1. Contenu de la boîte
SANICONDENS Clim mini est composé de deux éléments :
- Bloc pompe
- Détecteur trois niveaux

A – Bloc de détection
4 Aimant vers le haut.
4 Couvercle fermé.
4 Connecter le tube d’évent sur le capot du
détecteur et orienter ce tube vers le haut.
4 Installer le détecteur à l’horizontale
à l’aide du support fourni.
B – Bloc pompe
4 Installer la pompe dans la goulotte 1 ou dans le faux plafond 2.
Bien respecter la direction de pompage (voir flèche sur le bloc pompe).
4 Installer la pompe de préférence à la verticale.
4 Réserver un espace autour du bloc pompe afin de permettre son refroidissement
en cas de fonctionnement prolongé.
4 Limiter les contacts entre les câbles électriques et l’eau.
C – Connexions hydrauliques
4 Connecter le détecteur à l’arrivée des condensats (1).
4 Connecter la pompe et le détecteur à l’aide du tuyau fourni (2).
4 Evacuation (3) :
• La sortie de la pompe doit être reliée au conduit des eaux
usées à l’aide d’un tube de diamètre intérieur 8 ou 10mm
(non fourni).
• Attention au siphonage, la sortie du tube de refoulement
doit être plus haute que le niveau du bac des condensats.
D – Connexions électriques
4 Connecter le détecteur au bloc pompe avec le câble.
4 Pour le raccordement de l’alarme,
vous disposez de contacts NO/NF
(normalement ouvert/normalement fermé),
le pouvoir de coupure = 5A. Connecter
l’alarme en fonction du schéma électrique
de l’installation.
4 Alimentation :
• Connecter électriquement la pompe (phase,
terre, neutre) :
- Soit par l’intermédiaire du climatiseur
- Soit en direct en passant par un dispositif de
disjoncteur différentiel 30 mA.
5. Mise en service
4 Vérifier les sens de pompage (voir flèche sur le bloc pompe).
4 Verser de l’eau dans le bac de condensats.
4 Vérifier que la pompe démarre et s’arrête
quand le niveau d’eau a diminué.
4 Contrôler l’étanchéité des connexions.
6. Maintenance
4 Toute intervention de maintenance doit être effectuée hors tension.
4 Ce produit nécessite une maintenance en début de saison estivale ou régulièrement
si la pompe est utilisée toute l’année.
4 Nettoyer :
• Le réservoir.
• Le filtre.
• Le flotteur.
• Replacer le tout et fermer le réservoir.

1. Box contents
SANICONDENS Clim mini comprises two components:
- Pump unit

4. Installation
A – Level Sensor unit
4 Magnet facing upwards.
4 Cover on.
4 Connect the short pipe (150mm)
to the lid vent, point it upwards
and secure.
4 Fit the level sensor horizontally
using the support supplied.
B – Pump unit
4 Install the pump in the trunking 1 or in the suspended ceiling 2.
Make sure the the pump is pointing in the right direction (see arrows on the pump unit).
4 Install the pump vertically (preferably).
4 Make sure there is enough room around the pump unit for it to cool off in the event
of prolonged usage.
4 Ensure that electrical connections are not exposed to water.
C – Hydraulic connections
4 Feed the incoming condensate to the level sensor inlet (1).
4 Connect the pump and the level sensor up using the pipe supplied (2).
4 Evacuation (3):
• The pump outlet must be connected to the waste water discharge
using a suitable fitting with an inner diameter of 8 to 10mm
(not supplied).
• Warning: To prevent siphoning, the discharge outlet must be
higher than the condensate tank.
D – Electric connections
4 Connect the level sensor to the pump unit using the cable.
4 To connect the alarm, there are
(usually open/ usually closed) contacts,
interrupting capacity = 5A.
Connect the alarm as shown in the wiring
setup diagram.
4 Electricity supply:
• Plug the pump in (phase, earth, neutral):
- either by way of the air conditioner
- or directly using a 30-mA circuit breaker.
5. Start-up
4 Check pumping direction
(see arrow on the pump unit).
4 Introduce water into the level sensor.
4 Check that the pump starts up and then stops
once the water level has dropped.
4 Check that the connections are all waterproof.
6. Maintenance
4 Maintenance must only be carried out with the appliance switched off.
4 This product must be maintained at the start of each summer season, or regularly if
the pump is used year round.
4 Clean:
• the reservoir,
• the filter,
• the float ball.
• Replace all items and close the reservoir.
