Ferngesteuerter Drehkran anschließen
Zum Lieferumfang gehört bei einigen
K-Startpackungs-Zusammenstellungen
auch ein ferngesteuerter Drehkran.
Beachten Sie hierzu die Erläuterungen
zum Inhalt auf der Verpackung. Auf Wunsch
kann dieses Modell (Art.-Nr. 7051) auch
einzeln erworben werden.
1. Montieren Sie die Stecker auf die
Kabelenden der Anschlussleitungen.
Isolieren Sie hierzu die Kabelenden auf
ca. 4 mm, verdrillen anschließend die
Litzenadern, legen das Litzenende um
und schrauben zum Schluss den auf-
gesteckten Stecker fest. An die roten
Kabel kommt jeweils ein roter Stecker,
auf die schwarzen Kabel kommt jeweils
ein grauer Stecker, und auf das gelbe
Kabel kommt ein gelber Stecker. Das
braune Kabel wird einfach nur isoliert
und die Litzenadern verdrillt. Da dieses
Kabel an den Transformer angeschlos-
sen wird, benötigt man keinen Stecker
bei diesem Anschlusskabel.
2. Montieren Sie auf dem einzelnen gelben
Kabel auf der einen Seite einen gelben
Stecker wie unter Schritt 1 beschrieben.
Das andere Kabelende nur abisolieren
und die Litzenadern verdrillen.
3. Montieren Sie an den Kabelenden des
Hebemagneten je einen braunen und
roten Stecker an.
4. Überprüfen Sie, ob der Netzstecker
vom Transformer aus der Netzsteck-
dose entfernt ist!
5. Schließen Sie das braune Kabel von
der Krananschlussleitung an die braune
Klemme des Transformers an.
6. Schließen Sie das gelbe Kabel an die
gelbe Klemme des Transformers an.
7. Schließen Sie die Stecker des gelben
Anschlusskabels vom Transformer seit-
lich an die Buchse am Schaltpult an.
8. Stecken Sie die restlichen Stecker ent-
sprechend der Anschluss-Zeichnung
an der Rückseite des Schaltpults ein.
9. Stecken Sie die beiden Anschluss-
Stecker des Hebemagneten in die
Buchsen an der Vorderseite des
Kranhauses.

Nach Einstecken des Netzsteckers des
Transformers in die Netzsteckdose ist der
Drehkran jetzt einsatzbereit. Folgende
Funktionen bietet dieses Modell:
1. Heben und Senken der Last. Dies wird
über die beiden linken Tasten am
Schaltpult gesteuert.
2. Drehen des Kranaufbau wahlweise
nach rechts oder links. Dies wird durch
die jeweils 2. Taste von links auf dem
Schaltpult gesteuert.
3. Ein- und Ausschalten des Hebemagnets.
Gleichzeitig wird auch die Beleuchtung
im Drehkran-Aufbau ein- und ausgeschal-
tet. Dies geschieht mit dem 3. Tasten-
paar von links auf dem Schaltpult.
4. Der Ausleger kann manuell am Kran
in mehreren Stufen verändert werden.
Dadurch verändert sich auch auto-
matisch der vom Ausleger benötigte
Freiraum.
Tipp: Um Kollisionen zu vermeiden achten
Sie am besten beim Aufstellen des Dreh-
krans darauf, dass der Ausleger nicht
in eine angrenzende, befahrene Strecke
hineinragt.

Connecting the Remote Controlled
Rotary Crane to the Layout
A remote controlled rotary crane is included
with some K Track starter sets. See the
instructions about the contents of the set
about this crane. This model can also be
purchased separately (item no. 7051).
1. Install the plugs on the ends of the
connecting wires for the crane. Strip
about 4 mm or 1/16” of insulation from
the ends of the wires, then twist the
strands for each wire, bend the twisted
strands back against the insulation on
the wire, insert the wire into the plug
and finally tighten the set screw for
each plug. A red plug is to be installed
on each of the red wires, and a gray
plug is to be installed on each of the
gray wires, and a yellow plug is to be
installed on the yellow wire. A short
amount of insulation is stripped from
the end of the brown wire and the
strands are to be twisted. You do not
need a plug for this wire, since it will be
connected to the transformer.
2. Install a yellow plug on the single yellow
wire on the one side of the crane as
described above in Step 1. Strip a short
amount of insulation from the other
end of this wire and twist the strands.
3. Install a brown plug and a red plug on
the ends of the wires for the electro-
magnet.
4. Check to make sure that the power
cord for the transformer is unplugged
from the wall outlet!
5. Connect the brown wire from the
crane’s wiring harness to the brown
terminal clip on the transformer.
6. Connect the yellow wire to the yellow
terminal clip on the transformer.
7. Insert the plug on the yellow wire from
the transformer into the side socket on
the control box for the crane.
8. Insert the remaining plugs into the
back of the crane’s control box accor-
ding to the wiring diagram.
9. Insert the two plugs for the electro-
magnet into the sockets on the front
of the crane’s cab.
After you have plugged the power cord
for the transformer into the wall outlet, the
rotary crane is now ready for operation.
This model offers the following working
functions:
1. Raising and lowering the load. This is
controlled with the two buttons farthest
to the left on the control box.
2. Rotating the crane cab and boom
either to the right or the left. This is
done with one or the other of the two
buttons that are second from the left
on the control box.
3. Turning the electro-magnet on and off.
The light in the crane cab is also turned
on and off at the same time. This is
done with the third pair of buttons from
the left on the crane’s control box.
4. The boom can be adjusted manually
on the crane in several steps. This also
changes automatically the amount of
free space required for the boom to
swing.
Tip: In order to prevent collisions, be careful
when setting the crane up so that the boom
does not swing out onto an adjacent
track with a train that is running on it.

Raccordement de la grue télé-
commandée
Certains coffrets de démarrage en voie K
contiennent une grue télécommandée.
Tenez compte des explications données
au sujet du contenu du coffret. Il est
également possible de vous procurer la
grue (modèle n° 7051) séparément.
1. Installez une fiche sur chaque extrémité
des câbles de raccordement. Pour
chaque câble, dénudez d'abord son
extrémité sur une longueur de 4 mm
environ. Torsadez ensuite les brins de
câble dénudés, introduisez le câble
dans la fiche et serrez la vis de fixation.
Au câble rouge correspond une fiche
rouge, au câble noir correspond une
fiche grise et au câble jaune correspond
une fiche jaune. Le câble brun est seule-
ment dénudé et ses brins torsadés.
Comme ce câble est raccordé au
transformateur, il n'est pas nécessaire
de lui adjoindre une fiche.
2. Installez une fiche jaune sur une des
extrémités du câble jaune comme
décrit à l'étape 1. Dénudez l'autre
extrémité et torsadez les brins ainsi
dénudés.
3. Installez aux extrémités des câbles de
l'aimant de levage respectivement une
fiche brune et une fiche rouge.
4. Vérifiez que la fiche de raccordement
du transformateur au réseau dome-
stique n'est pas insérée dans la prise!
5. Raccordez le câble brun de la grue à la
borne brune du transformateur.
6. Raccordez l'extrémité dénudée du
câble jaune à la borne jaune du trans-
formateur.
7. Raccordez la fiche du câble jaune
venant du transformateur latéralement
à la douille du pupitre de commande.
8. Insérez les autres fiches à l'arrière du
pupitre de commande selon le schéma
de raccordement.
9. Insérez les deux fiches de la bobine
magnétique dans les douilles situées à
l'avant de la cabine de grue.

Une fois la prise du transformateur insérée
dans la prise de courant domestique, la
grue est prête à fonctionner. Ce modèle
permet les manœuvres suivantes:
1. Lever et descendre la charge. Cette
manœuvre est réalisée à l'aide des
deux touches gauches du pupitre de
commande.
2. Faire pivoter la cabine soit à droite,
soit à gauche. Ceci est réalisé grâce à
la deuxième touche du pupitre à partir
de la gauche.
3. Activer et désactiver la bobine magné-
tique de levage. Simultanément, l'éclai-
rage de la cabine est activé et désactivé.
Pour ce faire, il faut utiliser la troisième
touche du pupitre à partir de la gauche.
4. La position de la flèche peut être
modifiée manuellement selon plusieurs
crans. Ce faisant, automatiquement,
on modifie également la marge de
manœuvre de
la flèche.
Conseil: Pour éviter les collisions, lors de
la mise en place de la grue, le mieux est
de veiller à ce que la flèche ne s'élève pas
au-dessus d'une voie avoisinante.
