• Determine the orientation that will be required for Horizontal Bracket (#E) and install the Mounting
Base (#G) as shown using Washer (#N) and Bolt (#J).
• Loosen or remove the seat mounting bolt in the desired location. Lift the seat and slide the open end of
the Horizontal Mounting Bracket under the seat so that it is fully aligned with the hole or seated against
the existing bolt. Reinstall the bolt or install Bolt (#I) and Washer (#M) if required and tighten until secure.
Nut (#K) will only be required if the installation bolt does not secure directly into a threaded hole.
• If your vehicle configuration allows, you may attach the Direct Mounting Base (#H) directly to the seat
bolt hole as shown, with Washer (#N) beneath and secured by Bolt (#J) or the existing bolt.
There are multiple mounting options available depending on the configurations in your vehicle. Choose
the step which best suits your needs from the options below. If compatible you may choose to use the
existing seat bolts and hardware in your vehicle as a substitute for the provided hardware.

operation or that will obstruct the driver's view. Ensure your installation follows all local and
