BETRIEBSANLEITUNG SORGFÄLTIG ZU LESEN UND ZU

ACHTUNG! Lesen Sie alle Sicherheitshinweise und Anweisungen. Die

Nichtbeachtung der Sicherheitshinweise und Anweisungen kann zu schweren

Verletzungen oder zum Tod führen.

Der Begriff "Gerät" oder "Produkt" in den Warnhinweisen und in der Beschreibung des

Handbuchs bezieht sich auf:

2.1. Sicherheit am Arbeitsplatz

a) Den Arbeitsbereich aufgeräumt und gut beleuchtet halten. Unordnung oder

schlechte Beleuchtung kann zu Unfällen führen. Seien Sie vorausschauend,

passen Sie auf, was Sie tun, und nutzen Sie Ihren gesunden

Menschenverstand, wenn Sie das Gerät benutzen.

b) Wenn Sie Schäden oder Unregelmäßigkeiten beim Betrieb des Produkts

feststellen, schalten Sie es sofort aus und melden Sie dies einer autorisierten

Person.

c) Wenn Sie Zweifel haben, ob das Gerät ordnungsgemäß funktioniert, wenden

Sie sich an den Kundendienst des Herstellers.

d) Reparaturen am Gerät dürfen nur vom Kundendienst des Herstellers

durchgeführt werden. Keine Reparaturen in Eigenregie durchführen!

e) Kinder und unbefugte Personen dürfen sich nicht im Arbeitsbereich

aufhalten. (Unachtsamkeit kann zum Verlust der Kontrolle über das Gerät

führen).

f) Verstärkte Schläuche sollten an Stellen verwendet werden, an denen die

Gefahr einer Beschädigung besteht.

g) Das Anschließen und Abklemmen der Druckleitung hat bei geschlossenem

Luftventil zu erfolgen.

h) Wenn die Arbeit mit dem Gerät begonnen wird, muss die Luftzufuhr zum

Gerät schrittweise erhöht werden, um sicherzustellen, dass das Gerät

ordnungsgemäß funktioniert. Falls eine Fehlfunktion des Geräts festgestellt

wird, muss das Gerät sofort von der Luftzufuhr getrennt werden und der

Kundenservice des Herstellers muss kontaktiert werden.

i) Der Druckluftschlauch darf nicht auf den Nutzer oder andere Personen sowie

Tiere gerichtet werden.

j) Unterbrechen Sie die Druckluftzufuhr nicht durch Quetschen oder Knicken

der Druckschläuche.

k) Verwenden Sie das Gerät nicht ohne installierte Düse.

l) Der Aufenthalt von Dritten in der Nähe des Arbeitsplatzes ist verboten.

m) Beachten Sie bei Verwendung dieses Geräts mit anderen Geräten auch die

einschlägigen Gebrauchsanweisungen.

Immer beachten! Achten Sie auf die Sicherheit von Kindern und anderen

Unbeteiligten, während Sie das Gerät bedienen.

2.2. Eigenschutz

a) Bedienen Sie das Gerät nicht, wenn Sie müde oder krank sind oder unter dem

Einfluss von Alkohol, Drogen oder Medikamenten stehen, die Ihre Fähigkeit zur

Bedienung des Geräts beeinträchtigen könnten.

b) Seien Sie vorsichtig und benutzen Sie Ihren gesunden Menschenverstand,

wenn Sie mit dem Gerät arbeiten. Eine kurze Unachtsamkeit bei der Arbeit

kann zu schweren Verletzungen führen.

c) Verwenden Sie bei der Arbeit mit dem Gerät die erforderliche persönliche

Schutzausrüstung, wie in Abschnitt 1 der Symbolerklärung angegeben.

Die Verwendung geeigneter, zugelassener persönlicher Schutzausrüstung

verringert das Verletzungsrisiko.

d) Um ein versehentliches Einschalten des Gerätes zu vermeiden, achten Sie

darauf, dass sich der Betriebsschalter in der Position „Aus“ befindet, bevor Sie

den Netzstecker an die Stromquelle anschalten

i) Sichern Sie das Werkstück, insbesondere wenn es klein ist, gegen

unbeabsichtigtes Verschieben, z. B. durch Blockieren mit einem Schraubstock.

j) Bei der Arbeit mit dem Gerät entsteht Staub, der Schadstoffe enthalten kann.

Verwenden Sie das Gerät in einem sehr gut belüfteten Raum und tragen Sie

eine Schutzmaske mit Filter.

2.3. Sichere Verwendung des Geräts

a) Stellen Sie sicher, dass das Rad fest sitzt. Verwenden Sie Werkzeuge, die für

die Anwendung geeignet sind. Ein richtig ausgewähltes Produkt wird die

Aufgabe, für die es entwickelt wurde, besser und sicherer erfüllen.

b) Ziehen Sie den Druckschlauch ab, bevor Sie Einstellungen vornehmen,

Zubehörteile wechseln oder das Gerät lagern. Eine solche

Vorbeugungsmaßnahme verringert das Risiko eines versehentlichen

Einschaltens.

c) Unbenutzte Geräte außerhalb der Reichweite von Kindern und Personen, die

nicht mit dem Gerät oder dieser Anleitung vertraut sind, aufbewahren. Die

Geräte sind in den Händen unerfahrener Benutzer gefährlich.

d) Halten Sie das Gerät in gutem Betriebszustand. Vor jedem Einsatz prüfen, ob

allgemeine Schäden oder Schäden an beweglichen Teilen vorliegen (Risse in

Bauteilen und Komponenten oder andere Zustände, die den sicheren Betrieb

des Geräts beeinträchtigen können). Im Falle einer Beschädigung das Gerät vor

Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsvorschriften für die manuelle Handhabung.

i) Vermeiden Sie Situationen, in denen das Gerät bei starker Belastung mitten im

Betrieb stehen bleibt. Dies kann zu einer Überhitzung der

Antriebskomponenten und damit zur Beschädigung des Geräts führen.

j) Berühren Sie keine beweglichen Teile oder Zubehörteile, es sei denn, das Gerät

ist vom Stromnetz getrennt.

k) Das Gerät darf nicht an der Druckleitung angehoben oder aufgehängt werden.

l) Die Wartung und der Austausch von Schläuchen, Düsen usw. sollten nur bei

abgetrennter Druckluftzufuhr und drucklosem Behälter durchgeführt werden.

m) Für die Speisung des Geräts Luft verwenden – die Verwendung anderer Gase

wird untersagt.

n) Transportieren Sie das Gerät in einer aufrechten Position.

o) In dem Gerät darf nur Sandstrahlmaterial verwendet werden, das für

Sandstrahlgeräte bestimmt ist. Es ist verboten, gewöhnlichen Sand zu

verwenden!

p) Wenn das Gerät transportiert wird oder nicht in Gebrauch ist, sollte der Druck

im Sandtank entlastet werden. Der Druckmesser sollte 0 anzeigen.

q) Der empfohlene Versorgungsdruck darf nicht überschritten werden, da

hierdurch Beschädigungen des Geräts verursacht werden können.

r) Der zulässige maximale Betriebsdruck für das Gerät darf nicht überschritten

werden!

ACHTUNG! Obwohl das Produkt so konstruiert wurde, dass es sicher

ist und über angemessene Sicherheitsvorkehrungen verfügt, besteht

trotz der zusätzlichen Sicherheitsvorkehrungen für den Benutzer ein

geringes Unfall-

Das Produkt ist für das Versprühen von flüssigen Stoffen bestimmt, die in dem

beigefügten Behälter gesammelt werden, z. B. Chemikalien, Konservierungsmittel

usw.

Für allerlei Schäden, die durch unsachgemäßen Gebrauch entstehen, haftet der

Anwender.

3.1. Produktübersicht

c) Nach jeder Reinigung müssen alle Teile gründlich getrocknet (oder mit

Druckluft ausgeblasen) werden, bevor das Gerät wieder verwendet wird.

d) Lagern Sie das Gerät an einem trockenen und kühlen Ort, geschützt vor

Feuchtigkeit und direkter Sonneneinstrahlung.

e) Es ist verboten, das Gerät mit einem Wasserstrahl abzuspritzen oder es in

Wasser zu tauchen.

f) Verwenden Sie zur Reinigung ein weiches Tuch und/oder eine empfindliche

Bürste und ein Lösungsmittel (z. B. Nitro- . oder Silikonentferner)

g) Verwenden Sie zur Reinigung keine scharfen und/oder metallischen

Gegenstände (z. B. Drahtbürste oder Metallspachtel), da diese die Oberfläche

des Produkts beschädigen können.

2.1. Safety in the workplace

a) Keep the work area tidy and well lit. Disorder or poor lighting can lead to

accidents. Be foresighted, watch what you are doing and use common sense

when using the device.

b) If you find any damage or irregularities in the operation of the product,

immediately turn it off and report it to an authorized person.

c) If in doubt as to whether the appliance is working, contact the manufacturer’s

technical service.

d) Repairs to the device may only be carried out by the manufacturer's service.

e) No children or unauthorized persons are allowed in the work area.

f) Reinforced hoses should be used in places where there is a risk of damage.

2.2. Personal safety

before connecting to a power source.

2.3. Safe use of the device

a) Do not overload the device. Use tools that are suitable for the application. A

correctly selected product will do a better and safer job for which it was

designed.

b) Disconnect the pressure hose before making any adjustments, changing

accessories, or storing the tool. This precaution reduces the risk of accidental

start- up.

c) Keep unused equipment out of the reach of children and out of the reach of

anyone unfamiliar with the unit or this instruction manual. Products are

dangerous when used by inexperienced users.

d) Keep the unit in good working condition. Check before each use for general

damage or damage to moving parts (cracks in parts and components or any

other condition that may affect the safe operation of the unit). If damaged,

have the unit repaired before use.

e) Keep the product out of the reach of children.

o) Only sandblasting material designed for sandblasting machines may be used in

the device. It is forbidden to use ordinary sand!

p) Whenever the unit is transported or not in use, the pressure in the sand tank

should be relieved. The pressure gauge should read 0.

q) Do not exceed the recommended supply pressure as this may damage the unit.

r) Do not exceed the maximum permissible operating pressure of the unit!

CAUTION! Although the product has been designed to be safe and

has adequate safeguards and despite the additional safety features

provided to the user, there is still a slight risk of accident or injury

when handling the product. Caution and common sense are advised

container, e.g. chemicals, preservatives, etc.

3.2. Preparation and use

POSITIONING OF THE UNIT

The ambient temperature must not exceed 45°C and ambient humidity should not

exceed 85%. Use the unit in properly ventilated spaces. Do not block the air outlet

of the unit. Keep the unit away from any hot surfaces. Always use the device out of

the reach of children, animals and people with limited mental, sensory and

intellectual functions. The work area should provide immediate access to the

compressed air shut-off valve. Make sure that the pressure of the air supply to the

unit does not exceed the recommended range. The air supplied to the device should

be cleaned and dried. The minimum diameter of the air supply hose is 10 mm.

ASSEMBLY AND USE

• Attach the device to the pneumatic hose connected to the pneumatic

system (during installation, the air supply should be turned off) through the

pneumatic tip (G) at the bottom of the handle (D).

IMPORTANT: if the air supply hose is longer than 8 m, the supply pressure

must be increased.

• Attach the adapter for the pneumatic quick coupler to the tip and select

the appropriate hose with a tip. Check the installation for tightness by

unscrewing the compressed air supply and pressing the trigger several

times. Then, after releasing the trigger, listen to whether the air is escaping

somewhere.

• If the installation is tight, you can unscrew the container (H) from the body

body.

• Make a short test spraying, e.g. on a piece of cardboard, to check and, if

necessary, adjust the spray using the knob (E) on the handle (D).

• You can start working with the device, but avoid positioning the gun with

the container upside down.

3.3. Cleaning and maintenance

a) Always clean the product after using it. After unscrewing the container, blow

out the rest of the material collected in the gun by pressing the gun trigger.

Likewise, rinse and blow out the used probe. Rinse the container thoroughly

to remove material residue.

b) Never leave any unused spraying material in the gun or in the container.

c) After each cleaning, all parts must be thoroughly dried (or blown out with

compressed air) before the device is reused.

d) Store the unit in a dry and cool place protected from moisture and direct

sunlight.

e) Do not spray the unit with a stream of water or immerse it in water.

f) For cleaning, use a soft cloth and / or a delicate brush and a solvent (e.g. nitro

or silicone remover).

g) Do not use sharp and/or metal objects (e.g. wire brush or metal spatula) for

cleaning as they may damage the surface of the product material.

2.1. Sécurité au travail

3.2. Préparation et utilisation

PLACEMENT DE L'APPAREIL :

La température ambiante ne doit pas dépasser 45°C et l'humidité ambiante ne doit

pas dépasser 85%. Utilisez l’équipement uniquement dans des espaces bien

ventilés. N’obstruez pas la sortie d’air de l’appareil. Gardez l’appareil à l’écart de

toute surface chaude. Utilisez toujours l'appareil hors de portée des enfants, des

animaux et des personnes aux fonctions mentales, sensorielles et intellectuelles

limitées. Une vanne d’arrêt d’air comprimé doit être disponible à proximité du lieu

d’utilisation de l’appareil. La pression de l’air comprimé doit se situer dans la plage

recommandée. L'air fourni à l'appareil doit être nettoyé et séché. Le diamètre

minimum du tuyau d'alimentation en air est de 10 mm.

MONTAGE ET UTILISATION

• Fixez le dispositif au tuyau pneumatique relié au système pneumatique

(pendant l'installation, l'alimentation en air doit être coupée) par l'embout

pneumatique (G) situé au bas de la poignée (D).

IMPORTANT : si le tuyau d'alimentation en air est plus long que 8 m, la

pression d'alimentation doit être augmentée.

• Fixez l'adaptateur pour le raccord rapide pneumatique à l'embout et

sélectionnez le tuyau approprié avec un embout. Vérifiez l'étanchéité de

l'installation en dévissant l'alimentation en air comprimé et en appuyant

plusieurs fois sur la gâchette. Ensuite, après avoir relâché la gâchette,

écoutez si l'air s'échappe quelque part.

• Si l'installation est serrée, vous pouvez dévisser le récipient (H) du corps (C)

et le remplir de produit de pulvérisation. Après le remplissage, vissez-le

fermement au corps du pistolet.

• Faites un court essai de pulvérisation, par exemple sur un morceau de

carton, pour vérifier et, si nécessaire, régler la pulvérisation à l'aide du

bouton (E) sur la poignée (D).

• Vous pouvez commencer à travailler avec l'appareil, mais évitez de

positionner le pistolet avec le récipient à l'envers.

3.3. Nettoyage et entretien

a) Nettoyez toujours le produit après l'avoir utilisé. Après avoir dévissé le

récipient, soufflez le reste du matériau recueilli dans le pistolet en appuyant

sur la gâchette du pistolet. De même, rincez et soufflez la sonde utilisée. Rincez

soigneusement le récipient pour éliminer les résidus de produit.

b) Ne laissez jamais de produit de pulvérisation non utilisé dans le pistolet ou

dans le récipient.

c) Après chaque nettoyage, toutes les pièces doivent être soigneusement

séchées (ou soufflées à l'air comprimé) avant de réutiliser l'appareil.

d) Conservez l’appareil dans un endroit sec et frais, à l’abri de l’humidité et des

rayons directs du soleil.

e) Il est interdit de tremper l’appareil avec un jet d’eau ou de l’immerger dans

l’eau.

f) Pour le nettoyage, utilisez un chiffon doux et/ou une brosse délicate et un

solvant (par exemple, du nitro ou du silicone).

g) N'utilisez pas d'objets pointus et/ou métalliques (par exemple, une brosse

3.2. Preparazione e utilizzo

POSIZIONAMENTO DELL’APPARECCHIO

La temperatura ambiente non deve superare i 45°C e l'umidità relativa non deve

superare l'85%. Utilizzare l’apparecchio solo in aree ben ventilate. Non ostruire

l'uscita dell'aria dell'apparecchio. Tenere l’apparecchio lontano da qualsiasi

superficie calda. Utilizzare sempre il dispositivo fuori dalla portata di bambini,

animali e persone con funzioni mentali, sensoriali e intellettuali limitate. Il posto di

lavoro deve fornire un accesso immediato alla valvola di chiusura dell'aria

compressa. Assicurarsi che la pressione dell'aria che alimenta l'unità non superi la

gamma raccomandata. L'aria fornita al dispositivo deve essere pulita e asciugata. Il

diametro minimo del tubo di alimentazione dell'aria è di 10 mm.

MONTAGGIO E UTILIZZO

• Collegare il dispositivo al tubo pneumatico collegato al sistema pneumatico

(durante l'installazione, l'alimentazione dell'aria deve essere disattivata)

attraverso la punta pneumatica (G) nella parte inferiore dell'impugnatura

(D).

IMPORTANTE: se il tubo di alimentazione dell'aria è più lungo di 8 m, è

necessario aumentare la pressione di alimentazione.

• Collegare l'adattatore per l'attacco rapido pneumatico al puntale e

selezionare il tubo flessibile appropriato con un puntale. Verificare la

tenuta dell'installazione svitando l'alimentazione dell'aria compressa e

e) È vietato spruzzare l’apparecchio con un getto d'acqua o immergerlo in acqua.

f) Per la pulizia, utilizzare un panno morbido e/o una spazzola delicata e un

solvente (ad es. nitro o silicone).

g) Per la pulizia non utilizzare oggetti affilati e/o metallici (ad es. spazzola

2.2. Seguridad personal

3.2. Preparación y uso

LUGAR DE USO

La temperatura de ambiente no debe exceder los 45°C y la humedad relativa no

debe exceder el 85%. Use el equipo solo en lugares bien ventilados. No obstruir la

salida de aire del dispositivo. Mantenga el equipo alejado de cualquier superficie

caliente. Utilice siempre el aparato fuera del alcance de los niños, los animales y las

personas con funciones mentales, sensoriales e intelectuales limitadas. En las

proximidades del lugar de trabajo del equipo debe estar disponible una válvula de

corte del aire comprimido. La presión del aire comprimido debe encontrarse dentro

del rango recomendado. El aire suministrado al aparato debe limpiarse y secarse. El

diámetro mínimo de la manguera de suministro de aire es de 10 mm.

nyomást le kell engedni. A nyomásmérőnek 0 értéket kell mutatnia.

q) Ne lépje túl az ajánlott nyomást, mert az károsíthatja a készüléket.

r) Tilos meghaladni a készülék legnagyobb megengedett üzemi nyomását!
