.
Avant la première mise en service,
nettoyer le compartiment intérieur de
l'appareil (voir le chapitre « Nettoyage de
l'appareil »).
Raccordement électrique
La prise femelle doit être proche de
l'appareil et demeurer librement
accessible même après son installation.
Cet appareil est conforme à la classe de
protection I. Raccordez l'appareil au
courant alternatif 220-240 V/50 Hz via
une prise femelle installée
réglementairement et comportant un fil
de terre. La prise doit être protégée par
un fusible supportant un ampérage de
10 A à 16 A.
Sur les appareils destinés aux pays non
européens, vérifiez si la tension de
branchement et le type de courant
concordent bien avec ceux offerts par le
secteur du pays concerné. Ces données
se trouvent sur la plaque signalétique,
figure .+
!Mise en garde
Ne branchez en aucun cas l'appareil à
une « prise économie d'énergie »
électronique.
Nos appareils peuvent être alimentés via
des onduleurs pilotés par le secteur ou
à pilotage sinusoïdal. Directement

produits frais

uniquement des produits frais, d'un
aspect impeccable.
Afin de conserver le mieux possible les
valeurs nutritives, les arômes et la
couleur des aliments, il est conseillé de
blanchir les légumes avant de les
surgeler. Il n'est pas nécessaire de
blanchir les aubergines, les poivrons, les
courgettes ni les asperges.

bibliographie sur la congélation et le
blanchissement.
Indication !
Veillez à ce que les produits alimentaires
à congeler n'entrent pas en contact avec
les produits déjà surgelés.
nSe prêtent à la congélation :
Pains et pâtisseries, poissons et fruits
de mer, viande, gibier, volailles,
légumes, fruits, fines herbes, oeufs
sans la coque, produits laitiers comme
le fromage, le beurre et le fromage
blanc, plats préparés et restes de
plats tels que les soupes, les ragoûts,
la viande et les poissons cuits, les
plats à base de pommes de terre, les
gratins et les mets sucrés.
nNe se prêtent pas à la congélation :
légumes généralement consommés
crus, tels que la salade ou les radis,
oeufs dans leur coque, raisins,
pommes, poires et pêches entières,
oeuf cuits dur, yaourt, lait caillé, crème

Emballage de surgelés
Conditionnez les aliments dans des
récipients hermétiquement fermés, afin
qu'ils ne sèchent pas et ne perdent pas
leur goût.
1. Placer les aliments dans l'emballage.
2. Chasser l'air des emballages.
3 Fermer l'emballage hermétiquement.
4 Inscrire sur l'emballage le nom du
contenu et la date de congélation.
Emballages adaptés :
Feuilles en plastique, feuilles en
polyéthylène, feuilles d'aluminium, boîtes
de congélation.
Ces produits sont en vente dans les
magasins spécialisés.
Emballages inadaptés :
Papier d'emballage, papier sulfurisé,
feuilles de cellophane, sacs poubelle et
sacs en plastique ayant déjà servi.
Moyens d'obturation adaptés :
Caoutchoucs, clips en plastique, ficelles,
rubans adhésifs résistants au froid ou
produits similaires.
Vous pouvez fermer les sachets et les
feuilles en polyéthylène au moyen d'une
thermosoudeuse.
Durée de conservation des
produits surgelés
La durée de conservation dépend de la
nature des aliments.
À une température de -18 °C :
nPoisson, charcuterie, plats
pré-cuisinés, pâtisseries :
jusqu'à 6 mois.
nFromage, volaille, viande :
jusqu'à 8 mois.
nFruits et légumes :
jusqu'à 12 mois.
Supercongélation
Les aliments doivent congeler à cœur
aussi vite que possible. Ils conservent
ainsi leurs vitamines, leurs valeurs
nutritives, leur aspect et leur goût.
Pour qu'il ne se produise aucune
augmentation non souhaitée de la
température lorsque vous rangez des
produits alimentaires frais, activez la
supercongélation quelques heures avant
de les ranger.
En général, 4 à 6 heures suffisent.
Si vous souhaitez congeler des
quantités correspondant à la capacité de
congélation maximale, 24 heures seront
nécessaires.
Les plus petites quantités d'aliments
(env. 10 % de la capacité de
congélation) peuvent être congelées
sans recourir à la supercongélation.
Appuyer sur la touche “super”
figure /" 5 pour activer et désactiver la
supercongélation.
La mise en service est signalée par le
fait que le témoin “super” s'allume
figure /" 5. Le réfrigérateur fonctionne
désormais en permanence. Une
température très basse est atteinte dans
le compartiment congélateur.

entièrement décongelés. Ne recongelez
les produits qu'après les avoir
transformés (cuisson ou rôtissage).
Dans ce cas, consommez-les nettement
avant la date limite de conservation.

La paroi de séparation empêche que les
aliments à congeler qui viennent juste
d'être rangés dans le compartiment de
précongélation entrent en contact avec
les aliments déjà congelés.
Si vous la retirez et la déposez au fond
du bahut, les petits produits congelés,
par exemple des fraises, peuvent être
congelés rapidement et, avant tout,
individuellement. Lors du dégivrage, elle
peut être déposée sous le canal
d'évacuation pour collecter l'eau de
dégivrage.

Coupure de l'appareil
nDébranchez la fiche mâle du secteur
ou ramenez le disjoncteur en position
éteinte.
Mise hors service de l'appareil
Si l'appareil reste longtemps inutilisé :
1. Sortez tous les produits alimentaires
de l'appareil.
2. Éteignez l'appareil.
3. Dégivrage de l'appareil (voir le
chapitre ”Dégivrage“).
4. Nettoyez l'intérieur de l'appareil (voir
le chapitre « Nettoyage de
l'appareil »).
5. Pour éviter l'apparition de mauvaises
odeurs, laissez le couvercle ouvert.
Dégivrage
La présence d'une couche de givre sur
les parois du bac détériore la diffusion
du froid aux produits congelés et accroît
la consommation de courant. Enlevez
régulièrement la couche de givre.
Conseils d'ordre général
nOuvrir le couvercle du bahut aussi
brièvement que possible pour déposer
ou retirer un produit.
nNe pas installer le congélateur-bahut
dans des pièces humides. Une
humidité de l'air élevée favorise la
formation de givre.
nConditionner si possible les aliments
frais dans des contenants fermés
hermétiquement.
!Attention
Ne pas racler la couche de givre ou la
glace à l'aide d'un couteau ou d'un objet
tranchant. Vous risqueriez
d'endommager les tuyaux de fluide
réfrigérant. Si le fluide réfrigérant jaillit, il
peut provoquer des lésions oculaires ou
s'enflammer.
Dégivrage de l'appareil
nEnv. 4 heures avant de procéder au
dégivrage, activer la supercongélation
de façon à ce que les aliments soient
congelés en profondeur.
nRetirer ensuite les produits congelés
et les envelopper dans plusieurs
couches de papier journal ou un tissu
et les conserver dans un endroit frais.
nLaisser le couvercle ouvert et
débrancher la prise mâle.

nRetirer le bouchon d'évacuation
extérieur figure 1'/ , enlever du
réfrigérateur les plateaux plats ou la
paroi de séparation déjà présente
dans l'appareil figure 2'/ , et la placer
sous le trou d'évacuation afin de
collecter l'eau de dégivrage figure 3'/
et retirer le bouchon d'évacuation
intérieur figure 4'/ .
nUne fois le dégivrage effectué,
nettoyer l'appareil et essuyer l'intérieur
pour le sécher.
nFermer l'évacuation de l'eau de
dégivrage en repositionnant les deux
bouchons d'évacuation, remettre la
paroi de séparation en place, brancher
l'appareil et ranger à nouveau les
produits congelés.
Aide au dégivrage
Une petite spatule en plastique peut être
utilisée pour enlever la couche de glace
et accélérer ainsi le processus de
dégivrage.
!Mise en garde
Ne jamais utiliser d'appareils électriques,
de sprays de dégivrage ou une flamme
nue pour procéder au dégivrage,
comme des radiateurs, des appareils de
nettoyage à la vapeur, des bougies, des
lampes à pétrole ou des dispositifs
similaires.
Ne placez pas de casserole remplie
d'eau chaude dans l'appareil pour
accélérer le dégivrage.
Nettoyage de l'appareil
Le nettoyage du compartiment
congélateur devrait être effectué de
façon appropriée après chaque
dégivrage.
!Attention
nNe nettoyez jamais l'appareil à l'aide
d'un nettoyeur à vapeur !
nN'utilisez aucun produit de nettoyage
contenant du sable, du chlorure ou de
l'acide, ni aucun solvant.
nN'utilisez jamais d'éponges abrasives
ou susceptibles de rayer. Des zones
corrodées pourraient apparaître sur
les surfaces métalliques de l'appareil.
nNe jamais nettoyer les pièces de
l'équipement dans le lave-vaisselle.
Ces pièces pourraient se déformer !
nL'eau de nettoyage ne doit pas
pénétrer dans le panneau de
commande ni l'éclairage.
Procédure :
1. Avant le nettoyage, débranchez la
fiche mâle du secteur ou ramenez le
disjoncteur en position éteinte.
2. Retirez les produits congelés et
rangez-les dans un endroit frais.
Posez les accumulateurs de froid
(s'ils ont été fournis avec l'appareil)
sur ces produits.
3. Nettoyez l'appareil avec un chiffon
doux, de l'eau tiède et du produit à
vaisselle présentant un pH neutre.
4. Essuyez le joint de porte uniquement
avec un chiffon et de l'eau propre.
Ensuite, séchez-le à fond.
5. Après le nettoyage, rebranchez la
fiche mâle de l'appareil, puis
remettez-le en marche.
6. Remettez en place les produits
congelés.

Économies d'énergie
nPlacer l'appareil dans un endroit frais,
sec et bien aéré ! L'appareil ne doit
pas être exposé directement aux
rayons du soleil et ne doit pas se
trouver à proximité d'une source de
chaleur (par ex., radiateur, cuisinière).
Utilisez le cas échéant une plaque
isolante.
nLaisser d'abord refroidir les aliments
chauds avant de les ranger dans
l'appareil !
nRangez les produits surgelés dans le
compartiment réfrigérateur pour qu'ils
dégèlent. Utilisez l'excédent de froid
de ces produits surgelés pour refroidir
les aliments.
nOuvrez la porte de l'appareil le moins
possible et le plus vite possible !
nLa présence d'une couche de givre
dans le compartiment congélation
détériore la diffusion du froid aux

nSi l'appareil n'est que partiellement
chargé d'aliments (pour des appareils
disposant d'une paroi de séparation,
pas au-dessus du repère “e” figurant
sur la paroi), utiliser le réglage
économique “eco”.

Conservare tutta la documentazione per

Sicurezza tecnica
L'apparecchio contiene una piccola
quantità del refrigerante R600a, un gas
compatibile con l'ambiente ma
infiammabile. Prestare attenzione a non
danneggiare i tubi del circuito
refrigerante durante il trasporto o il
montaggio. Il refrigerante fuoriuscito a
pressione può danneggiare gli occhi o
infiammarsi.
In caso di danni
ntenere lontano dall'apparecchio
fiamme libere o sorgenti di
accensione,
nspegnere l'apparecchio e staccare la
spina,
nventilare bene il locale per alcuni
minuti,
ne contattare il servizio assistenza.
La grandezza della stanza in cui è
posizionato l'apparecchio deve essere
direttamente proporzionale alla quantità
di refrigerante contenuta
nell'apparecchio. In ambienti troppo
piccoli, in caso di fuga si può formare
una miscela infiammabile di aria e gas.
Ogni 8 g di refrigerante, l'ambiente deve
disporre di un minimo di 1 m3.
La quantità di refrigerante
dell'apparecchio è indicata sulla
targhetta di identificazione
posta all'interno dell'apparecchio.
Qualora il collegamento alla rete del
presente apparecchio fosse
danneggiato, deve essere sostituito dal
produttore, dal servizio di assistenza
tecnica o da un addetto qualificato.
L'installazione o eventuali riparazioni
effettuate in modo non corretto possono
essere una grossa fonte di rischio per
l'utente.
Le riparazioni devono essere effettuate
esclusivamente dal produttore, dal
servizio di assistenza tecnica o da un
addetto qualificato.
Devono essere impiegati soltanto
accessori originali del produttore.
Soltanto in caso di impiego di accessori

È consentito richiedere una prolunga per

nNon usare impropriamente lo zoccolo,
i cassetti estraibili, le porte ecc. come
pedana d'appoggio o come sostegno.
nPer lo sbrinamento o la pulizia estrarre
la spina di alimentazione o disattivare il
fusibile. Estrarre direttamente la spina,
senza tirare il cavo.
nConservare alcol ad alta gradazione
solo ermeticamente chiuso e in
posizione verticale.
nNon sporcare le parti plastiche e le
guarnizioni delle porte con olio o
grasso, per evitare che tali parti
diventino porose.

Installazione
dell'apparecchio
Trasporto
Per il trasporto sono state montate
sull'apparecchio delle rotelle facili da
manovrare. Figura $

In caso di necessità assicurare che
l'apparecchio non si muova
accidentalmente.
Rimuovere i dispositivi di
protezione per il trasporto
Figura # (non per tutti i modelli)
Rimuovere i quattro dispositivi di
protezione per il trasporto applicati tra lo
sportello del congelatore e
l'apparecchio.
Applicare due di questi dispositivi di
protezione per il trasporto sui supporti
previsti sul lato posteriore
dell'apparecchio. Viene mantenuta la
distanza minima dalla parete, lo sportello
del congelatore può aprirsi
correttamente ed è garantita la
ventilazione. In questo caso viene
raggiunto l'assorbimento d'energia
previsto dell'apparecchio.
Luogo di installazione
Per l'installazione è adatto un luogo
asciutto e ventilato. Il luogo di
installazione non deve essere esposto
all'irraggiamento solare diretto e non
deve essere in prossimità di una fonte di
calore come fornello, calorifero, ecc. Se
l'installazione vicino a una fonte di calore
è inevitabile, utilizzare un pannello
isolante idoneo o rispettare le seguenti
distanze minime dalla fonte di calore:
nDa cucine elettriche o a gas 3 cm.
nDa stufe a olio combustibile o a
carbone 30 cm.
Se l'apparecchio viene collocato contro
la parete, è necessaria una distanza
minima di 70 mm dalla parete posteriore
e dalle pareti laterali.
Fondo d'appoggio
Il pavimento nel luogo dell'installazione
non deve cedere; rinforzarlo se
necessario.
Mettere l'apparecchio in piano
servendosi di una livella a bolla d'aria.
Compensare le irregolarità del

+5 °C.
Ventilazione

L'aria sulla parete posteriore e sulle
pareti laterali dell'apparecchio si
surriscalda. L'aria riscaldata deve poter
essere rimossa senza ostacoli, altrimenti
il motore di raffreddamento dovrebbe
lavorare di più incrementando così il
consumo di energia elettrica. Quindi:
Non coprire né ostruire le aperture di
aerazione dell'apparecchio!
Allacciamento
dell'apparecchio
Dopo l'installazione dell'apparecchio,
aspettare almeno 1 ora prima di metterlo
in funzione. Durante il trasporto può
accadere che l'olio contenuto nel
compressore penetri nel sistema di
raffreddamento.
Prima della messa in funzione pulire
l'interno dell'apparecchio (vedere
capitolo "Pulizia dell'apparecchio").
Allacciamento elettrico
La presa di corrente deve essere vicina
all'apparecchio e liberamente
accessibile dopo l'installazione
dell'apparecchio.
L'apparecchio rispetta la classe di
protezione I. Collegare l'apparecchio a
corrente alternata da 220-240 v/50 Hz
utilizzando una presa di corrente
installata a norma di legge con cavo di
protezione. La presa di corrente deve
essere protetta con un fusibile
compreso tra 10-A a 16A .
Per gli apparecchi destinati all'uso in
paesi extraeuropei è necessario
verificare se la tensione e il tipo di
corrente indicati corrispondono ai valori
della rete elettrica locale. Questi dati
sono riportati sulla targhetta di
identificazione, figura +.
!Pericolo
È assolutamente vietato collegare
l'apparecchio a prese a risparmio
energetico elettroniche.
Per utilizzare il nostro apparecchio
possono essere impiegati invertitori
pilotati da rete o sinusoidali. Gli invertitori
commutati dalla rete vengono utilizzati
negli impianti fotovoltaici che vengono
direttamente collegati alla rete elettrica
pubblica. Utilizzare gli invertitori
sinusoidali nel caso di soluzioni ad isola
(ad es. sulle imbarcazioni oppure nelle
baite di montagna) che non hanno un
collegamento diretto alla rete elettrica.

da surgelare
Conservare gli alimenti in confezioni
ermetiche per evitare che perdano il loro
gusto o possano seccarsi.
1. Introdurre gli alimenti nel sacchetto o
nel contenitore.
2. Far fuoriuscire l'aria.
3 Chiudere la confezione
ermeticamente.
4 Riportare sulla confezione il contenuto
e la data di congelamento.
Come imballaggio si addicono:
Pellicola in plastica, pellicola tubolare in
polietilene, pellicola in alluminio e
vaschette per congelare.
Questi prodotti sono reperibili nei negozi
specializzati.
Come imballaggio non si addicono:
Carta da pacchi, carta pergamena,
cellofan, sacchetti per la spazzatura e
sacchetti della spesa usati.
Per la chiusura sono indicati:
Anelli in gomma, clip in plastica, spago,
nastro adesivo resistente al freddo ecc.
Sacchetti e pellicole tubolari in
polietilene possono essere saldati con
una sigillatrice.
Durata di conservazione dei
surgelati
La durata di conservazione dipende dal
tipo di pietanza.
A una temperatura di -18 °C:
npesce, salsicce, piatti pronti, prodotti
da forno:

Congelamento rapido
Gli alimenti devono essere surgelati fino
al centro il più rapidamente possibile
affinché vengano conservati le vitamine,
le sostanze nutritive, l'aspetto e il
sapore.
Affinché durante l'introduzione di
alimenti freschi non si verifichino
aumenti di temperatura indesiderati,
attivare il raffreddamento rapido qualche
ora prima dell'introduzione di alimenti
freschi.
In generale bastano 4-6 ore.
Qualora venga utilizzata la capacità di
congelamento massima, sono
necessarie 24 ore.
Piccole quantità di cibo (ca. 10 % della
capacità di congelamento) possono
essere congelate senza il congelamento
rapido.
Per attivare/disattivare il congelamento
rapido premere il tasto “super”
figura / ."5
La messa in funzione viene mostrata
mediante la spia "super” accesa
figura /"5. Il motore di raffreddamento
lavora ora in modo continuato. Nel
congelatore viene raggiunta una

Scongelamento dei
surgelati
A seconda del tipo di alimento e
dell'utilizzo, si può scegliere tra le
seguenti possibilità:
na temperatura ambiente,
nnel frigorifero,
nnel forno elettrico, con/senza
ventilatore ad aria calda,
nnel forno a microonde.
Caution!
Non congelare nuovamente alimenti
parzialmente o completamente
scongelati. Solo dopo la preparazione
(cottura o arrosto) è possibile un nuovo
congelamento.
Non utilizzare più la durata massima di
conservazione dell'alimento.

Parete divisoria estraibile

La parete divisoria impedisce che le
pietanze fresche da congelare nel
precongelatore entrino in contatto con le
pietanze già congelate poste nello
scomparto.
Se la parete divisoria viene rimossa e
disposta sul fondo, gli alimenti di piccole
dimensioni, come ad esempio le fragole,
possono essere congelati in maniera
rapida e soprattutto singolarmente.
Durante lo scongelamento può essere
disposta sotto al canale di scarico per
raccogliere l'acqua di scongelamento.

nDisattivare il fusibile o estrarre la spina
dalla presa.

Se l'apparecchio non viene utilizzato per

4. Pulire l'interno dell'apparecchio

5. Lasciare aperto lo sportello

formazione di odore.
Sbrinamento
Uno strato di brina sulle pareti del
congelatore peggiora le prestazioni
dell'apparecchio e aumenta il consumo
di energia. Rimuovere regolarmente lo
strato di brina.
Consigli generali
nPer svuotare e riempire aprire lo
sportello il meno possibile.
nNon collocare il congelatore in locali
umidi. L'elevata umidità dell'aria
favorisce la formazione di brina.
nConservare gli alimenti in confezioni
più ermetiche possibili.
!Attenzione
Non rimuovere lo strato di brina o
ghiaccio con un coltello o con oggetti
appuntiti. Così facendo si potrebbero
danneggiare i tubi del refrigerante. Il
refrigerante fuoriuscito a pressione può
infiammarsi oppure danneggiare gli
occhi.
Scongelamento
dell'apparecchio
nCa. 4 ore prima dello scongelamento
attivare il congelamento rapido, in
modo tale che il congelamento delle
pietanze sia più duraturo.
nDi seguito rimuovere le pietanze
congelate, disporle su più strati
avvolgendole in carta di giornale o in
un panno, quindi conservare in una
luogo fresco.
nLasciare aperto lo sportello ed estrarre
la spina elettrica.
nRimuovere il tappo di scarico esterno
figura /'1, rimuovere dall'apparecchio
la vaschetta piana, oppure se
disponibile la parete divisoria,
figura /'2, e metterla sotto il foro di
scolo per raccogliere l'acqua di
sbrinamento figura '/3 e rimuovere il
tappo di scarico interno figura '/ .4
nDopo lo sbrinamento, pulire
l'apparecchio e asciugare l'interno.
nRichiudere il foro di scolo con i due
tappi di scarico, inserire la parete
divisoria, collegare l'apparecchio e
sistemare di nuovo gli alimenti
surgelati.
Mezzi ausiliari di sbrinamento
Per accelerare lo sbrinamento, è
possibile utilizzare una spatola di
plastica per staccare lo strato di
ghiaccio.
!Pericolo
Non utilizzare mai apparecchi elettrici,
spray per lo sbrinamento o fiamma
libera, come apparecchi di
riscaldamento, apparecchi per la pulizia
a vapore, candele, lampade a petrolio
e simili.
Non disporre nell'apparecchio una
pentola con acqua bollente, per
accelerare lo sbrinamento.

Pulizia dell'apparecchio
La pulizia dell'interno del congelatore
deve essere eseguita opportunamente
dopo ogni sbrinamento.
!Attenzione
nNon pulire mai l'apparecchio con una
pulitrice a vapore!
nNon utilizzare detergenti abrasivi,
solventi o contenenti acidi o sabbia.
nNon utilizzare detergenti aggressivi o
spugnette abrasive. Sussiste la
possibilità che le superfici in metallo
vengano corrose.
nNon lavare mai in lavastoviglie i pezzi
forniti in dotazione. Potrebbero
deformarsi!
nNon lasciare penetrare l'acqua di
lavaggio negli elementi di comando o
di illuminazione.
Procedere come segue:
1. Prima della pulizia estrarre la spina di
alimentazione o disattivare il fusibile!
2. Estrarre gli alimenti e conservarli in un
luogo fresco. Disporre l'accumulatore
di freddo sugli alimenti (qualora
fornito in dotazione).
3. Lavare l'apparecchio con un panno
morbido, acqua tiepida e un detersivo
con PH neutro.
4. Lavare la guarnizione della porta solo
con acqua e asciugare
accuratamente.
5. Dopo la pulizia, ricollegare
l'apparecchio e accenderlo.
6. Riporre nuovamente gli alimenti.
Risparmio energetico
nCollocare l'apparecchio in un ambiente
fresco, asciutto e ben ventilato!
L'apparecchio non deve essere
esposto alla luce solare diretta o vicino
a una fonte di calore (ad es. calorifero,
fornello). Utilizzare eventualmente un
pannello isolante.
nLasciar raffreddare gli alimenti prima di
introdurli nell'apparecchio!
nDisporre la pietanza da scongelare
all'interno del frigorifero. Si sfrutta così
il freddo del cibo congelato per
raffreddare gli alimenti nel frigorifero.
nAprire l'apparecchio per il minor tempo
possibile.
nUno strato di brina nel congelatore
peggiora le prestazioni
dell'apparecchio e aumenta il
consumo di energia. In caso di
formazione di brina, scongelare
l'apparecchio!
nPer evitare un consumo eccessivo di
energia elettrica, la zona del motore
dell’apparecchio dovrebbe essere
pulita saltuariamente.
nSe si congelano solo quantità medie di
alimenti (ca. 40 %-60 % della capacità
massima di congelamento), dopo
6 ore di attivazione del congelamento
rapido, gli alimenti possono esser
introdotti e il congelamento rapido può
essere disattivato.
nSe l'apparecchio viene riempito
soltanto parzialmente (negli
apparecchi con parete divisoria non
oltre la tacca “e” sulla parete
divisoria), utilizzare l'impostazione
risparmio “eco”.

Allontanare leggermente i contenitori
l'uno dall'altro.

Voordat u het apparaat in
gebruik neemt

ding zorgvuldig door! U vindt daar
belangrijke informatie over het opstellen,
gebruik en onderhoud van het apparaat.
De fabrikant is niet aansprakelijk,
wanneer u de instructies en
waarschuwingen in de
gebruiksaanwijzing negeert.
Bewaar alle documenten voor later
gebruik of voor de volgende eigenaar.
Technische veiligheid
Het apparaat bevat in geringe mate het
milieuvriendelijke maar brandbare
koelmiddel R600a. Let erop, dat de
leidingen van het koelmiddelcircuit
tijdens het transport of de montage niet
beschadigd raken. Ontsnappend
koelmiddel kan oogletsel veroorzaken of
ontbranden.
Bij beschadiging
nopen vuur of ontstekingsbronnen weg
houden van het apparaat,
napparaat uitschakelen en de
netstekker lostrekken,
nkamer gedurende enkele minuten
goed ventileren,
nklantenservice inschakelen.
Hoe meer koelmiddel in een apparaat
aanwezig is, des te groter moet de
ruimte zijn, waarin het apparaat staat. In
te kleine ruimten kan bij een lekkage
een brandbaar gas-lucht-mengsel
ontstaan.
Per 8 g koelmiddel moet de ruimte
minimaal 1 m3 groot zijn. De
hoeveelheid koelmiddel in uw apparaat
vindt u op de typeplaat in uw apparaat.
Wanneer de netkabel van dit apparaat
wordt beschadigd, moet deze door de
fabrikant, de klantenservice of een
gekwalificeerd persoon worden
vervangen. Ondeskundige installatie en
reparatie kan de gebruiker in gevaar
brengen.
Reparaties mogen alleen door de
fabrikant, de klantenservice of een
overeenkomstig gekwalificeerd persoon
uitgevoerd worden.
Er mogen alleen originele onderdelen
van de fabrikant worden gebruikt. Alleen
bij deze onderdelen waarborgt de
fabrikant, dat wordt voldaan aan de
veiligheidsvoorschriften.
Een verlenging van de netaansluitkabel
mag alleen via de klantenservice worden
gerealiseerd.

Bij gebruik
nNooit elektrische apparaten in het
apparaat gebruiken (bijv.
verwarmingstoestellen, elektrische
ijsmakers enz.). Explosiegevaar!
nNooit het apparaat met een
stoomreiniger ontdooien of reinigen!
De stoom kan bij de elektrische
onderdelen komen en een kortsluiting
veroorzaken. Gevaar voor elektrocutie!
nGeen spitse of scherpe objecten
gebruiken, om rijp- en ijslagen te
verwijderen. U kunt daarmee de
koelmiddelleidingen beschadigen.
Ontsnappend koelmiddel kan
oogletsel veroorzaken of ontbranden.
nGeen producten met brandbare
drijfgassen (bijv. spuitbussen) en geen
explosieve stoffen bewaren.
Explosiegevaar!
nSokkel, lades, deuren enz. niet als
opstapje of als ondersteunen
gebruiken.
nVoor het ontdooien en schoonmaken
de netstekker lostrekken of de
zekering uitschakelen. Trek aan de
stekker, nooit aan de kabel.
nMiddelen met een hoog
alcoholpercentage alleen goed
afgesloten en staand bewaren.
nKunststof onderdelen en
deurafdichting niet met olie of vet
vervuilen. Kunststofdelen en
deurafdichting worden ander poreus.
nBe- en ontluchtingsopeningen voor het
apparaat nooit afdekking of afsluiten.
nDit apparaat mag door personen
(inclusief kinderen) met beperkte
fysische, sensorische of psychische
capaciteiten of gebrekkige kennis
alleen worden gebruikt, wanneer zij
door een voor hun veiligheid
verantwoordelijke persoon onder
toezicht staan of door deze instructies
